Cholangiocarcinoma is a highly malignant tumor which originates from bile duct epithelial cells, and its invasion and metastasis is an important factor affecting the prognosis of patients and the main causes of the high mortality.Epithelial-mesenchymal transition is a reversible biological process of transition from epithelial phenotype to stromal cell phenotype, which is closely related to tumor invasion and metastasis.The microRNA is an endogenous non-coding RNA with a sequence of 20~25 nucleotides, which participates in the occurrence and development of tumor, especially in the progress of tumor invasion and metastasis by complementary base pairing with the 3'-untranslated region (3'-UTR) of the target gene at the post-transcriptional level.Herein, we present the mechanism of microRNA regulating epithelial-mesenchymal transition and its effect on the invasion and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma.

Pelvic exenteration,first line salvage therapy for selected recurrent cervical cancer patients,is accompanied by a high operative mortality and loss of structure and function of pelvic organs.Advances in radiation therapy,especially 3-dimensional brachytherapy and stereotactic body radiotherapy,provide the opportunity to achieve similar efficacy of pelvic exenteration with acceptable complications and protect the structure and function of pelvic organs.

Objective To explore the factors influencing health management demand by community residents.Methods Using data from the survey of Health Management Demand by Community Residents in Hangzhou,this paper examined the influence factors with the logistic model from such four aspects as individual characteristics,economic characteristics,health level and health awareness.Results The health awareness poses a positive impact on health management demand;the level of health has a negative impact while income has an inflection point(5 000 yuan per month).However,individual characteristics have no significant effect. Conclusion Such measures as enhancing health management awareness of the residents,building a health management system centering on communities and supported by health management firms,and building health management information platform,can effectively satisfy such demand.

Batch fermentation of lycopene by recombinant E. c ol i ZYL-2 at various temperatures ranging between 23℃～37℃ were studied in 7L fermentor. At 33℃, cell specific growth rate in earlier stage of culture was higher, and the time obtained maximum cell dry weight was shorter at other tempe rature. while after 9 h, lycopene specific production rate was higher at 28℃. Based on these results, a two-stage temperature control strategy was developed in which 33℃ was used for fermentation for the first 9 h and the temperaturew as switched to 28℃ after 9h. Using this temperature-shift strategy, the maxim al lycopene content and productivity reached 605.25?g L-1 and 28.82?g L-1h-1. The lycopene fermentation level obtained by the strategy was higher than those in single temperature-control experiments.

ObjectiveTo compare the difference of X ray projection volume and operative time when using two different positioning methods in percutaneous kyphoplasty to treat elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF) patients.MethodsSixty-eight(75 vertebraes) patients who underwent percutaneous kyphoplasty were divided into two groups,34 cases(39 vertebraes) underwent self-made fluoremeter (group A) comparing with the other 34 patients (36 vertebraes ) without using locator (group B).X ray projection volume,operation time and recovery of exterior edge height were compared.ResultsDuring locating the puncture point,the X ray projection volume in group A [( 196.92 ± 10.93)mA·s]was significantly less than that in group B [(826.67 ± 25.89 ) mA·s](P ＜ 0.05 ).The operation time in group A[(30.82 ±0.56) min]was significantly less than that in group B [(56.08 ±0.93) min](P＜ 0.05).The recovery of exterior edge height at 3 months after operation had no significant difference between two groups [(2.47 ± 0.18 ) mm vs.(2.09 ± 0.21 ) mm](P ＞ 0.05 ).ConclusionsThe self-made fluoremeter can save operation time and reduce the X ray projection volume.It is an effective way to treat OVCF patients undergoing percutaneous kyphoplasty.
