1.Fall Detection Based on Multi-feature Fusion of Human Body Acceleration and K-Nearest Neighbor
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2018;24(7):865-868
Objective To develop a kind of algorithm for fall detection based on human acceleration. Methods From September to November, 2017, six healthy postgraduates participating in the experiment completed 13 acts of falls and eleven of activities of daily life. The information of activities was collected through two acceleration sensors, 81 acceleration features were extracted from each sensor, and were reduced dimension through principal component analysis. K-nearest neighbor was used to detect the falls and activities of daily living. Results The sensitivity of fall detection was 100%, the specificity was 99.76%, and the detection time was 216 ms. Conclusion The algorithm of multi-feature fusion of human body acceleration and K-nearest neighbor is accurate and timely.

3.Changes of Nogo-A Expression in Spinal Cord of Rats with Experimental Allergic Encephalomyelitis
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(08):-
Objective To observe the time interval changes of the expression of Nogo-A in the intumescentia lumbalis of rats with experimental allergic encephalomyelitis(EAE),and explore the function of Nogo-A in the happening and development of EAE.Methods One hundred and six Wistar rats(female) were randomly divided into 2 groups:EAE group(70 rats)and control group(36 rats).Female Wistar rats were used to make EAE animal models, immunized by fresh cavia cobaya spinal cord homogenate and complete Freund adjuvant(CFA),at the same time, their blood brain barrier permeability was lifted by using pertussis stock solution. The rats those were coincident with the standard of being picked up were divided into 6 groups randomly according to the time of falling ill.In control group, fresh guinea pig spinal cord homogenate was replaced by sodium chloride, and rats were also divided into 6 groups randomly.Immunohistochemistry SP was used to detect expression of Nogo-A.Amyelination was detected by improved acid fuchsin and azulin myelin staining. Results In the control group, differences of Nogo-A expression in the intumescentia lumbalis were not obvious in each time group. In the EAE group, expression of Nogo-A could be observed in each time group, but their quantities were very different in contrast with those in the control group. One day after the rats had clinic symptoms, the expression of Nogo-A decreased to some extent;the third day,it reached the lowest point, and was significantly lower than that in control group(P
4.Antibiotic resistance of Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolates from female patients
Chinese Journal of Infection and Chemotherapy 2006;0(04):-
Objective To investigate antibiotic resistance of Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains isolated from female patients. Methods:Antimicrobial susceptibility of N.gonorrhoeae to 7 antibiotics was tested by disk diffusion method and penicillinase- producing N.gonorrhea(PPNG)was confirmed by nitrocefin disk. Results:Of the 95 strains collected,38(40%)were found to be PPNG.No resistance to spectinomycin was identified. The susceptibility rate of these isolates to penicillin, tetracycline, and ciprofloxacin were much lower, only from 0% to 2.6%.More than 90% of the isolates were susceptible to cefuroxime, ceftriaxone, and ceftizoxime. Conclusions:Our study suggests that spectinomycin, cefuroxime, ceftriaxone, ceftizoxime are the first choice for treatment of gonorrhea in female patients.

OBJECTIVETo explore protective effects of acupuncture at "Zusanli" (ST 36) on cerebral tissue in rats with sepsis.
METHODSCecal ligation and puncture (CLP) was applied to duplicate the rat model of sepsis. According to random number table, thirty SD rats were divided into a sepsis model group (group A), a sepsis model plus electroacupuncture (EA) group (group B), and a sepsis model plus non-acupoint EA group (group C), ten rats in each one. EA with the same frequency and intensity at "Zusanli" (ST 36) and non-acupoint (0.5 cm laterally to "Zusanli") for 30 min was applied in the group B and group C, respectively. No treatment was given in the goup A. 6 hours after CLP, blood was acquired from abdominal aorta to measure the levels of neuron specific enolase (NSE). Then the rats were sacrificed by abdominal aorta exsanguination to take their cerebral tissue for measuring the levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and interleukin-6 (IL-6).
RESULTSSix hours after CLP, the level of NSE was (3.51 +/- 0.39) ng/mL in group B, which was significantly lower than (7.72 +/- 0.64) ng/mL in group A (P<0.05). The level of NSE was (8.02 +/- 0.72) ng/mL in the group C, which had no statistical significance with group A (P>0.05). The levels of TNF-alpha, IL-6 in cerebral tissue in group B were significantly lower than that of group A and C (all P>0.05).
CONCLUSIONEA at "Zusanli" (ST 36) has certain protective effect on septic rat's brain, which has some relationship with decreasing levels of cerebral tissue proinflammatory cytokine and plasma NSE. EA at non-acupoint has no the same action.

Objective To investigate the value of the wireless mobile information technology in pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency treatment of severe craniocerebral injury. Methods The clinical data of 55 severe craniocerebral injury patients with using wireless mobile information technology in ambulance from October 2010 to March 2012 (wireless group) and 50 severe craniocerebral injury patients without using wireless mobile information technology in ambulance from April 2009 to September 2010 (traditional group) were enrolled in this study. The scores of Glasgow coma scale, time from injury to being given the exact treatment, and survival rate were compared between two groups. Results The scores of GCS between two groups showed no significant difference(t =0.551,P> 0.05).The time from injury to being given the exact treatment in wireless group was significantly shorter than that in traditional group [(1.646 ± 0.499) h vs.(2.085 ±0.573) h,t =4.051,P<0.05].Comparing to traditional group, the survival rate in wireless group was significantly reduced [78.2% (43/55) vs.58.0% (29/50),x2 =4.057,P < 0.05].Conclusions Wireless mobile information technology using in pre-hospital enable in-hospital treatment in advance, shorten the waiting time to get the exact treatment.Wireless mobile information technology is the joint between pre-hospital and in-hospital and enhance the survival rate of severe craniocerebral injury.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Hyperhomocysteinemia is an important independent risk factor for cardio-cerebrovas- cular diseases.Studies in recent years have suggested that hyperhomocysteinemia is also an independent risk factor for vascular dementia and Alzheimer's disease.Mild vascular cognitive impairment is the prophase of vascular dementia.Mainly through the damage of vascular wall structure and its function, homocysteine may has correlation with mild vascular cognitive impairment.
9.Research progress of the relationship between choroidal thickness and idiopathic macular hole
International Eye Science 2016;16(7):1291-1294
Idiopathic macular hole is a full - thickness defect of retinal tissue involving the anatomic fovea and affecting central visual acuity and quality of life in elder patients. Recent evidence showed that the alterations of choroidal blood flow and choroidal thickness are associated with the formation of macular holes. Enhanced depth imaging spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (EDI SD-OCT) enables in vivo measurement of choroidal thickness and may provide new insight into the understanding of pathogenesis of idiopathic macular hole. In this article, we reviewed current studies on the relationship between choroidal thickness measured by optical coherence tomography and the pathogenesis of idiopathic macular hole.
