Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Based on experience on medical service drilling for many years, this paper analyses the hardship and complexity of medical service support in high & cold mountainous region. It also puts forward some suggestions in such aspects as integral design, focal points insurance, necessaries reinforcement, preach for popularization and mutual cure training.
2.A study on the mRNA expression of the glucose transporter gene in the diabetic rats
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 1993;0(00):-
The study was proceeded on the mRNA expression of the GULT1 and GLUT4 gene in the alloxan diabetic rats by the technique of dot-blot hybridization analysis. The results showed that the levels of the GLUT4 mRNA expression were reduced in diabetic rats while increased in insulin treated diabetic rats. This suggests that the reduced GLUT4 mRNA expression which could affect the quantity of its posttranslational products may be one of the causes of the insulin resistance.
3.Advances in molecular genetics of electrical status epilepticus during sleep in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(3):182-185
Electrical status epilepticus during sleep(ESES)is a special electroencephalography in children. It is involved in a variety of epileptic syndromes and can lead to different degrees of degradation of movement, cognition, behavior, language. At present, the cause of ESES is still unknown.According to literature reports, 8 pathogenic genes have been found to be related to ESES, namely GRIN2A, CNKSR2, SCN2A, KCNA2, KCNQ2, KCNB1, SLC6A1 and WAC genes. In this review, progress of ESES molecular genetics are discussed.
4.Research progress of lung injury following cardiopulmonary bypass
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
Postoperative pulmonary dysfunction in patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) is a significant clinical problem and has long been recognized by cardiac surgeons. The studies of the pathogenesis and protection strategies of CPB induced lung injury have been the focus in the field of cardiac surgery. This review presents the recent progress of the pathogenesis and protection strategies of lung injury following CPB.
5.The diagnosis and predictor of the acute lung injury following cardiopulmonary bypass
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(05):-
Acute lung injury (ALI) is one of the most important complications after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) and the complex pathophysiology remains to be resolved incomplete. At present, there is no specific and uniform criterion about the diagnosis of ALI following CPB. The changes of physiology and biochemistry in the lung can indicate the development of the ALI, and give proof of the early diagnosis of ALI following CPB.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To investigate if apoptosis induced by arsenic trioxide(As_2O_3)on bladder cancer T24 cell line is related to the alteration of protein kinase C and cyclic adenosine monophosphate (PKC-cAMP)and its possible mechanism. Methods Apoptosis was studied by TUNEL method.Radio- immunoassay and enzyme immunoassay methods were used to detect the PKC-cAMP alteration in apoptotic process. The expressions and activation of caspase3 were observed by immunocytochemical method and Western blot. Results Atter 24-h drug treatment, the cell apoptosis induced by different concentrations of As_2O_3 was detected by TUNEL method. In control group, the apoptosis rate was 0.86%;PKC level was 2.55 pmol?min~(-1)??g~(-1);cAMP concentration was 22.56 pmol/ml;the expression rate of caspase3 was 8.01%.Compared with control group, the apoptosis rates of 5?mol/L and 10?mol/L As_2O_3 groups increased 8.51-fold and 13.33-fold,respectively;PKC Level decreased 59.22% and 64.71%,respectively;cAMP in- creased 5.34-fold and 4.23-fold,respectively;expression rates of caspase3 increased 3.96-fold and 6.76- fold, respectively. The differences were significant(P<0.05).Compared with As_2O_3 groups, apoptosis rates of 5?mol/L and 10?mol/L As_2O_3+100nmol/L phorbol 12-myristate 13-aectate(PMA)groups decreased 40.22% and 45.58%,respectively;PKC increased 1.00-fold and 0.76-told,respectively;cAMP decreased 8.37% and 31.46%,respectively;expression rates of caspase3 decreased 51.09% and 65.03%,respective- ly.Activation of caspase3 was detected in As_2O_3-treated groups and As_2O_3+100 nmol/L PMA-treated groups;and activations of caspase3 in PMA-treated groups were weaker than those in As_2O_3-treated groups. Conclusions The antitumor mechanism of As_2O_3 may be the induction of bladder cancer T24 cell apopto- sis by decreasing PKC and increasing cAMP level.
7.Routes of surgical nutrition and immunity
Bin WANG ; Tianfang HUA ;
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(04):-
Different routes of surgical nutrition have different influences on physical immunity.Total parenteral nutrition (TPN) for a long time may inhibit immune function. Enteral nutrition (EN) may maintain integrity of structure and function of intestinal mucosa, prevent bacterial translocation, lighten systematic inflammatory response and improve immune function. This article reviewed the regulation of parenteral nutrition (PN) and EN to immunity and the application of immune enhanced nutrition.
8.An Attempt to Breed Medicinal Animals Together Under Same Ecological Condition with Constant Temperature
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2000;31(9):703-704
The feasibility to breed gecko, scorpion, centipede, leech and ground beetle together in abreeding shed of our own design with constant temperature was tried for a period of 2 years. Resultsshowed that the animals lead their normal dietetic and living habit satisfactorily, without hibernation andreproduce their offsprings the whole year round. It could be concluded that such breeding scheme is worth-while to advocate for the benefit of those who are engaged in the business of medicinal animal breeding.
9.Diagnosis and emergency treatment of intracranial hypotension syndrome in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2011;18(5):400-402
Intracranial hypotension syndrome is easily underestimated by doctors and patients, but its occurrence is not infrequent.Primary intracranial hypotension is usually associated with cerebral blood vessel disturbance and infections.Secondary intracranial hypotension is usually secondary to iatrogenic and other diseases or trauma. The main manifestation of intracranial hypotension syndrome is postural headache which may be diagnosed by cerebrospinal fluid pressure measurement during lumber puncture. The headache can disappear by posture adjustment in most children,or by water intake or intravenous administration of hypotonic (0.5%)or saline in serious case.Prognosis is good and precaution is most important for all.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(1):67-69
5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) as an antimetabolite drug, has been widely used in the treatment of various solid tumors. However, due to the heterogeneity of tumor and the impact of the individual, some patients still have drug resistance or serious lethal toxicity reaction. The text focuses on the research progress of pharmacogenomics and pharmacogenetics of some forecast elements which affect the efficacy and toxicity of 5-Fu,and discussed their guiding role on the choice of chemotherapy drugs.
