1.Medical service in high & cold mountainous region in future war
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Based on experience on medical service drilling for many years, this paper analyses the hardship and complexity of medical service support in high & cold mountainous region. It also puts forward some suggestions in such aspects as integral design, focal points insurance, necessaries reinforcement, preach for popularization and mutual cure training.
2.A study on the mRNA expression of the glucose transporter gene in the diabetic rats
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 1993;0(00):-
The study was proceeded on the mRNA expression of the GULT1 and GLUT4 gene in the alloxan diabetic rats by the technique of dot-blot hybridization analysis. The results showed that the levels of the GLUT4 mRNA expression were reduced in diabetic rats while increased in insulin treated diabetic rats. This suggests that the reduced GLUT4 mRNA expression which could affect the quantity of its posttranslational products may be one of the causes of the insulin resistance.
4.Research involved with 5-Fu metabolize and resistance mechanism
Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(1):67-69
5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) as an antimetabolite drug, has been widely used in the treatment of various solid tumors. However, due to the heterogeneity of tumor and the impact of the individual, some patients still have drug resistance or serious lethal toxicity reaction. The text focuses on the research progress of pharmacogenomics and pharmacogenetics of some forecast elements which affect the efficacy and toxicity of 5-Fu,and discussed their guiding role on the choice of chemotherapy drugs.
6.Diagnosis and emergency treatment of intracranial hypotension syndrome in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2011;18(5):400-402
Intracranial hypotension syndrome is easily underestimated by doctors and patients, but its occurrence is not infrequent.Primary intracranial hypotension is usually associated with cerebral blood vessel disturbance and infections.Secondary intracranial hypotension is usually secondary to iatrogenic and other diseases or trauma. The main manifestation of intracranial hypotension syndrome is postural headache which may be diagnosed by cerebrospinal fluid pressure measurement during lumber puncture. The headache can disappear by posture adjustment in most children,or by water intake or intravenous administration of hypotonic (0.5%)or saline in serious case.Prognosis is good and precaution is most important for all.
7.Clinical study of therapeutic effect of benazepril on nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy
Journal of Chinese Physician 2014;(4):447-449
Ojectvie To investigate therapeutic effect of benazepril on nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy ( NPDR) .Meth-ods Twenty nine patients with early diabetic nephropathy complicated with type 2 diabetes and NPDR were randomly divided into benazepril group ( n =12) and conventional therapy control group ( n =17).The changes of blood pressure , blood glucose, glycosy-lated hemoglobin , blood creatinine , urinary albumin , best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA ) , and fluorescein fundus angiography ( FFA) were observed before and after 3 and 6 months of treatment .Results After 3 months of treatment by benazepril , all laboratory detection parameters were no significant difference compared with before treatment and conventional therapy control group ( P >0.05);While after 6 months, compared with before treatment and control group , blood pressure, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglo-bin, blood creatinine , and urinary albumin were significantly decreased ( P <0.05 ); According to the results of BCVA and FFA , progression of pathological changes of NPDR were significantly slower in benazepril group compared with control group ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusions Benazepril has some protection effect for NPDR to delay NPDR development and decrease serious complications .
8.An Attempt to Breed Medicinal Animals Together Under Same Ecological Condition with Constant Temperature
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2000;31(9):703-704
The feasibility to breed gecko, scorpion, centipede, leech and ground beetle together in abreeding shed of our own design with constant temperature was tried for a period of 2 years. Resultsshowed that the animals lead their normal dietetic and living habit satisfactorily, without hibernation andreproduce their offsprings the whole year round. It could be concluded that such breeding scheme is worth-while to advocate for the benefit of those who are engaged in the business of medicinal animal breeding.
9.The expression of tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand and its receptors in muscle tissue of inflammatory myopathies
Chinese Journal of Internal Medicine 2008;47(5):369-373
Objective The purpose of this study is to analyse the expression of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-related apoptosis inducing ligand(TRAIL)and its receptors in muscle tissue from patients with idiopathic inflammatory myopathies(ⅡM)and investigate the possible role of TRAIL system in the Dathogenesis of IIM.Methods TRAIL and its receptors DR4,DR5,DCRl and DCR2 were detected in the musck biopsy tissue from 36 patients with ⅡM(13 polymyositis,23 dermatomyositis)and 9 heMthy controls bv using immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of TRAIL and its receptors was f10und in muscle tissue samples from the IIM patients and healthy controls. The expression of TRAIL,DR4 and DCR2 in the muscle tissue from the IIM patients was significantly higher than those from healthy controls(all P values< 0.05).The expression of TRAIL,DCRl and DR4 was also detected in the infiltrating lymphocytes in endomysium and in the interstitial tissue around blood vessels. Conclusion The diversity in expression of TRAIL and its receptors between patients with IIM and healthy controls suggests the hypothesis of a crucial role of TRAIL in the pathogenesis and the pathology of IIM.
10.Effects of fluvastatin on the expression of transforming growth factor β1 in the kidney of diabetic rats
Journal of Chinese Physician 2008;10(5):587-589
ObjectiveTo study the protective effects of fluvastatin on the renal lesions in diabetic rat. MethodsThe model of diabetic rats was induced by streptozotocin. SD rats were random divided into four groups: Control group, diabetic rats group, low-dose fluvastatin group 2mg/(kg·d) and high-dose fluvastatin group 4 mg/(kg·d). After treatment for 4 weeks, serum cholesterol, serum creatinine and urinary protein were measured respectively. The expression of TGF β1 in the renal cortex was determined by RT-PCR. ResultsFluvastatin inhibited the expression of TGF-β1 Mrna in a dose-dependent manner, and had no influence on urinary protein, serum cholesterol and serum creatinine. ConclusionsFluvastatin inhibits the overexpression of TGF-β1Mrna, which may be related to independent cholesterol decreasing effect.
