Carried on the exploration testing of flow rate of infusion device about industry standard YY 0451-2010. Engaged in flow rate experiments adopting different method that are provided by new and old industry standard for samples of the same type. Compared with the result of the dangerous coefficient by calculating the test data, the old standard can be more sensitive to reflect the situation of product flow rate, so it can be applied to conventional control of the products. The method which provided by the new industry standard is suitable for evaluating periodicity the level of product contaminated.

Objective:To study the relative bioavailability and pharmacokinetics of domestic acitretin capsules in 22 healthy male volunteers.Methods:A single dose of 50mg of domestic or imported acitretin was administered by randomized crossover way in 22 volunteers and the plasma concentrations of acitrctin were determined by HPLC.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with 3p97 pharmacokinetic program and the bioequivalency was evaluated.Results:The concentration-time curves of two preparations fitted one-compartment model.The peak plasma levels(C max )of domestic and imported acitretin were 490.51?136.50 and 470.91?118.59ng/ml respectively.The peak time(T max ) were 4.13?1.16 and 3.75?1.18h respectively.And AUC (0～24) were 2891.97?809.60 and 2883.01?905.60ng?h?ml -1 respectively.The relative bioavailability of domestic acitretin capsule was 100.23?11.03%.Conclusion:The result of two one-sided tests suggests that the domestic capsule is bioequivalent to the imported capsule.

Objective:To investigate the inhibition of Eleo-Zedoary solution to human endometrial cancer cell line RL-952 in vitro and its possible mechanism.Methods:Using the MTT assay to display the sensitivity to the drug,the inhibition of Eleo-Zedoary parenteral solution to RL-952 cells in vitro was observed;and using light microscope and transmission electron microscope,the morphological alterations of the cells were observed.Results:The inhibition rate of Eleo-Zedoary parenteral solution to RL-952 indicated both dose-dependent and time-dependent anti-proliferative effect.Microscopically,the large vacuoles in the cytoplasm of the cells were found.Ultramicroscopically,many fat-like drops and obvious swelling of organelles as well as the mitochondrial cristaes in the cytoplasm of cells were observed.In addition the nucleus concentration and the chromatin fragmentation and coagulation,including the apoptotic bodies were observed.Conclusion:Eleo-Zedoary parenteral solution can inhibit the proliferation of human endometrial cancer cell line RL-952 by induing apoptosis and secondary necrosis.
