1.Effects of Supplemented Wuling Sang on treatment of patients with primary hyperlipemia
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
0.05). But the Wuling Sang could obviously decrease serum TG content than Simvastatin(P0.05). The adverse drug reactions were stomach discomfort(4 patiens in SWS) group, 5.71%), abdominal discomfort(2 patiens in Simvastatin group, 4.55% ) and sleeplessness(5 patiens in Simvastatin group, 11.4%) . CONCLUSION: The results show the TCM drug SWS is effective and softy on treating the patients with primary hyperlipemia.
2.Discussion on testing of flow rate of infusion device about industry standard.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(4):292-294
Carried on the exploration testing of flow rate of infusion device about industry standard YY 0451-2010. Engaged in flow rate experiments adopting different method that are provided by new and old industry standard for samples of the same type. Compared with the result of the dangerous coefficient by calculating the test data, the old standard can be more sensitive to reflect the situation of product flow rate, so it can be applied to conventional control of the products. The method which provided by the new industry standard is suitable for evaluating periodicity the level of product contaminated.

3.The research on humanities education of medical postgraduates
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(6):690-692
This article found that the actual situation about humanities education of medical postgraduates is not optimistic through investigation of the situation on humanities education of the postgraduates in Zunyi Medical College. Some prominent problems existed. This article also proposed some practical suggestions to solve the problems based on the analysis of this phenomenon, so as to improve the humanities education of medical postgraduates and cultivate postgraduates to be medical workers with full humanistic care.
4.Pain induced by bonic arthritis and osteoporosis
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;5(8):24-25
To investigate the cause, pathogenesis, monifestation and treatment of osteoporosis and bonic arthritis.Bonic arthristis was not the osteoposis.Osteoporosis and bonic arthristis may occured simultaneously. In order to treat the conditions correctly, differentiated diagrosis should be noticed clinically.
5.Progress in neonate with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(2):99-101
The key mechanism of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) is two-times energy exhaustion.Recently, electrophysiology, cell physiology and imageology are performed to figure out some new biomarkers for clinical diagnosis and prognosis. And now, there are different therapies for HIE. For Sub-low temperature therapy, selecting appropriate time of therapy window is more important, and the therapeutic effects of other therapies, hyperbaric oxygenation, neuroprotectants, neural stem cell transplantation etc, need to be validated clinically.
6.Thirty years of research on toxicant metabolism and toxicokinetics in China
Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2016;30(12):1333-1342
Toxicant metabolism and toxicokinetics are an integrated part of toxicology. They study the absorption, targeted distribution, metabolic detoxicification or bioactivation, excretion and elimination of toxic substances after the body′s exposure via different routes, and also evaluate the effects of various factors on the disposition of poisons. The results of the studies provide essential data on the relation?ships between exposure kinetics and toxicological effect and their mechanisms. They also help to find possible targets of intoxication or detoxicification pathways, which can lead to efficient countermea?sures. In this review, the author summarized the thirty years of progress and features of the research on toxicant metabolism and toxicokinetics in China.
7.Observation of effect of laser and intubation applied in recurrent nasolacrimal duct-blok
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(15):2304-2306
Objective To observe the effect of laser and intubation applied in recurrent nasolacrimal duct-blok.Methods 116 cases of recurrent nasolacrimal duct-blok patients were selected and divided into the observation group and control group by random number table.Only laser was given in the control group, and intubation added in the observation group. All the cases were followed up more than 1 year, and the effects in both group were compared. Results There were 63 effective cases in the observation group, and efficacy rate was 83.33%.And 17 effective cases in the control group, efficacy rate was 41.56%.The efficacy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (χ2 =31.915,P <0.05).There was no false passage in both groups after laser given. Conclusion The effect of laser combined with intubation was better than that of laser alone in recurrent nasolacrimal duct-blok treatment. It was valuable to refractory and recurrent nasolacrimal duct-blok treating.
8.Clinical Observation 0n Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy with Combined Electroacupuncture Tuina and Traction
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2009;7(3):156-158
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined electroacupuncture, tuina and traction treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:Depending on the orders of the patient's first visit,120 cases were randomized into a treatment group (60 cases),receiving electroacupuncture, tuina and traction treatment, and a control group (60 cases),receiving electroacupuncture and tuina treatment. The treatment was done once a day,and 5 times constitute one course of treatment.A 2-day interval is set between the courses. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 6 courses of treatment.Result:The total effective rate and recovery rate in the treatment group were 93.3% and 61.7%,respectively,whereas that of the control group were 78.3% and 31.7%,respectively,showing a significant statistical difference. Conclusion:Combined acupuncture, tuina and traction worked well for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
9.Curative Effect of Atorvastatin Intensive Treatment on Lipid-Lowering in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Its Influence on Vascular Endothelial Function
China Pharmacist 2015;(11):1944-1946
Objective:To discuss the curative effect of atorvastatin intensive treatment on lipid-lowering in the patients with type 2 diabetes and its influence on vascular endothelial function. Methods: Totally 74 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and divided into the intensive group ( n=37 cases) and the ordinary group ( n=37 cases) at random. The patients in the two groups were given routine medical treatment, such like diet adjustment, moderate exercise and drug control etc, and the patients in the inten-sive group were additionally given 40 mg atorvastatin orally, once a day, while the patients in the ordinary group were additionally given 20mg atorvastatin orally, once a day for 12 weeks. The changes of blood fat, von willebrand factor (VWF) of serum vascular endothe-lial function, plasma thrombomodulin ( PTM) and vascular endothelial cadherin ( VEC) levels of the patients before the treatment and in the 12th week after the medical treatment were observed and compared, and the adverse drug reactions ( ADR) were evaluated as well. Results:After the 12-week medical treatment, TC, TG and LDL-C levels of the patients in the two groups were obviously de-clined than those before the treatment, while HDL-C levels were obviously raised than those before the treatment ( P<0. 05 or P<0. 01), and the changes in the intensive group was more notable than those in the ordinary group (P<0. 05). Meanwhile, serum VWF, PTM and VEC levels were obviously declined than those before the treatment (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01), and the declining rate in the intensive group was much higher than that in the ordinary group (P<0. 05). Totally 2 and 4 cases of untoward effect appeared re-spectively in the ordinary group and the intensive group with light symptom, and the incidence of ADR showed no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion:Compared with atorvastatin, atorvastatin intensive treatment in the patients with type 2 diabetes has more favorable lipid-lowering effect, which can effectively reduce serum vWF, PTM and VEC levels to improve and rem-edy vascular endothelial function with high security.
