1.Investigation and analysis of the cognitive level of occupational protection of staff in sterilization and supply center

ObjectiveTo investigate and understand the cognitive level of occupational protection of staff in sterilization and supply center. Methods180 staff in sterilization and supply center were taken for a retrospective questionnaire investigation.The survey included:general information of the object,cognition about occupational protection,wearing of protective equipment,influence of occupational hazards,sharp instrument injury and the handling of injury cases. ResultsThe cognitive level of occupational protection in the sterilization and supply center was low.Some of the staff did not fully implement the wearing of protective equipment rules in the decontamination areas.In the occupational hazards,sharp instrument injuries accounted the highest incidence.The situation of taking blood tests after injury,injection of high titer globulin,report to the higher-ups and follow-up investigation were rare,and even some staff gave no handling of the wound. ConclusionsThe cognitive level of occupational protection in the sterilization and supply center is low.It not only needs professional training to improve cognitive level of occupational protection but also effective protective measures.The management department should establish a complete protection regulations of occupational safety and strict supervision in order to prevent the occurrence of occupational exposure,ensure staff safety,and at the same time,health records should be established in order to understand health status of staff.
2.Efficacy of terbinafine in the treatment of complicated vulvovaginal candidiasis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of terbinafine in the treatment of complicated vulvovaginal candidiasis.MethodsA case of 100 patients with complicated vulvovaginal candidiasis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016, were randomly divided into treatment group (terbinafine) and the control group (fluconazole),each 50 cases,the treatment cycle is four weeks, the therapeutic effect of two groups was observed.ResultsIn the treatment group 45 cases cured, three cases were markedly effective, two cases effective, the total effective rate was 96%;In the control group 41 cases cured, three cases were markedly effective, six cases effective, the total effective rate was 88%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.01).ConclusionTerbinafine treatment of complicated vulvovaginal candidiasis was significant.
3.Changes of Nogo-A Expression in Spinal Cord of Rats with Experimental Allergic Encephalomyelitis

Objective To observe the time interval changes of the expression of Nogo-A in the intumescentia lumbalis of rats with experimental allergic encephalomyelitis(EAE),and explore the function of Nogo-A in the happening and development of EAE.Methods One hundred and six Wistar rats(female) were randomly divided into 2 groups:EAE group(70 rats)and control group(36 rats).Female Wistar rats were used to make EAE animal models,immunized by fresh cavia cobaya spinal cord homogenate and complete Freund adjuvant(CFA),at the same time,their blood brain barrier permeability was lifted by using pertussis stock solution.The rats those were coincident with the standard of being picked up were divided into 6 groups randomly according to the time of falling ill.In control group,fresh guinea pig spinal cord homogenate was replaced by sodium chloride,and rats were also divided into 6 groups randomly.Immunohistochemistry SP was used to detect expression of Nogo-A.Amyelination was detected by improved acid fuchsin and azulin myelin staining.Results In the control group,differences of Nogo-A expression in the intumescentia lumbalis were not obvious in each time group.In the EAE group,expression of Nogo-A could be observed in each time group,but their quantities were very different in contrast with those in the control group.One day after the rats had clinic symptoms,the expression of Nogo-A decreased to some extent;the third day,it reached the lowest point,and was significantly lower than that in control group(P
5.Effect of scraping therapy on Th1/Th2 balance in rats with lumbar disc herniation

Objective: To observe the effect of scraping therapy (ST) on the immune balance of serum helper T (Th) 1/Th2 cells in autologous nucleus pulposus transplantation non-compressive lumbar disc herniation (LDH) model rats, and explore the immune mechanism of ST in reducing LDH pain. Methods: Seventy-two male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into a model group, a sham operation group and a ST group, with 24 rats in each group. Autologous nucleus pulposus transplantation non-compressive LDH models were established in the model group and ST group, while the rats in the sham operation group underwent sham operation without model establishment. On the fifth day after the model was successfully prepared, rats in the ST group received ST, once every other day, 3 times as a course for a total of 3 courses. Six rats in each group were randomly selected to observe their pain thresholds, and peripheral blood of the rats was collected before the first scraping treatment and at the end of the first, second, and third courses of treatment. The serum was isolated and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was applied for the detection of rat serum interferon (IFN)-γ, interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-10. Results: Compared with the model group, the pain threshold in LDH rats in the ST group increased (P<0.05), the serum IFN-γ level was significantly reduced (P<0.05), but the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 did not change significantly (both P>0.05). At the end of the second and third courses of treatment, the IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio was negatively correlated with the pain threshold in the rats, and the IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio was significantly reduced in the ST group (P<0.01). Conclusion: ST can help suppress the Th1 immunity in LDH rats triggered by the autologous nucleus pulposus, restore the immune balance of Th1/Th2, and reduce the pain of LDH.
6.The enlightenment of Fu's subcutaneous needling on pain medicine.

Fu's subcutaneous needling (FSN) is a modern approach developed from traditional Chinese acupuncture. It could give some stimulation in the subcutaneous region that has a quick and long-lasting effect on soft tissue injuries and some of the internal medicine diseases. It is a safe approach without adverse reaction. Through analysis of the features and possible mechanism of FSN, it is believed that research on mechanism of FSN is beneficial to the development of modern medicine, especially to pain management.

9.Effects of intrathecally administered morphine and ketamine on nitric oxide synthase activity and nitric oxide production in the spinal cord

Objective To study the effects of intrathecally administered morphine and ketamine on nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity and nitric oxide content in the spinal cord.Methods Thirty-two male Wistar rats weighing 220-260 g were anesthetized with intraperitoneal chloral hydrate 300 mg?kg-1 . A catheter was implanted in subarachnoid space at lumbal region. Sciatic constriction injury (SCI) was produced by loose ligation of right sciatic nerve trunk with 4-0 cutgut. On the 4th postoperative day the animals were randomly divided into four groups of 8 animals :(1) control group (C); (2) morphine group (M);(3) ketamine group (K) and morphine-ketamine group (KM) . Morphine 20 ?g / ketamine 20 ?g / morphine 10 ?g + ketamine 10 ?g were injected intrathecally every day for 7 consecutive days in group M, K and KM. In control group normal saline was injected intrathecally instead of morphine and / or ketamine. The withdrawal latenvies to radiant heat focused on plantar surface were measured as radiant heat threshold before intrathecal administration of the analgesic (baseline) and 30 min after intrathecal administration of ketamine and / or morphine every day for 7consecutive days. The percentage of maximal possible effect ( MPE % ) was calculated : MPE % = (latency after intrathecal administration-baseline latency) / (radiant heat cut-off time-baseline latency) X 100% . After 7 days of intrathecal administration the animals were decapitated and the spinal cord was immediately removed and the lumbal spinal cord was dissected on ice.
