Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2010;30(12):1241-1246
Objective To evaluate the academic level and the popularity of Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics from the point view of citation. Methods According to the information of Chinese Medical Citation Index (CMCI), the amount and distribution of the original articles in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics cited by the journals included by CMCI were statistically analyzed. The data analysis included the percentage of cited articles, the number of citation of a single article, authors of most cited articles, geological regions of cited articles, citing journals, the self citing rate and years of citation. Results The percentage of cited papers (663 articles, 3728 times) in all published 1 182 articles in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics from 2005 to 2009 was an average of 56.09%. The average time of original articles cited by other researchers was 5.62. The highest one was citated by 104 times. 210 articles (31.68% of total papers) were cited 5 or more times, and the all cited times from them were 2835 (76.04% of total cited times). 663 cited articles were written by 485 authors from different countries. The most frequently cited author wrote 12 papers. The number of authors with one paper cited was 386 (79.58% of total authors). The cited authors are from the mainland, HongKong, and Taiwan in China, as well as USA, Canada, France. Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin are leading cities in orthopaedic research. Beijing was the first place (32.16% of total authors). There were 445 citing journals. There was 217 items self cited; the self- citing rate is 0.058. Conclusion Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics has provided high quality articles and has a strong influence in the field of medical research. It has been become an important resource for orthopaedic researchers and a vital medical journal in China.

Journal of China Medical University 2010;(6):461-463,466
Objective To investigate the effect of old myocardial infarction on the heart rate variability. Methods Totally 86 patients with old myocardial infarction and 78 healthy people were enrolled in the study.Twenty-four-hour heart rate variability in the time domains including NN,SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,and PNN50 and the frequency domains including VLF,LF,HF,and LF/HF were analyzed. Results Both the time domain and frequency domain indexes of the heart rate variability in patients with old myocardial infarction significantly decreased than those in the healthy peolple(P 0.05).Conclusion There might be autonomic nervous system dysfunction in the patients with old myocardial infarction.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;35(10):82-84
Objective To investigate effect of interferon gemma on immune factor and CD69, CD107a in patients with delayed type hypersensitivity by interferon gamma. Methods 76 cases with delayed type hypersensitivity were selected and divided into 2 groups.38 cases in control group were treated conventional therapy, 38 cases in experiment group were treated by interferon gamma.Peripheral blood CD69, CD107a, immune factor, T cell subsets and the treatment efficiency were compared after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the serum CD69 and CD107a levels were lower in the experimental group (P<0.05), serum IgG and IgA levels were higher, the serum IgE level was lower (P<0.05), and the CD3 +,CD4 +,CD4 +/CD8 +level was higher, serum CD8 + was lower (P<0.05) .The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion Interferon gamma has good clinical effect in the patients with delayed type hypersensitivity, and can effectively reduce the levels of CD69 and CD107a in the peripheral blood, and regulate the immune function of the body.
6.Study of the values of renal function indicators in predicting chronic kidney disease
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(22):3034-3035
Objective To discuss the values of renal function indicators in predicting chronic kidney disease (CKD) .Methods According to eGFR ,212 cases of CKD patients were divided into three groups :group A (eGFR> 60 mL · min-1 · 1 .73 m -2 ) , group B (eGFR 30-60 mL · min-1 · 1 .73 m-2 ) ,and group C (eGFR<30 mL · min-1 · 1 .73 m-2 ) .175 cases of patients with the risk of CKD and 60 cases of healthy people were selected at the same time and brought into high‐risk group and normal control group ,respectively .The ratios of microalbumin and creatinine in urine (UmAlb/Cr) ,and the serum levels of Urea ,creatinine(Cr) , uric acid(UA) ,cystatin C(CysC) ,β2‐microglobulin(BMG) and homocysteine(Hcy) in all the groups were detected .Results There were differences in the levels of CysC and BMG among the three groups of CKD patients(P<0 .05) ,as well as between high‐risk group and normal control group ,with significant difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion CysC and BMG can be used as effective indica‐tors of CKD prediction .

China Biotechnology 2006;0(01):-
Hepatitis C virus(HCV)is the major etiology of non-A,non-B hepatitis. At present, neither a vaccine nor any effective therapy is available.Multi-epitope DNA vaccine(minigenes/epigenes)is a novel nucleic acid vaccine which can induces high effective cellular and humoral immune responses and has good perspective in clearing Hepatitis C virus through screening and assembling optimal antigen epitope genes(T cell、B cell epitope included). It is advanced in covering more HCV subtypes, inducing comprehensive anti-HCV immune responses and reducing the negative influence caused by irrelevant, disturbing and suppressive sequence as far as possible through selecting the most potential protective epitopes in DNA vaccine design. The recent research progress on HCV compound multi-epitope DNA vaccine and future prospects were reviewed.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the effects of hemoglobin concentration on portal hypertension associated with hyperdynamic state. Methods According to blood hemoglobin level below or above 110g/L,55(nontreated) portal hypertension patients were divided into anemic and nonanemic groups, and the relevant(hemodynamic) and clinical data were examined and analyzed retrospectively. In order to avoid the effects of differences in hepatic function, data were analyzed separately according to the Child class. Results(Compared) to the nonanemic group, the anemic group had markedly increased cardiac output [(7.4?(1.7L))/min vs(6.3?1.9L)/min,P=0.028] and increased free portal pressure [(29.1?3.1)mmHg vs(26.8?3.3)mmHg,P=0.012],and a markedly decreased mean arterial pressure [(84?10.7)mmHg vs(97.1?12)mmHg,P

Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the role of MRA,IPVG and DUS in the hemodynamics studies of portal hypertension. Methods Thirty-eight patients with portal hypertension were examined with Philips Gyroscan 1.0 Tesla MR imaging system.3D-DCE MRA and 2D-PC MR were used for study of portal venous anatomy and its hemodynamics. The results were compared with those obtained from IPVG and DUS.Results 3D-DCE MRA could clearly display the anatomical imaging of portal venous system and its imaging quality was better than that of IPVG.The data of hemodynamics from 2D-PC MR including diameter, blood velocity and blood flow were closely correlated to those from DUS.Conclusion As a non-invasive technique,MRA can display the anatomy of portal venous system and measure its hemodynamics exactly. It should be applied as the first choice in hemodynamics evaluation for portal hypertension.
