Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(14):1910-1912
Objective To analyze clinical characteristics, hospital treatment, complications and mortality differences of the patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) by conventional treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of 426 cases of AMI patients, aged 20-103 years [mean age(67. 82 ±0. 56) years] ,male 261 cases, female 165 cases, the general condition of patients were recorded, history features, diagnosis, treatment, complications and prognosis. Comparison of elderly(≥70 years) and non-elderly(<70 years) ,male and female patients with clinical features, treatment, complications and mortality differences. Results Compared with the non-elderly patients with AMI,elderly patients had significantly lower smoking history(P<0.05) ,female ratio, history of old myocardial infarction rate, cardiac function≥Killip Ⅲ level was significantly higher(all P<0.05). During hospitalization in patients of different ages diuretics,β blockers, digitalis, clopidogrel and other drugs, application of a significant difference (all P<0.05). Elderly AMI patients with complete left bundle branch block, atrioventricular block, atrial fibrillation, the incidence was higher than non-elderly patients (all P<0.05) ,but no difference in mortality between the two groups (P>0.05). Female patients than male patients with age of onset was significantly (P<0.05) , and the smoking rate is low,but clearly the high rate of angina died(P<0.05) ,sub-poor cardiac function after myocardial infarction(P<0.05). Application of cardiac drugs in addition to nutrition than men, female patients, the rate of other conventional therapy,no difference in both complications and prognosis(all P>0.05). Conclusion AMI was the major diseases threatening human life, different age had its own clinical characteristics of patients, and it could not be impacted by gender.
6.Expression of cellular FLICE-inhibitory protein in peripheral blood and lesion of patients with lichen planus
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2009;29(3):221-223
Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of cellular FLICE( Fas-assoelated death domain-like interleukin-I β-converting enzyme-like)-inhibitory protein (c-FLIP) in peripheral blood and lesions of lichen planus patients. Methods Peripheral blood and skin samples were obtained from 30 patients with lichen planns and 20 normal controls. Flow cytometry was used to detect intracellular c-Fl,lP in peripheral T and B lymphocytes, and immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of c-FLIP in lesionai tissue. Results Based on the pesitivity rate of c-FLIP, there was a significant increase in T iymphocytes in lichen planus compared with normal controls(6.32%±1. 17% vs 2.28%±0.54%, P < 0.05 ), while no significant difference was found in B lymphocytes between two groups (0.78% ±0. 16% vs 0.69% ± 0. 18%, P >0. 05 ). The expression intensity of c-FLIP in keratinocytes was also higher in lichen planusthanthatinnormalcontrols ( 89.73%± 5.24% vs 121.58% ±7.93% ,P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion c-FLIP is highly expressed in lesions and peripheral T lymphocytes of patients with lichen planus, which suggests the possible involvement of c-FLIP in the proliferation of T lymphocytes in lichen planns.
7.The Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head with Comprehensive Therapy Dominated by Medical Ozone
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(2):146-147
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating avascular necrosis of femoral head with comprehensive therapy dominated by medical ozone. Methods Joint cavity of femoral articulation was performed blockage and injected with fluids for eliminating inflammation and reliving pain. After 5 to 10 minutes interval, if the patients did not show any abnormal reaction, medical Ozone with the concentration of 30%, 8 to 10ml, was injected to the joint cavity. Meanwhile, needle-knife therapy was used to reduce pressure inside the cavity. Traditional Chinese medicine was also used for the treatment. Results of all 183 femoral articulations of 135 cases, the therapeutic result of 38 articulations perfect, occupying 20.8% (38/183), 88 were good, occupying 48.1% (88/183), 31 were normal, occupying 16.9% (31/183) and 26 were bad, occupying 14.2% (26/183).The total effective rate was 85.8% (157/183). Conclusion The treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head with comprehensive therapy dominated by medical ozone had outstanding therapeutic effects.
