Objective To investigate the effect of venlafaxine combined with antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods In this study, 60 patients with schizophrenia who were treated and diagnosed in ankang hospital of Hangzhou public security bureau from June 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the time of admission.The control group was only given antipsychotic(risperidone);enrolifloxacin combined with antipsychotics(risperidone)was used in the experimental group.The patients were evaluated with the positive and negative symptoms scale, and the side effects were assessed by the Adverse Reaction Symptom Scale(TESS).A 12-week study was conducted.Results Compared with the results of this experiment, the scores of PANSS and the scores of the two groups were not different between the two groups before and after treatment.4,8,12 weekend negative group of experimental group and the difference was very significant before treatment;8,12 weekend negative control group score and before treatment is relatively poor.There were significant differences in negative factor scores between the two groups at 4, 8 and 12 weeks.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Risperidone combined with venlafaxine is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms.It has good curative effect and high safety.It is worth popularizing in clinic.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined electroacupuncture,tuina and traction treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:Depending on the orders of the patient's first visit,120 cases were randomized into a treatment group (60 cases),receiving electroacupuncture,tuina and traction treatment,and a control group (60 cases),receiving electroacupuncture and tuina treatment.The treatment was done once a day,and 5 times constitute one course of treatment.A 2-day interval is set between the courses.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 6 courses of treatment.Result:The total effective rate and recovery rate in the treatment group were 93.3% and 61.7%,respectively,whereas that of the control group were 78.3% and 31.7%,respectively,showing a significant statistical difference.Conclusion:Combined acupuncture,tuina and traction worked well for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.

Therefore, oral low dose amiodarone (in one year) is safe for the elderly patients, but they must be monitored closely in the first 6 months.

Objective To study Evaluation of serum soluble ST2 protein and brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in patients with acute heart failure and prognosis of patients with acute heart failure.Methods Fifty cases patients with acute heart failure from April 2014 to April 2015 in the First Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Beijing were researched.Detection of all patients with serum ST2,NT-proBNP,50 patients with acute heart failure were divided into heart failure group,50 healthy persons were selected as the control group.The control group and the observation group general heart failure data,the observation group and the control group of cardiac biomarker blood level,cardiac function level NT-proBNP blood concentration level,classification of cardiac function between ST2 blood concentration level were compared.Results Cr,BUN of heart failure group were higher than the control group,there was no significant difference between other indicators(P＞0.05).ST2((0.46±0.07)ng/L)in heart failure group was lower than the control group((0.66±0.20)ng/L),NT-proBNP((4160.20±57.49)ng/L)was higher than the control group((58.97±4.39)ng/L),heart function IV NT-proBNP blood concentration of the highest(9 428.29±75.93)ng/L,followed by grade III(1 921.01±30.27)ng/L,the second lowest(321.02±16.80)ng/L,(P＜0.01).Heart function IV level ST2 blood concentration was the highest(1.95±0.69)ng/L,followed by grade III(1.27±0.61)ng/L,class II minimum(0.78±0.24)ng/L(P＜0.01).Conclusion The serum ST2 and NT-proBNP are used to detect the patients with acute heart failure,can provide accurate diagnosis basis,has a very important value judgment on the classification and prognosis.

Objective To evaluate the academic level and the popularity of Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics from the point view of citation. Methods According to the information of Chinese Medical Citation Index (CMCI), the amount and distribution of the original articles in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics cited by the journals included by CMCI were statistically analyzed. The data analyzed included the percentage of cited articles, the number of citation of a single article, authors of most cited articles, geological regions of cited articles, years of citation, citing journals and self citing rate. Results The percentage of cited papers (749 articles, 4213 times) in all published 1184 articles in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics from 2000 to 2004 were 76.43%, 75.20%, 71.49%, 57.46% and 30.19%, with an average of 63.26%. The original articles cited by other researchers were 7.86, 6.54, 5.48, 2.98 and 1.78, with an average of 5.62. The highest one was citated by 68 times. The most frequently cited authors were from 30 provinces of China and the city Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin were the three topest cities among other cities in the naion. There were 461 citing journals, and there was 191 items self citsted, self-citing rate is 0.045. Conclusion Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics has published high quality articles. It has been become one of the most important information resource for orthopaedic researchers and one of the most important medical journals in China.

Filtration surgeries,especially trabeculectomy,are the most common surgeries for glaucoma.Although trabeculectomy has excellent efficacy for reducing intraocular pressure(IOP),glaucoma filtering blebs have been frequently associated with various postoperative complications including filtering bleb failure and ocular surface dysfunctions.Surgical treatments of the natural aqueous outflow system,in and around Schlemm's canal,to restore normal function without penetration of the intraocular space has been considerable interest in recent years as glaucoma surgeons continue their quest for a procedure that reduces IOP without the risk related with filtering bleb.As a result,more blebless glaucoma surgeries have developed gradually in the past years.

In France, home care is defined as an alternative to hospitalization.It aims at the patients who do not need full-time treatment in hospital, but who need the quality and technique of treatment which are same as hospital.It shortens the time of hospitalization, even sometimes to avoid hospitalization.This paper reviews home care and its application in neonatology in France, and discusses its application in China.
