1.Research on Thin Film type Hydrogen Sulfide Sensor Based on SnO2-CuO Nanofibers

A SnO2-CuO composite nanofiber was prepared by the coaxial electrospinning method. A new thin-film-type hydrogen sulfide gas sensor was designed by coating SnO2-CuO composite nanofibers onto an alumina ceramic tube with Au electrodes by dip-coating method. The crystalline phase and microstructure of SnO2-CuO composite nanofibers were characterized using X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) and scanning electron microscope ( SEM) . The influence of chemical composition and thickness of sensitive film on the sensitive mechanism and electrochemical characteristic of SnO2-CuO nanofibers were analyzed. The characteristic tests of hydrogen sulfide sensor including sensitive performance, temperature, relative humidity, dynamic response, interference and stability were carried out by WS-30A type multifunction analyzer in gas sensor test system. The results demonstrated that, when the operating temperature was 25℃ and hydrogen sulfide gas concentration increased from 10 to 60 mg/L, the hydrogen sulfide sensor based on C50 composite nanofibers with 70 nm sensitive film thickness had the best linearity (92. 3%) and sensitivity (98. 2%). Besides, its highest response values and relatively humidity level were 1080 and 95%, respectively, and its dynamic response time and recover time were 4 s and 12 s, respectively. This sensor showed good anti-disturbance to the gases, such as CO, NO2 , SO2 , NH3 , CO2 , CH4 and H2 . The response value of the sensor was attenuated about 9. 2% when it was applied continually in the mine about 12 months, and its normal response time was 10. 9 months.
2.Research on Gas-Sensing Properties of TiO2-SnO2 Composite Nanocrystalline to Ozone under Ultra-Violet Light

TiO2-SnO2 composite nanocrystalline was prepared by the low temperature hydrothermal method. A new film-type ozone sensor was developed by using TiO2-SnO2 composite nanocrystallines transferred onto an alumina ceramic tube with Au electrodes by dip-coating method. The crystalline phase and microstructure of TiO2-SnO2 nanocrystallines were characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD) , field emission scanning electron microscope ( FE-SEM) , energy dispersive X-ray analysis ( EDAX) and ultraviolet-visible spectrometry ( UV-Vis) . The ozone sensitive mechanism and photoelectrochemical properties of TiO2-SnO2 nanocrystallines were analyzed by using ultraviolet-visible spectrometry and electrochemical method. These characteristic tests of ozone sensor were carried out on the traits of sensitive performance, dynamic response, interference and stability under ultraviolet-visible illumination by the XEDWS-60 A type multifunction analyzer in gas sensor static test system. the conclusion demonstrates that when the ozone sensor based on TiO2-SnO2 composite nanocrystalline ( molar ratio of Ti and Sn is 6 ) was under conditions of 40% relative humidity and 25 ℃operating temperature, when ozone concentration was increased from 0. 1 to 1. 8 μg/L, the best linearity of ozone sensor upon ultraviolet illumination and visible illumination were 97 . 5% and 78 . 5%, the dynamic response time was 2 s and 9 s, the recovery time was 5. 5 s and 15 s. This kind of sensor showed good anti-disturbance to the gases, such as CO, NOx , formaldehyde, acetone, butanol and methanol. The response value of ozone sensor was attenuated about 4 . 7%, when ozone sensor was applied continually on the automobile about 12 months, and its normal time was 8. 5 months.
3.Experimental study of atherosclerosis ⅣChanges of aortic smooth cell proliferation, platelet free calcium and aggregation in atherosclerotic rabbits and the effects of 8501 on these changes.

Smooth muscle cell (SMC) proliferation, platelet free calcium level and aggregation of experimental atherosclerotic rabbits were investigated in this study. Aortic SMC ofhyperlipidemic rabbits in vitro showed higher growth activity than did normal rabbit SMC. And also hyperlipidemic serum stimulated SMC to proliferate at a significantly greater rate than control serum. Moreover, the level of platelet free calcium and the platelet aggregation was also higher in hyperlipidemic rabbits, indicating that activitated platelets possibly release more PDGF to act as a stimulator to SMC proliferation and calcium is an important factor to activate platelets. Furthermore, SMC from 8501-treated rabbits appeared lower proliferative rate than thecells from hyperlipidemic rabbits. And serum from those rabbits inhibited SMC proliferation compared with hyperlipidemic serum, the inhibitory effect was even stronger than that of normal serum. It may be relevant to the favorable effects of 8501 to TXA2/PGI2 balance.
4.Study on MTHFR C677T Polymorphism in Ischemic Stroke with Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective To explore the relationship between the C677T single nucleotide polymorphism of N5, N10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) and blood stasis syndrome (BSS) of ischemic stroke (IS). Methods The MTHFR C677T genotypes in 84 patients of IS of BSS type (BSS-IS group), 143 patients of IS of non-BSS type (non-BSS-IS group) were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) assay. Results The constituent ratio of MTHFR CC, CT and TT genotype was significantly different between two groups (? 2 =12.618;d.f.=2, P=0.002). The frequencies of T allele in patients with BSS-IS (39.29%) were higher than that of non-BSS-IS group (24.48%). The MTHFR TT genotype was associated with a 3.730-fold increased risk for BSS-IS (OR=3.730;95%CI, 1.229~11.318; P =0.014). Conclusion The MTHFR TT genotype may be one of the risk factors associated with the susceptivity to BSS-IS.
5.Effect of Ornidazol on acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Ornidazol on acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth (PWT).Methods125 patients with PWT were randomly divided into the experiment group (63 cases, treated with Ornidazol) and control group (62 cases, treated with Metronidazole). The curative effect was observed when teeth extracted.ResultsThe effective rate of the experiment group was 95.2%, that of control group was 82.2%. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionOrnidazol has an obvious effect on acute PWT.
6.The discussing of nurses collocating and training in clinical health education

To find a way to improve the effects of clinical health education,the clinical health education nurses collocating qualifications to hold their posts, job duties, examinations of training, and practical efficacies were recommended. The setup of clinical education nurses had the advantages as follow: First, the clinical health education with high levels and high qualities can effectively strengthen the patients attending consciousness;second,scientific trainings of health education nurses were useful to pre control the qualities of the health education and improve the level; At last, respecting and caring for patients were the key points to make the patients satisfy the health education.
7.The compatibility regularity of insomnia in the medical records of Ming and Qing dynasties

72 cases of treatments on insomnia were recorded in the medical books of Ming and Qing dynasties(A.D.1368~1911 years).The compatibility regularity of treating insomnia in these 72 cases were statistically analyzed with frequency and the R type cluster analysis methods. Combining the data and modern recognition, compatibility and medication regularity of treating insomnia was further analyzed.
8.Questionnaire analysis of related factors of male pattern alopecia and clinical efficacy of finasteride therapy in 320 patients

Objective To study the related factors of male pattern alopecia(MPA) and efficacy of finasteride as well as to survey the related factors influencing the life quality of patients with MPA.Methods Questionnaire with dermatology life quality index(DLQI) and center for epidemiologic studies depression scale(CES-D) were adopted to assess the life quality and psychological changes of 320 outpatients with MPA.The 320 patients with MPA of Hamilton grades Ⅱ-Ⅶ took finasteride tablet of 1mg/day for over 4 months in this clinical tria1.We analyzed the related factors of MPA,tested the related indexes,and observed for changes of hair growth and adverse reactions.Results DLQI and CES-D scores of the 320 MPA patients obviously increased.Many factors including inheritance and psychological influence were correlated with MPA.The total efficacy rate after treatment for over 4 months was 80.8%.Conclusion Hair loss significantly affected the life quality of patients with MPA and brought negative effects on the patients' psychology,which can worsen hair loss.Therefore,appropriate psychotherapy and other treatments should be given to them.MPA is a kind of disease caused by multiple factors and oral administration of finasteride(1mg) is effective and safe for treating MPA.

Chinese donation after citizen's death (CDCD) is an important way to solve the donor shortage problem,but if we can't effectively control warm ischemia time of CDCD donor,it's easy to cause grafts primary nonfunction,early grafts dysfunction and biliary complications.Nowadays,with the development of surgical techniques,the definition of warm ischemia continues has been continuously updated.The understanding on different definitions may lay the foundation for improving the survival rate of liver and kidney and effectively protect liver and kidney function after transplantation.This paper overviewed the significance of different definitions of warm ischemia and its effect on liver and renal function,which could provide a reference for further experimental study and clinical practice.
