1.Primary effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(1):3-5
The primary effect is out of the conception of the psychology, which emphasizes the importance of the initial stimuli. Although the primary effect of acupuncture and moxibustion happens and is applied constantly in clinic, the conception, connotation and application of it had not been explained definitely yet. The writers attempt to explain the characteristics, theoretic significance and clinical values of the clinical primary, effect of acupuncture and moxibustion based on the conception of it so as to provide a certain of reference to the study on the clinical primary effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.

3.Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering Analysis on Safflower Injections
China Pharmacist 2015;(5):759-760,761
Objective:To study the surface enhanced Raman scattering ( SERS) of safflower and identify safflower injections by SERS quickly and effectively. Methods:Through comparative analysis of the Raman spectroscopy of safflower injections and the corre-sponding control herbs, the rapid identification of safflower injections was realized. Results:The results showed that several character-istic peaks of safflower were enhanced obviously in SERS, which could be used to identify safflower injections. Conclusion:The meth-od is reliable, rapid, accurate and specific, which can be applied as a method to identify safflower and its injections.
4.Chronic Severe-degree Hepatitis B Complicated by Aspergillosis:Analysis of Clinical Characteristics
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical characteristics of chronic severe-degree hepatitis B complicated by aspergillosis and its susceptive factors and prevention and treatment.METHODS The clinical data of 3 patients with chronic severe-degree hepatitis B complicated by aspergillosis were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS From 23 patients with chronic severe-degree hepatitis B complicated by fungus infection, there were 3 patients complicated by aspergillosis and died. The susceptive factors included poor immunity, incorrect use of antibiotis and invasive operation.CONCLUSIONS Patients with chronic severe-degree hepatitis B complicated by aspergillosis have poor progress and prognosis. The effective preventive methods are treating underlying disease actively, using antibiotis correctly, reducing or avoiding invasive operation and disinfecting air regularly.
5.Changes of serum enzymes in acute mesenteric vasculopathy
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2014;29(4):285-288
Objective To study changes of serum enzymes among acute mesenteric vasculopathy (AMV) and several surgical acute abdomens for early diagnosis of acute mesenteric vasculopathy. Methods Rabbit models were established for acute mesenteric artery ischemia, acute mesenteric venous ischemia, acute mechanical ileus, acute strangulated intestinal obstruction, acute gastric perforation, acute pancreatitis, sham group, blank control group.Serum enzymes were tested after 0,1,3,6,9 h.Result Compared with blank control, acute mesenteric vasculopathy experienced significantly alterations of the serum enzymes.ALT (alanine aminotransferase),ALP (alkaline phosphatase),r-GT (glutamyl transferthe enzyme) were significantly higher after mesenteric veins blocked 3 hours,LDH (lactate dehydrogenase) was significantly higher after mesenteric venous blocked 6 hours (P < 0.05).ALT was significantly higher after mesenteric artery blocked 6 hours (P < 0.05).Elevated ALT were statistically different in acute mesenteric vasculopathy compared with blank control, sham group, gastric perforation, mechanical ileus, and strangulated intestinal obstruction (all P < 0.05) ; r-GT level was statistically different between acute mesenteric artery ischemia and acute mesenteric venous ischemia. Conclusions Mesurements of serum enzymes level are helpful to make early diagnosis of acute mesenteric vasculopathy.
6.STUDY ON PHARMACOKINETICS OF PROBIMANE FOR ORAL ADMINISTRATION IN RABBIT
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
Pharmaco kinetics of probimane in rabbits was studied by using high-performance liguid chromatography. After the oral adiminis-tration of probimane 75mg/kg to rabbits,the phatmacokinetic characteristics are found to fit a two compartment open model. The pharmacokinetic parameters are: tl/2? = 0.1933h, tl/2? = 4.9568h, K21 =2.9410h-1, K10=0.6492h-1 K12=3.75l2h-1 AUC = 98.9l01h ? mg/L, Cls=0.7583L? kg-1 ? h-1, V/f(c) = 1.0924L ? kg-1, VSS=1.5114L. kg-1.
7.Efficacy Observation of Compound Azintamide and Trimebutine Maleate in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia in Elderly Patients
China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety of compound azintamide and trimebutine maleate in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) in elderly patients. METHODS: 48 elderly patients with FD up to Rome Ⅲ were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group were given 200 mg trimebutine maleate tid at 15 min before meal and 2 pieces of compound azintamide tid after meal for 4 weeks (n=23). Control group were given 200 mg trimebutine maleate tid for 4 weeks (n=25). Questionnaire survey was applied to detect the index of dyspeptic symptoms and drug toxity before and after treatment. RESULTS: The patients with FD in two groups were matched well in respect of age, sex and index of dyspeptic symptoms. Routine therapy was achieved and adverse reaction wasn’t found. Curative efficacy and symptom score in treatment group were significantly better than in control group after 4 weeks of treatment, such as poor appetite, abdominal distension, early satiety, belching , except upper abdominal pain and burning sensation (P
8.The effect of the calcium-channel-blocking agent on the febrile response induced by ET
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(05):-
This experiment was carried out in 65 New Zealand rabbits. The resultsrevealed that the febrile response and increaed PGE_2 level in cerebrospipel fluid (CSF) were significantly reduced when the calcium-channel-blocking agent (verapamil) wasintravenously injected prior to ET. But, verapamil had no marked effect on the increasedcAMP level in csf during ET-induced fever. It was suggested that most likely this anti-pyretic action was due to the effect on biosynthesis of PGE in hypothalamus, while,cAMP might not be involved in the mechanism of this antipyretic action.
9.Effects of infant antibiotic usage on childhood asthma morbidity
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(2):101-104
According to clinical epidemiological researches, the usage of antibiotics in infant increases the risk of childhood asthma morbidity. The mechanism of this link is not entirely clariifed, and it is assumed of being related to side effects of antibiotics, which changes the colonization of normal intestinal lfora and reduces the diversity. It is clear that normal intestinal lfora of infant help to construct innate immune system and adaptive immune system, and forge immune tolerance. Therefore, normal intestinal lfora might be helpful in reducing allergies. The usage of antibiotics in early life changes the quantity and the composition of intestinal lfora, and breaks the balance of immune homeostasis, which might increase the risk of asthma morbidity. The abuse of antibiotics in children is a general phenomenon in China which needs attention from pediatricians.
10.Report on discontinuation of tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy and the cure of chronic myelogenous leukemia in the 54th ASH annual meeting
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2013;22(1):13-16
With the great success of imatinib mesylate(IM) and other tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI),chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) is taken as a successful model of targeted therapies for human cancer.Although the emergence of TKI has greatly improved the prognosis of CML,the long-term TKI treatment may bring the problems of drug resistance, serious side effects, poor compliance, and heavy economic burden.Recently, people focus on whether patients would be cured after discontinuation of TKI treatment. Here, the progresses on discontinuation of TKI therapy in CML presented in the 54th American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting were reviewed.
