Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(3):191-193
Objective To investigate the positive influence of telephone follow-up on primiparas′exclusive breastfeeding during puerperal period. Methods By using convenience sampling method, 90 primiparas were selected who had given birth in the integration ward of our hospital from October to December 2015 as the control group, and 60 primiparas were selected who had given birth in the integration ward of our hospital from December 2015 to January 2016 as the experimental group. For the experimental group, every 2 weeks, a telephone follow-up was executed according to primiparas′parturition time after leaving hospital. For the control group, telephone follow-up was not executed. The influence of periodic telephone follow-up on primiparas′ exclusive breastfeeding was observed. Results The exclusive breastfeeding rate of primiparas in the experimental group was increased as the telephone follow-up was executed. It was up to 91.7%(55/60) 6 weeks since parturition. The exclusive breastfeeding rate of primiparas in the control group was 71.1% (64/90). The difference was significant (χ2=9.28, P<0.01). Conclusions Periodic telephone follow- up according to necessity provides breastfeeding publicity and guidance after parturition, maintaining the continuous education and caring for the primiparas after leaving hospital which efficiently increased the pure breastfeeding rate of primiparas during puerperal period.
3.Immunohistochemical Detection of ras P_(21) Expression in Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma and Its Clinicopathological Significance
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(04):-
By using antr-ras P21 mouse monoclonal (MoAb), SCI-Oncogema 1, the authors examined immunohistochemica! staining in pancreatc adeocarcinoma. The percentage of positive staining was 24/43 (558%). Furthermore it was indicated that the positive staining rate of antr-ras P21 MoAb was related to either histopathological grade or clinical stage. Upon statistical analysis of the correlation between the staining of anti-ras P21 and patient prognosis with Kaplan-Meier curve and Log-rant test, the positive staining cases showed comparatively better prognosis than the negative ones. Our study suggests that ras P21 expression may be important in the early stage of pancreatic carcinoma.

China Oncology 2006;0(09):-
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is the commonest head and neck cancer in China and especially sensitive to both chemotherapy and radiotherapy. But radiotherapy alone has disappointing effect to local advanced cases. Nevertheless, chemoradiotherapy provides long term survival. This paper summarized the current status of the different ways of chemoradiotherapy such as induction, concurrent, adjuvant chemotherapy.
7.MEASUREMENT OF ACTIVITY OF ADENOSINE DEAMINASE IN PLEURAL FLUID FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF TUBERCULOUS AND MALIGNANT PLEURAL EFFUSIONS
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
Adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity in pleural fluid from 81 patients was measured by colorime-tric method. Of these cases, 55 cases were tuberculous pleural effusion, 22 cases were malignant pleura! effusion and 4 cases were transudate pleural effusion. The mean ADA, activity in pleural fluid of tuberculous group was 188.3?58.2u and that of malignant group was 52. 2?15. 4u. Statistically the difference is highly significant (p0.05). In tuberculous group, pleural fluid ADA levels higher than 110u were found in 53. cases (96.3%), and those above 120u were found in 52 cases (94.5%), while no case in malignat group had the ADA level higher than 90u, and in 20 cases it is lower than 70u (20/22 cases, 90.9%). These data suggest that pleural fluid ADA activity may be a useful index in the differential diagnosis of tuberculous and malignant pleural effusions.
8.ANALYSIS OF EXPRESSION PATTERNS OF NUCLEIC ACID AND THEIR DERIVATIVE METABOLISM,PROCESSING AND TRANSPORT-RELATED GENES DURING RAT LIVER REGENERATION
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Objective To study the expression changes and patterns of nucleic acid and their derivative metabolism, processing and transport-related genes in rat liver regeneration(LR) at transcriptional level. Methods The related genes were obtained by online data collection and literature review, and gene expression patterns in rat regenerated liver were checked by Rat Genome 230 2.0 array.LR-related genes were identified through the comparison of discrepancles in gene expression between partial hepatectomy(PH) and sham operation(SO) groups. Results 240 genes were determined to be related with liver regeneration. The number of initially expressive genes in the forepart of liver regeneration(0.5-4 hours after PH),prophase(6-12 hours after PH),metaphase(16-66 hours after PH),anaphase(72-168 hours after PH) were 65,14,150,11 respectively and the total expression numbers were 133,87,627,169 respeitirely. There were 6,5,22 and 9 expression patterns.Frequencies of up-regulation and down-regulation were 768 and 248.mRNA catabolism in prophase and metaphase,DNA recombination, modification and transcript,mRNA processing and transport in prophase, metaphase and anaphase, and nucleotides and their derivatives metabolism,as well as DNA replication, packaging and catabolism during the whole LR,were enhanced. Conclusion LR-related genes were mainly triggered in the forepart of liver regeneration, and funclioned at different phases.
