1.Radiographic evaluation of cone-beam computed tomography for oral implants: maxillary sinus.
West China Journal of Stomatology 2015;33(4):331-335
Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) has an important function in understanding implant operations. CBCT can be used to evaluate the basic condition of implant site before implant operation and decide whether it is suitable for implanting. CBCT also ensures whether the direction of implant and the operation method are satisfactory. CBCT can be used pre- or post-operation as long as the case involves the maxillary sinus. Clinical implant cases using CBCT were introduced to evaluate the maxillary sinus pre- or post-operation.

3.Research of hepatocyte nuclear factor 4α in digestive system tumors
Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(12):915-918
Hepatocyte nuclear factor 4α is a transcription factor of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily and plays a very important role in the differentiation and development of the digestive system as well as the polarity regulation, which is considered to be a tumor suppressor gene.It also plays a very important role in digestive tumorigenesis, invasion and metastasis of hepatic carcinoma, colon cancer and gastric cancer, which is closely associated with epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition, the regulation of cell proliferation and wnt signaling pathway.HNF4α expression and its regulation mechanism in the digestive system tumors are now the research focus.
4.Quality control of Compound Glucomannan Weight-reducing Tablet
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(12):-
AIM:To establish the quality control standard of Compound Glucomannan Weight-reducing Tablet. METHODS:Material and tablets went through ultrasonic cleaning by 60% alcohol and then hydrolyzed to glucose and mannose with 2.0 mol/L sulfuric acid, derivatized with PMP,separated by RP-HPLC using a stage gradient elution, and wavelength was at 250 nm. The monosaccharide were studied under the help of internal standard; while the glucomannan content in Konjac refined powder and tablets was determined. RESULTS:Linearities of glucose and mannose were good (r=0.994 3,0.999 8) in the range of 0.05-0.5 mmol/L.The average recoveries of this method were 100.67% and 98.34%,RSD were 2.74% and 3.22%(n=5) respectively. Ratio of glucose to mannose in glucomannan was 2 ∶3,glucomannan content in Konjac refined powder was 88.2%,glucomannan content in tablet was 354 mg/p. dissolution used for glucomannan conformed to homogeneity. CONCLUSION:The established quality standard is simple, feasible and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Compound Glucomannan Weight-reducing Tablet.
5.Investigation on the Prevalence of Human Demodex Among 2 248 Medical Students in Inner Mongolia
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(04):-
Objective To understand the difference of Demodex prevalence among medical students living and studying together with different classes, sexes and nationalities. \ Methods\ Demodex folliculorum and Demodex brevis were detected by using cellophane tape on the nasolabial grooves. \ Results\ The overall prevalence was 51\^5% in 2 248 medical students. Prevalence in different classes and sexes was: freshman 42\^6%, sophomore 49\^6% and third year students 66\^8%; 55\^7% in males and 48\^7% in females. Prevalence in students with different nationalities was: Mongolian 49\^8%, Han 52\^8% and other minorities 64\^3%. \ Conclusion\ The Demodex prevalence in students of senior classes was higher than those from junior ones (P
6.Experimental Research and Clinical Observation of Circadian R hythm on Pharmacodynamics of Lidocain Alkalified Solution
Herald of Medicine 2001;(4):261-
To explore the time-dependent of p harmacodynamics of lidocain alkalified solution. Method: On 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, surface anaesthesia and subarachnoid anaesthesia were con ducted in rabbits and 76 cases of surgical patients receiving epidureal anaesthe sia were observed in therapy effect. Results: The results of animal experimental showed the anaesthesia potency and anaesthesia incubatory period were better on 8:00 am than 8:00 pm; the clinical observation also obtain ed asimilar result. Conclusion: These results showed that lidocain alkalified solution had time-dependent of pharmacodynamics.
10.Discontinuation of tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy: can chronic myeloid leukemia be cured?
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2012;21(3):129-132
It is a crucial question whether it is necessary to continue the treatment after the patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) who have achieved a complete molecular response (CMR) on imatinib (IM) treatment. If tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy was required indefinitely to maintain CMR, the problems of financial burden and adverse effects would be increased. Approximately 40 % of patients with a stable CMR for at least 2 years could stop IM treatment and remain in molecular remission for at least 2 years without IM treatment. Therefore, the ultimate aim should be to give the patients long-term disease control without the need for ongoing treatment. Here the studies progresses of discontinuation of TKI therapy in CML reported in the 53th American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting were reviewed.
