1.Research progress of brachytnerapy in soft tissue sarcoma

Brachytherapy has become an important treatment for soft tissue sarcoma by its unique radio-biology and radiation physics characteristics, the treatment time is divided in accordance with preoperative brachytherapy, intraoperative brachytherapy, postoperative brachytherapy, brachytherapy alone, which in im-proving the rate of limb preservation and local control rate sarcoma has played an important role. However, the timing of treatment, treatment modalities, the choice of implantation dose is still in dispute.
2.Correlation of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 with Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulo-nephritis and Its Research Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective] To explore both the correlation of matrix metal oproteinase and the imbalance of its tissue inhibitors-MMP-2 and TIMP-2 with glomerulosclerosis and its research progress in traditional Chinese medicine. [Methods] We generalized the research progress in traditional Chinese medicine from such aspects as the biological properties of MMP-2 and TMIP-2 and their mechanisms, their relationship with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and effects of traditional Chinese medicine on their expression by searching the relevant literatures. [Results] Expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 vary in different pathological stages(hyperplasia and sclerosis stage here) of glomerulonephritis, and traditional Chinese herbs could adjust their expressions in different stages. Traditional Chinese herbs can inhibit the development of glomerulosclerosis. [Conclusion] Applying traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mesangialproliferative glomerulonephritis could provide the base for further development of TCM as wel as a new choice for treating mesangialproliferative glomerulonephritis.
3.Clinical application and expectation of amifostine applied during treatment of hematological malignancies

Although hemopoietic stem cell transplant have been used in treating malignant diseases of hematological system using high-dose chemotherapy and radiotherapy before transplant or non-transplant is very important. When the dose of chemotherapy and radiotherapy exceeds the ability the tissues can bear, normal tissue can be badly damaged, which limits the therapeutic efficacy of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Treatments of hematological malignancies are expected to achieve the best therapeutic efficacy and the least damage of normal cells and tissues. Amifostine is an inorganic thiophosphate eytoprotective agent,its chemname is S-2(3-aminopropyl) amino dihydrogen phosphate.h is a prodrug whose active constitutent is free thiol,it can clears free radicals produced from cytotoxic drugs and radiotherapy in tissues exposed to them. It is a broad-spectrum cytoprotective agent which can protect multifarious normal tissues against damage of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Using amifostine in proconditioning of hemopoietic stem cell transplant can lessen hematological and renal toxicity, it can also lessen renal toxicity produced by chemotherapeutics as platinum,cyclophosphamide and vincristine. The main purpose of this review is to discuss the cytoprotection of amifostine in hematological malignancies.
4.Etiological research of pediatric hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Pediatric hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (PHCM)is a heterogeneous heart muscle disorder which is characterized by unexplained ventricular hypertrophy.Successful determination of a specific diagnosis is likely to have significant impact on management and survival because of the differences in etiology-specific sur-vival.This review provides an overview of PHCM with a focus on its etiology and their heart features.

6.Impact of hepatitis B virus infected serum on the hepatic differentiation of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells

Objective:To study the effects of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection in vitro on differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)to liver cells.Methods:MSCs were isolated from human bone marrow by density gradient centrifugation,and expanded by adherent culture.MSCs were cultured under liver-stimulating condition,and different composition of serum was added to the induced medium:Group A:5% fetal bovine serum(FBS);Group B:2.5% FBS+2.5% HBV-containing serum;Group C:2.5% FBS+2.5% serum from healthy volunteers;Group D:the undifferentiated MSCs cultured in LG-DMEM+10% FBS.The expressions of a variety of hepatic lineage markers were analyzed by immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence.The functionality of differentiated cells was assessed by their ablility to store glycogen.After 2 weeks of exposure to HBV infected serum,HBV-specific protein was also detected by immunocytochemistry.Results:As a result of our hepatic induction,the expressions of albumin(ALB)and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)by MSCs were observed by immunocytochemical and immunofluorescence techniques.Moreover,MSCs had acquired the ability of glycogen storage which was characteristic of liver cells.Compared with the control group,the proliferation of MSCs was inhibited greatly by the virus-containing serum.After 2 weeks of exposure to HBV infected serum,the surface antigen(HBsAg)was detected in some induced MSCs.However,after immunocytochemical stain for ALB and AFP,there was not much difference between the Group B and C.The ability of glycogen storage of two groups were almost the same.Using confocal microscopy,we found the co-expressions of ALB and HBsAg in the same differentiated cells.Conclusion:The bone marrow MSCs have the ability to trans-differentiate into functional hepatocyte-like cells,hence may serve as a cell source for tissue engineering and cell therapy of hepatic diseases.HBV infected serum could inhibit the proliferation of MSCs in culture,but it seemed that the hepatic differentiation of the cell was unsuppressed.

9.Job satisfaction degrees and influencing factors among community nurses

Objective To explore job satisfaction degrees and the influencing factors among community nurses. Method General information questionnaire and the revised job satisfaction questionnaire were adopted in the investigation among 124 nurses from 28 community health service centers in Nanchong City between February to October 2016. Results The total score was (119.62 ± 15.37), at the moderate to high level. Of the eight dimensions, relationship with colleagues was scored the highest, and personal growth was the lowest. The influencing factors of the nurse's job satisfaction were found to be employment type, work positions, service duration in the community and whether they have been trained on community nursing position (all P<0.05). Conclusions The job satisfaction degree of community nurses is generally at middle level. Therefore, measures should be taken to improve the job satisfaction for the development of community nursing services.
10.The research on the quality follow-up evaluation system of army clinical medicine masters

Objective To provide evidences and suggestions for educational innovation in military medical universities. Methods To carry out follow-up survey and evaluation in 85 graduates by using questionnaire survey and apply evaluation index system for quality follow-up among military clinical medicine masters. Results The average score evaluated by graduates is 78.39, the average score evaluated by hospitals is 86.00, The two average scores are normally distributed and have a positive correlativity (r=0.495). Conclusion The integrative quality of graduate students is good, but they should strengthen further in clinical capability, general quality and independent innovation.
