Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(12):1633-1634
Objective To investigate the possibility of gestational body weight intervention and its influence on pregnancy outcomes. Methods 300 healthy primiparae with normal pregestational BMI and living monoeyesis and head presentation were randomly divided into the observation group (n = 120) and control group ( n = 180).Both groups were received general health education and regular obstetric examination, in addition, the observation group received body weight intervention. The data about changes in BMI and body weight from pregestation to ante partum were collected and pregnancy outcomes were assessed. Results The incidence of △ BMI≥6,gestensive hypertension, diabetes, cesarean section,large-for-date infant, intrauterine fetal distress, postparum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group( x2 = 19.265,4.903,6.875,13.522,7.354,4.545,3.993, all P < 0.05).Conclusion Body weight intervention had a preferable feasibility and could improve pregnancy outcome.
2.Experimental Study on the Effects of Immediate Administration of Inderal on Postinfarction Left Ventricular Remodeling of the Rabbit
Acta Medicinae Universitatis Scientiae et Technologiae Huazhong 2001;30(3):221-223
The effects of immediate administration of inderal following acute myocardial infarction on left ventricular remodeling were studied in acute myocardial infarction model of the rabbit. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the infarct size and expansion index between the infarct-inderal group and the infarct-placebo group. As compared with sham surgery-inderal group,infarct-inderal group had a higher ventricular weight, left ventricular volume index and left ventricular wall stress [(2.65±0.17) g/kg vs (2.32±0.11) g/kg,P<0.05;(2.22±0.23) ml/kg vs (1.70±0.12) ml/kg,P<0.001;(0.84±0.07) vs (0.75±0.052),P<0.05,respectively],but there was no significant difference between the infarct-inderal group and infarct-placebo group. Heart rate in the infarct-inderal group was significantly decreased as compared with that of infarct-placebo group [(153±6.36) min-1 vs (225±4.08) min-1,P<0.001],but there was no significant difference in left ventricular end-diastolic pressure,+dp/dt max and cardiac index between the two groups. It was suggested that immediate administration of inderal postinfarction had no preventive effect on left ventricular remodeling.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2017;31(4):295-300
Objective:To explore the multiple meditation effects of emotional intelligence and self-esteem between interpersonal initiative personality and social positive adaption in left-behind junior high school students. Methods:Totally 331 left-behind junior high school students [165 boys,160 girls, average age of (14.5 ± 1.2) years] were selected. They were assessed with the Interpersonal Self-Support Scale for Middle School Students (ISSS-MSS),Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIQ),Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and Social Adjustment Scale (SAS-YB).Results:The scores of social positive adaption were positively correlated with the scores of interpersonal initiative personality,EIQ and RSES (r = 0.47-0.67,Ps < 0.001).Path analysis showed that interpersonal initiative personality had direct effects on social positive adaption (β = 0.47,P <0.001).Mediation modeling showed that interpersonal initiative personality could exert effects on social positive adaption indirectly through the mediating effect of not only emotional intelligence, but also self-esteem (x2/df= 3.03,TLI = 0.87,CFI = 0.89,RMSEA = 0.08).Conclusion:The present study indicates that parallel multiple mediation model of emotional intelligence and self-esteem could explain the mechanism of influence of interpersonal initiative personality on social positive adaption appropriately.
4.Lipoxygenase-mediated oxidative metabolism and oxidative stress
Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2014;(3):449-454
There is a close relationship between oxidative stress induced tissue damage and many diseases. As a multi-function oxidase, lipoxygenase can generate reactive oxygen species (ROS)by oxidatively metabolizing various endogenous and exogenous chemicals such as drugs and environmental pollutants.Lipoxygense can catalyze endogenous che mical reaction, such as arachidonic acid and pro-duce ROS.Lipoxygenase can be also activated in other ways to generate ROS by activating signal trans-duction.Moreover,some exogenous chemicals can be metabolized into highly reactive radical intermedi-ates by lipoxygenase, inducing ROS generation. The accumulation of intracellar ROS can damage intra-cellar redox balance and induce oxidative stress. That may be one of the possible toxic effect mecha-nis ms of che mical agents.

10.Role of NF-?B in HGF-mediated proliferation of WB F-344 cell
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective To study the role of NF-?B pathway in HGF (hepatocyte growth factor)-mediated proliferation of WB F-344 cell. Methods WB F-344 cells were treated with HGF in different concentrations i.e. 0, 20, 40, 80 and 100ng/ml. After incubation for 24 hours, proliferation effect was analyzed with [3H] Thymidine. WB F-344 cells transfected with I?B? plasmid mutants by liposome transfection were used to block NF-?B activity, and then they were treated with 40ng/ml HGF for 0, 15, 30, 60 and 120min, respectively. The nucleoprotein was extracted to determine the NF-?B DNA-binding activity by EMSA. WB F-344 cells were also transiently transfected with BD Great EscA PeTM SEAP vector with liposome and then stimulated with HGF in different concentrations (0, 10, 20, 40ng/ml) for 8 hours to detect the NF-?B transcription activity. WB F-344 cells were pre-treated with NF-?B inhibitor BAY-11-7082 or ASA, and then with 40 ng/ml HGF for 24 hours to analyze the proliferation effect by [3H] Thymidine. Results HGF promoted the proliferation of WB F-344 cells and exhibited positive dose-effect tendency. HGF could enhance the NF-?B DNA-binding activity. NF-?B complexes appeared 15min after addition of HGF. The complexes reached the peak value 30-60min after addition of HGF and then decreased gradually. HGF could also enhance the NF-?B transcription activity, exhibiting positive dose-effect tendency. HGF-mediated proliferation was remarkably inhibited when NF-?B activity was blocked by BAY-11-7082 or ASA. In WB F-344 cells transfected with p-CMV-I?B?, the proliferative response to HGF was completely interrupted. Conclusions HGF may promote the proliferation of WB F-344 cells in a positive dose-effect tendency. The activation of NF-?B is necessary for HGF-mediated proliferation of WB F-344 cells.
