Epstein-Barr virus infects widely, and has a powerful ability to transfrom into a number of malignant diseases. The infection is mostly latent, without any obvious clinical symptoms. At present, more and more researches have found that cell-mediated immunity,especially T lymphocyte response plays an important role in the control of Epstein-Barr virus infection.

OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety of compound azintamide and trimebutine maleate in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) in elderly patients. METHODS: 48 elderly patients with FD up to Rome Ⅲ were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group were given 200 mg trimebutine maleate tid at 15 min before meal and 2 pieces of compound azintamide tid after meal for 4 weeks (n=23). Control group were given 200 mg trimebutine maleate tid for 4 weeks (n=25). Questionnaire survey was applied to detect the index of dyspeptic symptoms and drug toxity before and after treatment. RESULTS: The patients with FD in two groups were matched well in respect of age, sex and index of dyspeptic symptoms. Routine therapy was achieved and adverse reaction wasn’t found. OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Danchong liniment.METHODS:Cortex Moutan,Radix Isatidis,Rhizoma Paridis,Fructus Crataegi and Fructus Mume in the formula were identified qualitatively by TLC.The content of Paeonol was determined by HPLC in which Hypersil C18 column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(45∶55)at a flow rate of 1 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 274 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃.RESULTS:Clear characteristic spots of Cortex Moutan,Radix Isatidis,Rhizoma Paridis,Fructus Crataegi and Fructus Mume were noted in TLC identification.The linearity of Paeonol was good in the range of 0.048 2～0.482 0 ?g(r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 99.01%(RSD=1.60%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The established quality standard can be used for the quality control of Danchong liniment.

Objective: To know the occasion and how the military in-patients understood the contents of health education, to discuss how to conduct the health education pertinently and how to make the military in-patients master the information and skill to get well effectively in a short time. Methods: By referring to literature samples and the main contents of health education of sections in our hospital, we designed a questionnaire including the main contents of health education、the fashion and the occasion of conduction in different phase of hospitalization, together with three subjects and 44 items, and we investigated 312 military in-patients in the way of questionnaire in combination of opening and closing. Results: Military in-patients considered the correlative knowledge of getting well as the shoe pinches of the main contents of health education. The communication between doctors、nurses and pation should be strengthened; Communication through talking and offering written materials were the two primary fashions of health education; The medical personnel and military in-patients disagreed in the time arranging of health education. Conclusion: We suggest the adoption of the educational method of ”advantage health education contents increased by degrees” to conduct health education; paramedic in all levels should pay attention to the feelings of military in patients, pay attention to the rational arrangement of the health education time and contents. We emphasize the training of paramedic's communication skills of talking and writing.

Objective To verify the accuracy,repeatability and consistency with contracting reagent of the high-sensitive C reac-tive protein(hs-CRP)test by using the independently developed reagents.Methods 150 samples were collected,including 130 ser-um samples and 20 plasma samples.4 times of the relative difference of mean value was used as the detection limits,and the regres-sion analysis was performed after excluding 5 sample outliers,then calculated the expected bias at medical decision level with the 95% confidence interval,in order to judge whether the bias was within the allowable range.Results The recovery rate of hs-CRP test reagent were within the allowable range which was 90% -110%.The hs-CRP testing results of plasma and serum samples from the same source were consistent,and the expected bias of medical decision level was in the permissible range.Conclusion The developed reagent used in hs-CRP test have good accuracy,repeatability,and highly consistency with control reagent.

Methods Themodelofdepressionwasestablishedby unpredictable chronic mild stress(UCMS),then open filed test (OFT)and tail suspension test (TST)were used to evaluate the behavioral changes.LC-MS/MS method was employed to measure blood neurotransmit-ters.mRNA expressions of IDO,IL-10 and IL-1βwere detected by quantitative PCR method.Hippocampus protein expression was detected by Western blot.Re-sults Comparedwithcontrolgroup,modelgroup's total distance,number of standing and tail suspension fixed time increased significantly (P <0. 05 ),Neuro-transmitter level of 5-HT in the blood was significantly decreased(P<0. 05 ).mRNA expression of IDO and IL-1βwas increased in hippocampus.Protein expres-sion of IDO was significantly increased in hippocampus (P <0. 05 ).Compared with model group,the treat-ment group was significantly decreased in total distance,number of standing and tail suspension fixedtime(P<0. 05).Neurotransmitter level of 5-HT in the blood and mRNA expression of IL-10 in hippocampus were significantly increased after treatment (P <0. 05 ).mRNA and protein expression of IDO were ob-viously down-regulated in hippocampus (P <0. 05 ). Conclusions GrosssaponinsofTribulusterrestriscan obviously improve rat behavior and show antidepressanteffect,which can increase neurotransmitter level of 5-HT in the blood,down-regulate mRNA expression of IDO and IL-1β,and obviously increase protein expres-sion levels of IDO in hippocampus(P<0. 05 ).

ObjectiveTo study the anesthesia effect,safety and reliability of etomidate combined with remifentanil in elderly patients. Methods40 patients scheduled for abdominal operation were divided into two groups with 20 cases each: etomidate group(group A)and propofol group(group B).Anesthesia induction: midazolam 0.04mg/kg,remifentanil 1.5 μg/kg(time＞60s),atracurium 0.6mg/kg,group A to etomidate 0.2mg/kg(30 ～ 60s),(T1),1 min before trachea intubation(T2),1 min after trachea intubation(T3),5 min after cutting skin(T4),5 min after exploration(T5),5min after cutting ill focus(T6),3min after tracheal extubation(T7),30min after operation(T8).At the same time,observed analepsia condition. ResultsIn group B,SBP and DBP were lower than those in group A at T2,T3,T4 and T5(all P＜0.05).In group B,DBP was lower than those in group A at T6 and HR was lower than those in group A at T3 and T7(all P＜0.05).In group B,SBP and DBP were lower than before anesthesia at T2,T3,T4 and T5(all P＜0.05).In group B,DBP was lower than before anesthesia at T6 and HR was lower than before anesthesia at T2(all P＜0.05).In group A,HR was faster than before anesthesia at T7(P＜0.05).The time of openingeyes,remove-tracheal tube in B group was less than those in A group(all P＜0.05).Both groups without memory about operation,anesthesia was content. ConclusionEtomidate combined with remifentanil anesthesia was milder than propofol group to elderly patients ardiovascular effects.It was better than propofol group for elderly patients.
