1.Radiographic evaluation of cone-beam computed tomography for oral implants: maxillary sinus.
West China Journal of Stomatology 2015;33(4):331-335
Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) has an important function in understanding implant operations. CBCT can be used to evaluate the basic condition of implant site before implant operation and decide whether it is suitable for implanting. CBCT also ensures whether the direction of implant and the operation method are satisfactory. CBCT can be used pre- or post-operation as long as the case involves the maxillary sinus. Clinical implant cases using CBCT were introduced to evaluate the maxillary sinus pre- or post-operation.

2.JNK signal transduction pathway in anti-apoptotic effect of NGF on PC12 cells treated with 6-hydroxydopamine
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2010;26(2):277-281
AIM: To investigate the anti-apoptotic effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on PC12 cells and to observe the mechanism of signal transduction of JNK pathway. METHODS: PC12 cells were treated with 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) to induce cell apoptosis. NGF and SP600125, the c-Jun N-terminal kinase inhibitors, were added respectively in order to study the relationship between the activity of c-Jun N-terminal kinase and apoptosis of PC12 cells. The cells were divided into control group, 6- OHDA group, NGF group, 6-OHDA plus NGF group, NGF plus SP600125 group. The apoptotic rates of PC12 cells with different treatments were detected by flow cytometry and activities of JNK in PC12 cells were determined by Western blotting. RESULTS: 6-OHDA increased the apoptotic rate and activity of JNK1 in PC12 cells. Incubation with SP600125 or NGF for 15 min before adding 6-OHDA decreased the apoptotic rate of PC12 cells and activity of JNK1 in PC12 cells.CONCLUSION: Activity of JNK is involved in the pro-apoptotic effect of 6-OHDA on PC12 cells. Anti-apoptotic effect of NGF on PC12 cells affected by 6-OHDA is related to the decrease in the activity of JNK1.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(16):2999-3002
OBJECTIVE:To explore the material features and biocompatibility of coronary artery stent and related complications following implantation.METHODS:The databases of CNKI and Medline were searched by the first author using key words of "coronary artery stent, material, biocompatibility and complications" both in English and Chinese.Meta analysis or repetitive studies were excluded, and 16 papers were included in this analysis.RESULTS:Stent materials play an important role in reducing inflammatory reaction and restenosis following stent implantation. As a medical material for humans, the features of stent should be meet the requirements of reliable distensibility, mechanical persistence, good flexibilit and geometrical stability, possible small diameter, excellent blood compatibility,as well as good corrosion resistance. All of these depended on the mechanical and physical features of materials.CONCLUSION:The study of drug-coating stent and drug-eluting stent reduced the restenosis rates following implantation, and the biodegradable stent also attracted more attention. When treating coronary heart disease with cardiovascular stent, the complications should be avoided except consideration of the successful rate of reperfusion.
4.Research on Fbx4 protein
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(12):820-823
Protein degradation mediated by ubiquitin-proteasome pathway is involved in many biological processes.SCF complex is a sort of important E3 ubiquitin-ligase enzyme.Fbx4 protein is one of F-box protein family members,an important component of substrate-specific ScF Fbx4/αβ-crystallin ligase, and a subunit of SCF complex.Inactivation of Fbx4 protein or alteration of its expression level will influence activity of SCF Fbx4/αβ-crystallin ligase, thus will influence expression level of Cyclin D1.And Fbx4 protein is also an important regulatory factor for telomere maintenance.
5."Analysis of ""one-card""mode for division-level cadres hospitalized at military hospitals"
Military Medical Sciences 2015;(9):707-709
Objective To analyze the feasibility of theone-cardmode for division-level cadres hospitalized at military hospitals, and to provide reference for application of this mode to cadres under the regimental level who are hospitalized at military hospitals. Methods A 4-month pilot project was carried out among division-level cadres in Lanzhou, Jinan, Nanjing and Chengdu.Data collection and statistical analysis were conducted through the monitoring platform established in the administrative section. Results Division-level cadres outside the system mostly chose division-level hospitals.Patients thended to be hospitalized at nearby or high-quality hospitals mainly due to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and malignant tumor.Accommodation was not difficult. Conclusion The one-cardmode is feasible at military hospitals for division-level cadres, but the current system of initial diagnosis at basic medical institutions should be maintained. An information sharing platform of electronic medical records should be built to implement inter-hospital linking and sharing of diagnosis and treatment information.A budget subsidy mechanism should be established to normalize hospitalization.
6.Research on Thin Film type Hydrogen Sulfide Sensor Based on SnO2-CuO Nanofibers
Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2016;44(9):1315-1321
A SnO2-CuO composite nanofiber was prepared by the coaxial electrospinning method. A new thin-film-type hydrogen sulfide gas sensor was designed by coating SnO2-CuO composite nanofibers onto an alumina ceramic tube with Au electrodes by dip-coating method. The crystalline phase and microstructure of SnO2-CuO composite nanofibers were characterized using X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) and scanning electron microscope ( SEM) . The influence of chemical composition and thickness of sensitive film on the sensitive mechanism and electrochemical characteristic of SnO2-CuO nanofibers were analyzed. The characteristic tests of hydrogen sulfide sensor including sensitive performance, temperature, relative humidity, dynamic response, interference and stability were carried out by WS-30A type multifunction analyzer in gas sensor test system. The results demonstrated that, when the operating temperature was 25℃ and hydrogen sulfide gas concentration increased from 10 to 60 mg/L, the hydrogen sulfide sensor based on C50 composite nanofibers with 70 nm sensitive film thickness had the best linearity (92. 3%) and sensitivity (98. 2%). Besides, its highest response values and relatively humidity level were 1080 and 95%, respectively, and its dynamic response time and recover time were 4 s and 12 s, respectively. This sensor showed good anti-disturbance to the gases, such as CO, NO2 , SO2 , NH3 , CO2 , CH4 and H2 . The response value of the sensor was attenuated about 9. 2% when it was applied continually in the mine about 12 months, and its normal response time was 10. 9 months.

10.Advance on human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells for treatment of ALI in severe burns
Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2017;29(1):90-93
Severe burn is often accompanied by multiple organ damage. Acute lung injury (ALI) is one of the most common complications, and often occurs in the early stage of severe burns. If it is not treated in time, it will progress to acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), which will be a serious threat to the lives of patients. At present, the treatment of ALI in patients with severe burn is still remained in some common ways, such as the liquid resuscitation, the primary wound treatment, ventilation support, and anti-infection. In recently, human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUCMSCs) have been found having some good effects on ALI caused by various causes, but few reports on the efficacy of ALI caused by severe burns were reported. By reviewing the mechanism of stem cell therapy for ALI, therapeutic potential of hUCMSCs in the treatment of severe burns with ALI and a new approach for clinical treatment was provided.
