Objective To investigate the relationship of serum levels of C-reactve protein (CRP) with diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM). Method Thirty-six patients with DCM were recruited as DCM group and thirty healthy people as the control. Serum levels of CRP in all subjects were determined by immunoturbidimetry. Results Compared with control group, the serum levels of CRP in patients with DCM were singnificantly increased by about 3.7 folds[(6.95?1.37)mg/dL vs.(1.89?0.38) mg/dL, P

Policosanol is a new drug for regulating lipid,which can inhibit cholesterin synthesis and increase blood clearance of low-density lipoprotein(LDL).It has similar effect as statins and its clinical efficiency,safety and tolerance for special people such as the old and those with hepatopath have been confirmed by many clinical studies.Policosanol combined with statins or fibrates is also safe,which can be used as primary prevention for the patients with hypercholesterinemia,high low-density lipoprotein-cholesterolor low high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol and as secondary prevention for the patients who could not tolerate other lipid-regulating drugs.The long-term clinical effect of Policosanol on the risk factors of atherosclerosis need further researches.

Objective To study the changes of cytokines in aqueous humor of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR)after intravitreal bevacizumab (IVB) and the correlation of these cytokines.Methods Fifty-six patients(63 eyes) with severe PDR underwent pars piana vitrectomy (PPV) with IVB pretreatment in our hospital from April,2014 to February,2015 were collected.All the patients received IVB therapy from 3 days to 7 days before PPV.Aqueous humor samples were collected at the time of IVB and PPV treatment.The concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-8 (IL-8) and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) were measured by cytoinetric bead array (CBA).The changes of these cyto-kines after IVB were analyzed by using Wilcoxon rank sum test for paired data.The correlation between these cytokines was analyzed by using Spearman rank test.Results From 3 days to 7 days after IVB,the concentration of VEGF in aqueous humor was (6.57 ± 12.29)pg · mL-1,lower than the pre-operation of (278.71 ±340.20)pg · mL-1,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The concentration of IL-8 was (385.60 ± 1099.47) pg · mL-1,higher than pre-operation of(298.87 ± 1005.79) pg ·mL-1,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).IL-6 and MCP-1 were increased after IVB,but the difference was not statistically significant (all P ＞ 0.05).VEGF,IL-6,IL-8 and MCP-1 had an obviously relationship between each two factors(all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Angiogenesis in patients with PDR are regulated by a variety of cytokines,and targeted reduction of VEGF may compensatory increase the concentration of other inflammatory cytokines.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the early slope value of enhancement in differentiating benign from malignant musculoskeletal masses.Methods Dynamic contrast-enhanced gradient-recalled acquisition in the steady state imaging(GRASS) was performed to evaluate 36 musculoskeletal masses(18 malignant,18 benign).The difference of the early slope value of enhancement was analysed and compared between benign lesions and malignant ones.Using ROC curve plotting obtained the best decisive threshold.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to determine the relation between slope and microvessel density of tumor tissues.Results The average early slope value of enhancement was (4.33?2.70)% per second (range 0.97%～10.50% per second)for malignant lesions,and was (1.46?0.97)% per second(range 0.37%～3.86% per second)for benign ones.There was an apparent statistical significance between benign and malignant tumors(?

Objective To compare the effect between i-gel mask and SHPA mask in the airway management of general anesthesia.Methods Sixty patients of general anesthesia with ASA I or Ⅱ were randomly divided into two groups:i-gel mask group (30 cases) and SLIPA group(30 cases).After intubation and general anesthesia,fiberoptic bronchoscopy was used to detect and evaluate.The peak airway pressure,mean airway pressure,condition of the laryngeal mask intubation,time of intubation,time of extubation,time of recovery and the side effect occurrence of extubation were recorded.Results The time of anesthesia,time of operation,time of extubation,time of recovery,achievement ratio of first time,achievement ratio of second time,time of intubation,peak airway pressure and mean airway pressure had no significant difference between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The airway seal pressure in i-gel mask group was significantly higher than that in SL1PA group [(29 + 6) cm H2O (1 c m H2O =0.098 kPa) vs.(23 ± 4) cm H2O] (P ＜ 0.05).For the grade of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in i-gel mask group,there was 27 patients in I grade,3 patients in Ⅱ grade.But in SL1PA group,there was 3 patients in I grade,4 patients in Ⅱ grade,13 patients in Ⅲ grade,10 patients in ⅣVgrade.There was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).There were none of regurgitation in two groups.Conclusions The i-gel mask and SLIPA mask can provide the same effective ventilation.The i-gel mask has higher airway seal pressure,less side effect during the intubation and extubation,and have better airway management of general anesthesia.

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of simethicone, mosapride combined with flupentixol-meiltracen in the treatment for functional dyspepsia(FD). MethodsThe diagnosis of functional dyspepsia patients treated according to Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) ＞ 40, Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) ＞ 17 for inclusion criteria,a total of 64 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group( simethicone,mosapride combined with flupeentixol-meiltracen) in 33 cases and the control group ( single flupenthixol melitracen) in 31cases. 2 groups of the period of treatment was 4 weeks. Evaluation before and after treatment with mood disorder scale score changes and syndrome efficacy and adverse reactions. ResultsThe treatment group after treatment, regardless of scale score change of mood disorders, syndrome treatment efficacy were significantly better than the control group,especially in the syndrome efficacy difference was significant( P ＜0.05 ,P ＜0.01 ) ;after the treatment without obvious adverse reaction. ConclusionThe simethicone, mosapride combined with flupentixol-meiltracen treatment with anxiety and depression in patients with functional dyspepsia could effectively relieve the symptoms of functional dyspepsia,and relieve the patient's psychological disorder;certainly result in fewer adverse reactions.

Objective To analyze the cause of constipation of elderly patients with thighbone fracture in order to reduce the incidence of constipation.Methods We gave psychological nursing,activity instruction to 42 elderly patients with thighbone fracture and helped them to form a habit to defecate at fixed time.Results Twelve patients defecated one time every one to two days,Ten patients began to defecate on the second day.26 patients defcated at fixed time.Four patients(9.5%)showed constipation and the symptoms alleviated after use of glycerine enema.Conclusions Selective nursing could settle the problem of constipation for elderly patients with thighbone fracture.It could reduce the pain of patients and promote their rehabilitation.

Objective Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness,with high morbidity rates and great social impairment.Increasingly studies show the abnormalities of brain networks.We summarized the results of resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging study of depression,and demonstrated the neural loops mechanism from neuroimaing perspective.Methods The key words depression, resting state and network were searched in PubMed,CNKI and Wan Fang databases from January 2000 to December 2014.The nodes of depression related network and the alterations of cortex resting-state networks were summarized.Results 24 studies focusing on resting state network of depression were identified.40 studies based on ROI (region of interest) analysis,which included amygdala,frontal lobe,pregenual anterior cingulate cortex and cerebellum.The functional connectivity of ROIs were calculated and compared between groups.8 studies based on ICA (independent component analysis),the resting state networks were extracted and compared between groups.Two based on graph theory,the functional connectivity of whole brain were analyzed and compared.Conclusion There are abnormalities of functional connectivity among limbic system-thalamus-frontal cortex,and the changes of functional connectivity were associated with clinical symptom and drug efficacy of depression.
