Objective To investigate the vulvaginal candidiasis(VVC)incidence in pregnant women,identify the candida species and analyze the drug resistance of isolated strains.Methods Candida isolation,sample cultivation,species identification and drug susceptibility test were performed for VVC patients.Seven hundred and forty-five samples were collected.Results The incidence of VVC was 10.20%,and the recurrence of VVC was 18.5%.The proportion of C.albicans,C.glabrata,C.krusei,C.tropicalis and other candida were 80.26%,8.95%,3.95%,1.32% and 6.58% respectively.C.albicans was susceptible to amphotericin and 5-flucytosine,the susceptibility for fluconzazole,itroconazole and voriconazole were 7.89%,6.58% and 9.21% respectively.C.gla-brata,C.krusei,C.tropicalis,and other candida were susceptible to those antifungal drugs.Conclusion VVC was an usual infection among pregnant women,C.albicans was the major species,followed by C.glabrata.The resistance of amphotericin and 5-flucytosine were lower,the Candida were resistant to fluconzazole,itroconazole and voriconazole in certain extent.

Objective To investigate the changes of microinflammatory indicators in the maintenance hemodialysis patients to provide the new idea for clinical treatment.Methods Serum super sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),homocysteine(Hcy),malondialdehyde(MDA),albumin(ALB),hemoglobin,transferrin(Tf)levels and in-tact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)levels in 80 patients with hemodialysis were detected and the results were compared with those in the normal healthy population.Results The hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-αlevels in the maintenance hemodialysis patients were significantly higher than those in the normal healthy population (P <0.05 ),the CRP level was positively correlated with IL-6,TNF-α,Hcy, MDA and iPTH levels and negatively correlated with ALB and Tf levels.Conclusion The microinflammatory indicators in the ma-intenance hemodialysis patients are higher than those in the normal people,which urgently need to conduct the related treatment.

Objective To investigate the in vitro susceptibility of Minocycline and polymycin B against clinical islates of pan-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumanii ,to provide laboratory support for clinical treatment for drug selection.Methods The susceptible test of Minocycline and polymycin against 39 isolates of pan-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumanii were determined by K-B meth-od.Results 38 strains of pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumanii were sensitive to polymyxin B,sensitive rate was 97.4%,20 strains sensitive to minocycline,the sensitivity rate was 51.3%.polymyxin B sensitivity was more sensitive than Minocycline (P < 0.05). Conclusion Polymycin B had strong activit ies against pan-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumanii .

Objective To explore the early diagnosis value of serum procalcitonin (PCT) and Creactive protein (CRP) on lower respiratory tract diseases.Methods Two hundred patients with lower respiratory tract diseases were selected as our subjects.Serum PCT and CRP levels were measured and analyzed before and after treatment.Results Serum PCT of 90 patients with bacterium infection before and after treatment were (4.23 ± 3.48) μg/L and (1.90 ± 0.90) μg/L respectively; and serum CRP were (62.38 ± 17.13) mg/L and (9.55 ±3.52) mg/L.Serum PCT and CRP of the patients with bacterium infection after treatment were statistically different from that before treatment (t =6.149,29.96 ; P ＜ 0.01).Serum PCT and CRP of patients with bacterium infection was statistically different from those of patients with virus infection or no infection(F =41.04,12.89 ;P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Serum PCT and C-reactive protein show significant value in early diagnosis in lower respiratory tract infection.Dynamically testing them will help to assessment of curative efficacy.

OBJECTIVE To detect ESBLs genes in 5 Shigella sonnei isolates.METHODS Susceptibility test to common antibiotics was performed through disk diffusion test,and ESBLs were confirmed according to CLSI.Conjugation experiment was performed to determine whether the resistance was transferable.The ESBLs gene was detected by PCR using universal primers for TEM,SHV,CTX-M,and the PCR products were also directly sequenced and analyzed.At the same time,the five isolates were analyzed by PFGE. RESULTS The five S.sonnei isolates were ESBLs producers and produced CTX-M-15 ESBLs,which were resistant to the most of the ?-lactams such as aztreonam,the first and second generation cephalosporins,cefotaxime,and non ?-lactam such as gentamicin,SF,but susceptible to ceftazidime,the 4th generation cephalosporins,Amikacin and meropenem.These strains were also intermediate to quinolones.CTX-M-15 gene could be transferred through conjugation.PFGE patterns of one isolate were different from the others.CONCLUSIONS Five S.sonnei isolates producing CTX-M-15 ESBLs are resistant to the most antibiotics.Clone spread is evident in these isolates.We should pay more attention to monitor these strains.
