Proteomics is an emerging discipline which studies the composition of proteins and their transformation rules at the cellular level and the overall level.Recently,proteomics has been used in a variety of studies of tumors.And it has made some progresses in explaining the mechanisms of tumors' genesis and development,discovering new specific markers for tumors and new targets for drug treatment,and forecasting tumors' biological behaviors.

BACKGROUND:Calcar plays an important role in hip arthroplasty.The reconstruction of calcar includes bone cement reconstruction and restoration of fracture fragments,but there is some lack of knowledge about their comparative study.OBJECTIVE:To analyze the biomechanical characteristics of remodeled calcar using bone cement reconstruction and restoration of fracture fragments in senile intertrochanteric fractures through three-dimensional finite element models.METHODS:The remodeled calcar using restoration of fracture fragments (model A) or bone cement reconstruction (model B) in senile intertrochanteric fractures was obtained.The stress distribution on the bone interface and prosthesis,the overall stress and displacement of the two models were observed.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) The maximal strain and stress on the bone interface and prosthesis of model A all were more than those of model B.The mean stresses at each node on the bone interface and prosthesis of model A all were significantly higher than those of model B (P ＜ 0.05).(2) The maximum stress and maximum displacement values of the model A all were higher than those of model B.(3) These results show that the maximal stress and displacement values of the remodeled calcar using restoration of fracture fragments are higher than those of bone cement reconstruction in senile intertrochanteric fractures;the latter holds even stress distribution and better repair outcomes.

Objective To investigate the effect and effect of dexmedetomidine combined with etomidate anesthesia on postoperative pain in patients with gastric cancer. Methods 120 patients with elective radical gastrectomy from January 2013 to January 2015 were divided into observation group and control group (60 cases) by anesthesia. Observation of the two groups of anesthesia and pain scores. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups at different time points. The heart rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the time of recovery of spontaneous breathing between the observation group and the control group. There was no significant difference in the time of removal of the tracheal tube between the two groups. The incidence of postoperative pain scores and postoperative pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of dexmedetomidine combined with etomidate in gastric cancer patients with anesthesia, can achieve a good anesthetic effect, but also can reduce the degree of postoperative pain and frequency.

Objective]Aimed to inherit Mr Chen Zugao's clinical experience and understand his medical characteristics. [Methods]Through the review of the herbal medicine books, summarized the experience of commonly used drugs(paired drugs and the three drugs pairing) of Mr. Chen. [Results] Completed the summary about Mr Chen's 8 groups of paired drugs(dui yao) and the three drugs pairing(jiaoyao): guizhi, digupi; guizhi, gansui;chuanshanjia, zaojiaoci; baijiezi, jiuxiangchong; huangqi, tianhuafen; qinjiu, baijili; fuzi, xixin, shigao; huangqi, zhimu, taizishen. [Conclusions]The paired drugs(dui yao) and the three drugs pairing(jiao yao) are the main medicine prescription drugs. A lot of applications wil be done in order to achieve good results. Inferiors wil be harvested who can have careful study of Mr. Chen's experience.

Multidrug efflux pump is the main reason for bacterial multidrug resistance, and it’s a chal- lenge for the treatment of infectious diseases. Analysis of multidrug efflux pump offers us the mecha- nism and treatment ideas of bacterial multidrug resistance. New advances have been made in the study of Escherichia coli AcrAB-TolC efflux pump structure and its regulation, which provides data for the multidrug resistance research in pathogenic bacterium. Progress in this area is reviewed here.

108 patients with femoral neck fractures were treated with bipolar hemiarthroplasty in Qinhuangdao First Hospital from January 2002 to June 2008.All patients were followed up.The length of stay and operation,and the quantity of bleeding during operation were retrospectively analyzed;the results of X-ray before and after operation and the Harris hip scores after operation were assessed during follow-up to assess the clinical outcome.All patients were followed-up for 6 months to 5 years(average 3.4 years).According to the Harris hip score,42 cases rated as excellent,with mean score of 96.4;50 as good,with mean score of 85.7;10 as fair,with mean score of 74.5;6 as poor;the excellent and good rate was 85.2%.No prosthetic loosening or subsidence occurred according to X-ray results.Bipolar hemiarthroplasty for femoral neck fractures can reduce operation time,risk and blood loss during operation,and effectively improve quality of life,which is a satisfactory therapy for femoral neck fractures.

AIM:To compare the attention ability characteristics between the elite young female soccer players and ordinary female middle-school students,and analyze attention characteristics of the elite young female soccer players at different positions,so as to establish the distinction model for them.METHODS:The experiment was carried out in Soccer School of Shandong Province in October 2005 and Jining Institute Attached Middle School in March 2006.Sixty-four second-level or above outstanding young female soccer athletes were selected including 18 forward,20 halfback and 26 back persons.Meanwhile,80 ordinary female middle-school students served as controls.Using the Athletics Psychology Ability and Condition Diagnosis Test Software and WT-attention test software(1.0 version) developed by the Sports Research Institute of National Sports Bureau,the detection on the attention stability,attention assignment,attention shift,attention span and attention was carried out.The data were analyzed by normal distribution,T-test,and distinction analysis to establish the distinction equation for the attention characteristics of outstanding young female soccer athletes.RESULTS:144 subjects were all involved in the result analysis.①The attention ability of outstanding young female soccer athletes was significantly superior to that of the ordinary female middle-school student(P

There is an obvious gap between the eastern and western higher education currently.Through comparing the number,size and overall strength,the implementation of education funding,teacher's situation of eastern and western higher education of China,this article analyzed the reasons for the imbalance and expected it could provide some suggestions for the Chinese western region on how to reduce the gap.

Objective To establish a method for quality control of Tangui Weining granules. Methods TLC was used for the identification of Lignum Santali Albi and Cortex Cinnamomi. HPLC was used for the determination of Glycyrrhizin. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Diamonsil C18(4. 6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm)was used as a stationary phase, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-O. 2 mol/L ammonium acetate solution-acetic acid (60 : 40 : 1), the ducible, and the negative controll did not show interference. Glycyrrhizin was separated completely by HPLC and showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 1568 to 1. 568μg, r=0. 999 8, the average recovery was 99.69 %, and RSD was 0. 58 %. Conclusion TLC is simple, convenient and accurate. The method of HPLC is proved to be simple and accu-rate with a good reproducibility and can be used for the inspection of Glycyrrhizin in Tangui Weining Granules. This study provides a foundation for quality control of Tangui Weining granules.
