Proteomics is an emerging discipline which studies the composition of proteins and their transformation rules at the cellular level and the overall level.Recently,proteomics has been used in a variety of studies of tumors.And it has made some progresses in explaining the mechanisms of tumors' genesis and development,discovering new specific markers for tumors and new targets for drug treatment,and forecasting tumors' biological behaviors.
6.Study on Quality Standard for Tangui Weining Granules

Objective To establish a method for quality control of Tangui Weining granules. Methods TLC was used for the identification of Lignum Santali Albi and Cortex Cinnamomi. HPLC was used for the determination of Glycyrrhizin. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Diamonsil C18(4. 6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm)was used as a stationary phase, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-O. 2 mol/L ammonium acetate solution-acetic acid (60 : 40 : 1), the ducible, and the negative controll did not show interference. Glycyrrhizin was separated completely by HPLC and showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 1568 to 1. 568μg, r=0. 999 8, the average recovery was 99.69 %, and RSD was 0. 58 %. Conclusion TLC is simple, convenient and accurate. The method of HPLC is proved to be simple and accu-rate with a good reproducibility and can be used for the inspection of Glycyrrhizin in Tangui Weining Granules. This study provides a foundation for quality control of Tangui Weining granules.
7.Olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation repairs spinal cord injury

BACKGROUND:Spinal cord injury can cause the motor, sensory and autonomic dysfunction below the damaged surface, so the repair of spinal cord injury has been the problem of neuroscience research. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the mechanism, experimental research and clinical application of olfactory ensheathing cel transplantation for the repair of spinal cord injury, and to investigate the effect of olfactory ensheathing cel transplantation on neurological function recovery. METHODS:The basic experimental and clinical researches on olfactory ensheathing cel transplantation for the repair of spinal cord injury were retrospectively analyzed, in order to analyze the relationship between the number and time of the survival cells and the structure and function of the damages spinal cord after olfactory ensheathing cel transplantation. The inclusion and exclusion criteria of the included clinical researches, and the sources, types and transplantation method of the cells used for transplantation were clearly defined, then the effective and objective evaluation criteria was established. RESUTLS AND CONCLUSION:The animal experiments of olfactory ensheathing cel transplantation for the repair of spinal cord injury have achieved satisfactory effects. The spinal cord function score and the sensory and motor function were significantly improved compared with those before transplantation (P<0.001). The successful animal experiment could provide basis for the clinical experiment and application. Parts of the clinical experiments were fol owed-up for 5 years. Because of a smal amount of the cases in the clinical research and the short fol ow-up period, the final recovery of large number of cases cannot judged yet, further observation and research were required. The great significance of the research result is to help to find a reasonable strategy that can make the olfactory ensheathing cells displayed repairing effect sufficiently.
8.Progress of vitamin D, vitamin D receptor and rickets

Vitamin D has a wide range of biological effects mediated through vitamin D receptor(VDR) in body,including regulating calcium-phosphorus metabolism,which has an important influence on normal bone formation and mineralization.Rickets is a common bone metabolic disease in children.Different types of rickets have different causes,but their pathophysiological processes,clinical manifestations and treatments are closely related with the influence of vitamin D and VDR on bone metabolism.
9.Observation on the effect of Guizhi decoction combined with glutathione in the treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease and acute liver injury

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guizhi decoction combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of pulmonary heart failure patients with acute liver injury.Methods 72 patients with pulmonary heart failure and acute liver injury were divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment for pulmonary heart disease,patients in the treatment group were treated with Guizhi decotion and reduced glutathione for three weeks.After three weeks,the clinical efficacy and clinical indicators were evaluated.Results In the treatment group,clinical symptoms,signs,liver function improvement,and oxidized antioxidant indicators,the difference were statistically different compared with those in the control group (t =10.25,5.45,3.23,17.34,11.49,11.61,all P <0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.9%,which was significantly higher than thant of the control group 52.8% (x2 =11.36,P < 0.05).After treatment,the plasma lipid peroxide (LPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD) had statistically significant differences between the two groups (t =53.08,-9.03,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Guizhi decoction combined with the reductive glutathione can improve symptoms of pulmonary heart failure patients with liver dysfunction,and have good clinical efficacy.
10.Curative effect of drugs on primary sclerosing cholangitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of internal medicine medical treatment on primary sclerosing cholangitis disease.Methods Patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis in the study group were given ursodeoxycholic acid and glucocorticoid combined with the comprehensive drug treatment on the basis of conventional therapeutic measures.Patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis in the control group were simply given corticosteroid drugs prednisone therapy,The clinical symptoms,results of clinical medical imaging examination,laboratory examination indexes and liver histological recovery were recorded and analyzed in two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 86.96%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 65.22% (P < 0.05).The curative effect between the two groups had statistically significant difference.Conclusion Ursodeoxycholic acid and lucocorticoid combined with drug treatment can improve the clinical symptoms and physical indexes in treatment of patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis,which is worthy of clinical application,but still need to give liver transplant operation.
