4.0 to Candida albicans in the 150 mg/L of available iodine concentration for 1 min,or 300 mg/L of available iodine concentration for 0.5 min, respectively. After being stored at 37 ℃ for 90 days or exposured 6 h per-day in consecutive 6 days, the available iodine content of the stock solution and quality of the sample slightly changed. The germicidal logarithmic value was more than 1.00 to the forearm skin natural bacteria when smeared 1 time for 1 min.CONCLUSIONS The germicidal effects of Shu-Jin iodine disinfection solution is good and stable.

Objective:
To study the effect of ketogenic diet (KD) on vascular endothelial function in children with intractable epilepsy.
Methods:
Clinical informations of 14 children with intractable epilepsy in Fujian Medical University Affiliated Union Hospital from May 2014 to March 2018 were collected.Their blood index values were tested and retested before and after 3 months of KD treatment, including triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), nitric oxide (NO), endothelin-1 (ET-1), and von Willebrand factor (vWF). These data were statistically analyzed by using repeated measurement analysis of variance.
Results:
(1)Changes in blood lipid levels: the levels of TG and TC increased slightly [(1.08±0.14) mmol/L, (5.19±0.64) mmol/L

Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a severe neurodevelopmental disorder of children that leads to disability which lacks of effective treatment. The specific pathogenesis of ASD remains unclear, which may involve in multiple factors. In recent years, many studies have shown that children with ASD have gastroin-testinal(GI)abnormalities and some special diet therapies can effectively ameliorate the symptoms of ASD. These diets include gluten free diet, sensitive or harmful food removing therapy and ketogenic diet. The patients with ASD have GI inflammation or allergy, energy metabolism disorder, oxidative stress injury, neurotransmitter disturbance and dysbiosis of intestinal flora.Diet therapy may improve ASD symptoms by correcting disorders a-bove.This article reviews the application and the related mechanism of diet therapy in ASD children and the effect of diet therapy on the growth and the development of children.
5.Study on Irradiation Uniformity of Array Blue LED in Jaundice Treatment Box.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2021;45(4):376-379
The uniformity of blue LED array in jaundice treatment box is improved. The mathematical model of illumination uniformity algorithm for inner and outer LED arrays layout is established. Taking the actual size of blue light board in jaundice treatment box as an example, the optimal illumination uniformity with best LED arrays layout are obtained through programming iteration and simulation verification. The uniformity of blue light LED improved 42.9 % comparing with tradition LED arrays.

Targeted radiation therapy using radionuclides is a favored approach for treating tumors. This procedure involves the delivery of drugs to the lesion site via carriers or interventional methods, followed by the emission of radiation energy that selectively irradiates the lesion tissue. This approach minimizes damage to normal tissue and achieves the desired therapeutic effect.Factors such as the type of therapeutic radionuclide, radiation energy, physical half-life,method of preparation, and toxicity determine their clinical application. In this paper, the characteristics and clinical application of therapeutic radionuclides were reviewed to providing reference for the clinical application of targeted therapeutic radionuclides.

Postzygotic mutations are acquired in normal tissues throughout an individual's lifetime and hold clues for identifying mutagenic factors. Here,we investigated postzygotic mutation spectra of healthy individuals using optimized ultra-deep exome sequencing of the time-series samples from the same volunteer as well as the samples from different individuals. In blood, sperm, and muscle cells,we resolved three common types of mutational signatures.Signatures A and B represent clock-like mutational processes, and the polymorphisms of epigenetic regulation genes influence the pro-portion of signature B in mutation profiles.Notably, signature C,characterized by C>T transitions at GpCpN sites, tends to be a feature of diverse normal tissues.Mutations of this type are likely to occur early during embryonic development, supported by their relatively high allelic frequencies, presence in multiple tissues, and decrease in occurrence with age.Almost none of the public datasets for tumors feature this signature, except for 19.6%of samples of clear cell renal cell carcinoma with increased activation of the hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1)signaling pathway. Moreover, the accumulation of signature C in the mutation profile was accelerated in a human embryonic stem cell line with drug-induced activation of HIF-1α.Thus,embryonic hypoxia may explain this novel signature across multiple normal tissues. Our study suggests that hypoxic condition in an early stage of embryonic development is a crucial factor inducing C>T transitions at GpCpN sites;and indi-viduals'genetic background may also influence their postzygotic mutation profiles.

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard of Lixieling tablets. METHODS Thin layer chromatography was used to identify Bistortae Rhizoma, Andrographis Herba and Sophorae Flavescentis Radix in Lixieling tablets. The components of andrographolium and matrine were determined by HPLC. RESULTS The thin layer spots of Bistortae Rhizoma, Andrographis Herba and Sophorae Flavescentis Radix were clear, with good separation effect and repeatability. The linear relationship between andrographolide, neoandrographolide, 14-deoxygenated andrographolide, dehydrated andrographolide, sophorine, oxymatrine, sophorine and oxysophorine and their respective concentration ranges was good. The RSDs of instrument precision, repeatability, stability and recovery all met the requirements. CONCLUSION The method is simple and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Lixieling tablets.
