Objective Through the investigation of nurses'situation of fatigue and perceived social support, to know about the status of nurses' fatigue and the degree of perceived social support, and influenc-ing factors for a preliminary regression analysis of nurses in order to further the prevention of the occurrence of chronic fatigue for reference. Methods By using fatigue assessment scale (FAI), fatigue scale (FS-14)and perceived social support scale (PSSS) to investigate 200 female nurses in Jining city, 191 valid questionnaires were got, the reclaimed efficiency was 95.5%. The results underwent analysis. Results Nurses who had accounted for 69.11 percent of fatigue, had more severe fatigue than nurses who had less fatigue, and they had tense response to rest or sleep. Nurses' physical fatigue and mental fatigue were significantly higher than the general healthy population. Nurses received higher scores of social support. Age and other factors and perceived social support went through regression analysis: the degree of job tension exacerbated the severity of fatigue, however, social support to some extent, mitigated or alleviated the situation of nurses in the total fatigue. Conclusions Nurses are high-risk population for fatigue. The degree of job stress is the main influencing factor. And social support and care for nurses, especially home care support, adequate rest, in-creasing the number of nurses, good working environment can effectively reduce fatigue.

Objective:
To determine the current prevalence of health risk behaviors among college students in Henan Province, and to conduct an in depth analysis of the impact of cumulative ecological risks on health risk behaviors, so as to provide scientific basis for promoting healthy development of adolescents.
Methods:
Using a multi stage stratified cluster sampling method, 9 743 college students from six universities in Henan Province were included as the research subjects from April to June 2023. A questionnaire survey was conducted using the College Student Cumulative Ecological Risk Scale and the China Urban Adolescent Health Related Behavior Survey Questionnaire (University Version). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, Chi square test and binary Logistic regression.
Results:
The reporting rates of unhealthy eating behavior, unhealthy weight loss behaviors, lack of physical activity, daily risk behaviors, negative emotions, current smoking behavior current drinking behaviors, Internet addiction emotions and dangerous sexual behaviors among college students in Henan Province were 40.2%, 39.5%, 76.0%, 13.7%, 28.1%, 11.3%, 12.7%, 5.9% and 2.2%, respectively. The reporting rates of negative emotions, current smoking behaviors, current drinking behaviors, dangerous sexual behaviors and daily risk behaviors of college students were higher in boys than in girls ( χ 2=44.00, 995.20, 902.49, 121.95, 103.09, P <0.05). In terms of reporting rates of unhealthy diet, unhealthy weight loss and lack of exercise behavior, girls were higher than boys ( χ 2=107.59, 13.01, 145.83, P <0.05). Cumulative ecological risk was positively correlated with overall health risk behaviors. For every unit increase in the cumulative ecological risk index, the risk of health risk behaviors among college students increased by 48%.
Conclusions
The prevalence of health risk behaviors among college students is relatively common. It should adrocate for a healthy lifestyle, reduce the cumulative ecological risk and the occurrence of health risk behaviors to promote the healthy development of adolescents.

Objective To explore the value of combined detection of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),neuron specific enolase(NSE)and S-100 calcium binding protein β(S-100β)in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of acute cerebral infarction(ACI)in patients with carbon monoxide poisoning(CMP).Methods A total of 102 patients with CMP complicated with ACI admitted to the hospital from Jan-uary 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study group,meanwhile,102 patients with simple CMP were enrolled as the control group.Patients in the study group were followed up for 6 months after discharge,ac-cording to the follow-up results, they were grouped into good prognosis group(60 cases)and poor prognosis group(42 cases). The serum levels of Lp-PLA2,NSE and S-100β were detected by enzyme-linked immunosor-bent assay(ELISA).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was applied to analyze the value of the combination of serum Lp-PLA2,NSE and S-100β in the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of patients with CMP and ACI.Results Compared with the control group, the levels of Lp-PLA2,NSE and S-100β in the study group were obviously higher(P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of the combined detection of serum Lp-PLA2、NSE、S-100β for the diagnosis of CMP complicat-ed with ACI was greater than the AUC of single detection of each indicator(P<0.001).Compared with the good prognosis group, the levels of Lp-PLA2,NSE and S-100β in the poor prognosis group were obviously higher(P<0.05).The results of ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of the combined detection of ser-um Lp-PLA2、NSE、S-100β for the prognosis of patients with CMP complicated with ACI was greater than the AUC of single detection of each indicator(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Lp-PLA2,NSE and S-100β in serum of patients with CMP complicated with ACI is high, and the combined detection of the three has certain value in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation for patients with CMP complicated with ACI.
