1.Influence of nursing intervention on cardiovascular risk factors of elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(21):1-3
[Objective] To explore the influence of nursing intervention in reducing cardiovascular risk factors in elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance.[Methods] From May 2009 to June 2011,216 cases of elderly patients in the clinic of our hospital with impaired glucose tolerance were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 108 cases in each. The control group adopted traditional routine care, and the intervention group received nursing intervention. The duration of followup and intervention was six months. The collected data included basic situation, and tested blood pressure, blood sugar, total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)before and after follow-up.[Results] For both two groups of patients, blood sugar levels were decreased, the decreased level in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.[Conclusions] Nursing intervention for the elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance plays a significant role in reducing cardiovascular risk factors and improving IGT prognosis.
2.Roles of mitochondria in tumorigenesis
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(7):486-488
As semi-autonomous organelles, mitochondria are easily damaged by various factors.Mitochondrial dysfunction such as abnormal oxidative phosphorylation, metabolism alterations, apoptosis prevention, damaged mitophagy, immune escape and deregulated signaling pathway have been hypothesized to be involved in tumorigenesis.Modulated mitochondria may prevent the occurrence of tumors.
3.Experiences in Diagnosis and Treatment of 31 Cases of Uterine Empyema
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2016;37(12):99-102
Objective To investigate the etiology, clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of female uterine empyema. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 31 patients with uterine empyema in our hospital from January 2003 to December 2015.Results Uterine empyema was caused as a result of occlusion of the cervical canal,Patients had no typical symptoms, four cases had no symptoms (12.90%),twenty-two cases had abdominal pain (70.97%),twenty-seven cases had vaginal discharge (98.09%) and twelve cases had sanguinopurulent material (38.71%),three cases of them had fever (9.70%).Gynecological ultrasound examination was an important diagnostic tool.Dilatation of cervix, discharging purulent material, antibiotics treatment, the cervical adhesions were manually broken down to establish a patent cervical lumen to accommodate a uterine Fleischl catheter, the uterus was lavaged with 0.9% Nacl solution, metronidazole, gentamicin. The above treatment got a good therapeutic effect. Conclusion Pyometra has atypical symptoms with difficult diagnosis, and develops gradually.Gynecological ultrasound examination has great clinical significance.Full dilatation of cervix, discharging purulent material are the key to the success of conservation treatment and can achieve good results.Combination of endometrial cancer or other malignant tumor patients should take surgery as soon as possible, according to the tolerance ability.
4.Precision chemotherapy for the treatment of cancers
Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(2):133-135
Precision chemotherapy is the prospective direction of cancer chemotherapy, which involves the selection of the effective chemotherapy regimens based on the chemotherapy-related genes.Chemotherapyrelated genes include DNA repair genes, drug metabolism enzymes, drug transporters,apoptosis-related genes and cancer-related genes. These genes can predict the response and toxicity of chemotherapy, and determine the clinical outcome.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2008;12(53):10596-10600
Cerebral palsy, a non-progressive central dyskinesis caused by a variety of reasons. is one of the major diseases resulting in serious paralysis of children nervous system. At present there is no special treatment. and most are supporting and symptomatic treatments. In recent years, with development of recombinant DNA technology and cell biology. transgenic cell lines and cell line transplantation have become new focus of study in brain transplant. Currently the experimental studies on cell transplantation, especially stem cells. in the treatment of children cerebral palsy mainly refer to newborn animals with hypoxic-ischemic brain injury at acute phase. and have made some progresses. Studies have demonstrated that stem cells can survive longest for eight months after transplanted into the brain. and can migrate to the damage a/ca and differentiate into different phenotypes of nerve cells to improve partly neuroethology disorder. However. that transplanted stem cells differentiate into minimal target neurons may be ode of main reasons that cannot achieve ideal effects.
6.Cancer planet
Practical Oncology Journal 2015;(6):561-564
Cancer is like a planet , which consists of a heterogeneous mixture of distinct cancer cells . Cancer planet includes four varying levels:niche, surface, middle and core .Cancer architecture based system ther-apies are starting to be exploited for the development of novel strategies to war for cancer .
7.Brief introduction of response evaluation criteria in solid tumors
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(11):845-847
With the coming era of targeted therapy, novel criteria such as the modified response evalu-ation criteria in solid tumors (RECIST),positron emission tomography response criteria in solid tumors (PETRCIST),Choi criteria and immune-related response criteria have been proposed as standardized methods to assess therapeutic response.Biomarkers and circulating tumor cells may be considered suitable for the evalu-ation of response. These criteria may be useful for the evaluation of therapeutic response to tumors.
8.Metronomic chemotherapy in human cancers
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(7):523-525
Metronomic chemotherapy involves antiangiogenic processes that help host to fight against cancer by using continuous low dose drugs.Metronomic chemotherapy can be an effective treatment option for patients with head and neck carcinoma, breast cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, ovarian and prostate cancer. Metronomic chemotherapy also involves multiple mechanisms that include antiangiogenesis, immune stimulation and direct tumor cell targeting effects. We need to carefully evaluate the clinical effects of combination chemo-therapies that incorporate the other treatment schedules.
9.Behavior of cancers evolution
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(9):688-690
Cancers evolution is a process of clonal selection, cell competition and clonal expansion. Cancers evolution includes cancer memory, heterogeneity, resistance, transformation and adaption et al.This evolution enables cancer cells to adapt to any hostile environment and to survive. An understanding of cancers evolution will provide a theoretical guidance for the implementation of the precision therapy.
10.Cancer precision therapeutics
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(8):616-618
Cancer precision therapeutics is defined as a therapy strategy based on molecular profiles and classifiers generated from high-throughput molecular assays.Precision therapeutics in oncology is becoming reality thanks to the next-generation sequencing and cancer targeted agents.Selecting optimal targets,identif-ying appropriate combinations of therapies and real-time monitoring of tumor evolution may be critical for practi-cing precision therapeutics.
