1.Comparison of the influence of different methods of perfusion on short-term prognosis in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(16):2408-2410
Objective To compare the effect of different perfusion methods on early outcomes of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods The clinical data of 110 cases including EKG,echocardiogram and angiography were retrospectively analyzed.Of these patients,45 cases were treated by primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI),30 cases by intravenous thrombolysis, and 35 cases by PCI combined with intravenous thrombolysis therapy. The incidence rate of cardiovascular events during hospitalization,no reflow incidence, average hospitalized staying time, left heart function and Killip cardiac function grade at 3 months were compared between the three groups. Results There was no significant difference on incidence rate of cardiovascular events between the three groups (P > 0.05).Compared with PCI group and intravenous thrombolysis group, the combination group had lower no reflow incidence, less hospital time and lower Killip cardiac function grade (P < 0.05).In addition, the parameters of LVEF,CI and SVI of combination group were significantly higher than other groups after 3 months (P < 0.05).Conclusion PCI combined with intravenous thrombolysis was safe and effective in treatment of elderly STEMI patients, which could obviously decrease the no reflow rate, improve cardiac function and the early outcomes.
2.Establishment of Mathematic Model of the Extraction Kinetics of the Components of Chinese Complex Prescription and the Effect of Particle Size on the Concentration of Catalpol in Rehmanniae Decoction of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction
China Pharmacy 2007;0(36):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a mathematical model for the dissolution kinetics of the components of the closed diffusion system of Chinese complex prescription, and to study and analyze the parameters of the extraction kinetics of catalpol,an active component in rehmanniae decoction of Liuwei dihuang decoction. METHDOS:The mathematic modeling method was applied to the extraction process of the traditional Chinese medicine; the mathematic model of the extraction process of the Chinese medicine was established based on the extraction principle and Fick law,and the function expression was derived from the fitting of the mathematic model and analysis of parameters, then the model was applied to the study of the kinetic parameters of the catalpol in rehmanniae decoction of Liuwei dihuang decoction. RESULTS:The analytic solution of the dissolution concentration of components consisting of 3 e in exponential form and the analytical method of parameters were obtained in this study. The optimal grain size of the herbal medicine was 60 meshes.Under this condition, the maximal peak time(tmax)of catalpol was 195.1 min;the peak concentration(Cmax) was 0.012 23 mg?mL-1;the maximal extraction rate(P) was 72.95%,and the loss rate(D) was 7.62%. CONCLUSION:The dissolution of the components of the closed soluble diffusion system of Chinese complex prescription fitted linear kinetic mathematical model, and the parameters can be derived from the expression relation of the dissolution concentration.
3.Study on Quality Standard for Ziyin Mingmu Tablets
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(1):88-90
Objective To establish the quality standard for Ziyin Mingmu tablets. Methods TLC method was used to identify Moutan Cortex, Corni Fructus, Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix and Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma. HPLC method was used to determine the content of Salvianolic acid B. Kromasil ODS column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) was adopted by using MeOH-acetonitrile-1.67%methanonic acid water solution (24∶10∶66) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 284 nm, column temperature was at 30℃, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The TLC spots were clear without interference of the negative control. The linear range of Salvianolic acid B was within 0.32-1.92 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.91% (RSD=0.63%). Conclusion The method is specific, reproducible and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Ziyin Mingmu tablets.

Objective To investigate the impact of different irrigation time on oxygenation in-dex and acid-base balance during percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods Forty patients un-dergoing selective PCNL were included in this study, were divided into two groups:group S,irrigation time<120 min(n=22);group L,irrigation time≥120 min(n=18).PaO2/FiO2 ,pH and BE were determined before and after irrigation,CVP were recorded before irrigation and every 20 min during irrigation. Results The CVP maximum value were higher in group L than that in group S during irrigation (P <0.05).The PaO2/FiO2 were lower after irrigation than that before irrigation in group L(P<0.05).The pH and BE were lower in group L than that in group S after irrigation(P<0.05).Conclusion Irrigation fluid absorption is observed during PCNL.That can provoke oxygenation function decline and metabolic ac-idosis with irrigation time extend, the operation time properly shortened.

International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(6):545-548
As a cell membrane protein of human body, connexins are closely related to the cell metabolism, proliferation and differentiation, which are highly expressed in lung.Recent studies have shown that connexins play an important role in the lung diseases, such as pulmonary fibrosis, lung injury, lung tumors and so on.This review is to summarize the characteristics of connexins molecules, biological function, the distribution in the lung tissues,as well as the possible regulation mechanisms in the lung diseases.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;9(1):73-75
Writing behavior is affected by many factors and depends on the functional integrity of the nervous system. Its neuropsychological mechanism remains unknown. The agraphic features involving different parts of brain damage are dissimilar. The neuroanatomic location of agraphia and its possible brain mechanism are reviewed.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;9(1):65-66
Objective:To evaluate levels of intelligence in children with ADHD. Methods:A total of 129 children with ADHD and 87 normal children were evaluated with C-WISC. Results:Full-scale IQs of most children with ADHD varied between the normal and borderline range, showing incompatible scores on VIQ and PIQ. The overall levels of intelligence of children with ADHD were found be lower than normal controls. Conclusion:There was significant difference in intellectual abilities between ADHD children and normal children.

Objective: To study the relationship between inteiligence and ADHD (attention deficiency and hyperactivity disorder) . Method: 129 children with ADHD and 87 normal control were evaluated with C- WISC. Results: The IQ of some children with ADHD was in borderline range, their performance of balance between VIQ and PIQ was poor. While the controls had normal IQ. Conclusion: The IQ of children with ADHD is lower than that of normal children, especially the balance between VIQ and PIQ.
