1.Ureteral development related gene in molecular biology
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(3):275-277
Congenital pelvi-uretedc junction obstruction in children with congenital hydronephrosis is the most common etiology, but its pathogenesis is poorly understood in the past. With the development and application of genetic molecular biology techniques, the development of the ureter is clarified from molecular biological mechanism, and people have more in-depth understanding of the occurrence of the pelvi-ureteric junction obstruction at the level of gene molecular biology.
2.Determination of orientin and vitexin in Jinlianhua Pills by HPLC
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(19):2914-2915
Objective To develop a HPLC method for quantitative determination of orientin and vitexin in Jinlianhua Pills and to provide valuable data for quality control of Jinlianhua Pills. Methods The separation was performed on a Shimadzu VP-ODS column (250 x 4.6mm,5μm)at 35℃ using a mobile phase of 0.5% acetic acid solution-acetonitrile(88:12).The detection wavelength was 340nm.Results The calibration curve of orientin showed a good linearly within test ranges of 25.0 ~ 75.0μg/ml.The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD 1.2%.The calibration curve of vitexin showed a good linearly within test ranges of 8.0 ~ 24.0μg/ml.The average recovery was 100.5% with RSD 1.3%.Conclusion The developed method is simple, accurate and with good repeatability. It is suitable for quality evaluation of Jinlianhua Pills.
3.Advances in diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infection in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(7):552-556
Urinary tract infection is one of the common infectious diseases in pediatrics.Early recognition and treatment can effectively prevent the formation of renal scarring, which has important significance for the long-term prognosis of kidney. This paper summarizes the literature on children's urinary tract infections in recent years, and describes the status of domestic research on clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, diagnostic criteria and treatment,in order to provide reference and basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infections in children.
4.Study on Detection of Five-kinds of Pathogenic Bacteria in Drinking Water by Multiplex-PCR
Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
The five kinds of food-borne pathogenic bacteria including Salmonella sp.、Shigella sp.、Pseudomonas aeruginosa、Eterohaemorrhagic O157 and Vibrio rahaemolyticus that couldn't be detected in drinking water. The five pairs of primers were designed and composed according to the toxin genes, high-conservative genes and specific genes of these pathogens. The specificity of individual primer pairs in PCR was evaluated on DNA templates of more than thirty different bacterial isolates from ten species. Through optimizing the system and condition of multioplex-PCR, the detection sensitivity was improved dramatically. Multiplex-PCR analysis was primary performed on several water samples. The method established shortened the detection time and provided a cost-effective way in maximum. The experiment showed the multiplex-PCR using the five pairs of primers produced specific amplicons of expected sizes, the detection limits for the bacterial targets were estimated at 10~(1)~10~(2)cfu for one essay. It only took five to six hours to detect a sample, got the single, steady and clear result when the method was applied primarily in the analysis of water samples. The informative supplement to those areas which were environmental inspection, water detection, food sanitation supervision , commodity inspection and detection, etc.
5.Improvement of new nurses' firstaid skill by simulated ICU
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(06):-
Firstaid training class in simulated ICU is given to 61 new nurses, which greatly improves their abilities such as mentality quality, first aid ability, emergency adjustment, communication and cooperation ability.
6.Analysis on the symptom discrepancies in 129 patients with chronic prostatitis
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective; To analyze the symptom discrepancies of chronic prostatitis under different risk factors. Methods; The questionnaires were made by combining a series of modified questions on the basis of NIH - CPSI with other four carefully designed questions o-riented to trace the risk factors of chronic prostatitis. The questionnaires were published on a cyber - forum named " help center of prostatitis" and the answers were collected by e - mails from the patients. The validated answers were catalogued into three groups according to the risk factors they were undertaken. Results: Three symptom groups were within or around the margin of statistically - significant line, which were "Discomfort in (around) the Perineum and anus region" (which can not be explained as pain) (P1,2
7.Effects of two different nursing interventions on postoperative pain of patients with thoracic tumor
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(28):40-41
Objective To explore the effects of two diffeerent nursing interventions on postoperative pain of patients with thoracic tumor. Methods Postoperative patients with thoracic tumor (126 cases) were ran-domly divided into the experimental group(64 cases) and the control group (62 cases). The experimental group combined stages of assessment methods with the three-step analgesic ladder for cancer pain which the WHO recommended. Timely and reasonable use of analgesic agents ensured control of pain effectively. The control group was given disposal only when patients complained pain. Sleep, effective cough of sputum, related indica-tors of vital signs and the time of first ambulation were observed in the two groups. Results The inci-dence of patients' abnormal respiratory rate, accelerated heart rate and decreased oxygen saturation levels in fingertip in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Within 3 days after surgery, the proportion of the experimental group patients whose cough and expectoration re-flex score was good, without insomnia and with first ambulation was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Adoption of stages of assessment and initiative and effective pain control for patients with thoracic tumor of postoperative pain can significantly improve the quality of care, pro-mote the recovery of physiological function, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
8.How to screen the disorder of speech and language in pediatrics
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;(6):579-581
Speech and language is the core competence of infant development,a sign of cognitive skills and social skills development, but also reflects the development of motor ability of certain features.Pediatrician in health physical examination of children, children of all ages should be assessed in language and speech abilities. This review discusses the Pediatic screening in language disorder.
