Autism is pervasive in early children who have developmental disorders.The incidence of autism increased year by year in China.Meanwhile,autism rehabilitation work is also received much concerns.At present,China's rehabilitation work is mainly borne by the family,and the rehabilitation role of school and community in autism has been missing.This paper made a short analysis of the role of autism rehabilitation school and community,so that more readers could have a familiar understanding of the rehabilitation,which can enforce the bigger show of the school and community,and to prompt more children conduct a sooner recovery.

Objective To observe and evaluate the healing effect of medical skin collagen regeneration func-tional dressing on facial dermatitis.Methods 40 facial dermatitis patients who met the inclusion criteria were ran-domly divided into the observation group(group A)and control group(group B)averagely.Patients of group A were administrated with ketotifen tablets orally and with medical skin collagen regeneration functional dressing externally,while patients of group B were only orally administrated with ketotifen tablets.The total observation period last 15 days with a follow -up once after 2 days for both of the groups.Results The cure rates of group A after 12 day and 15 day were 63.2% and 65%,higher than the cure rates of group B(5.0% and 5.0%).The 12 day and 15 day cure rates of group A were significantly higher than those of group B(χ2 =14.83,15.82,all P <0.01).Conclusion Medical skin collagen regeneration dressing in combination with fexofenadine tablets provide a safe and effective healing func-tion to facial dermatitis.

Objective To investigate the expression of human β defensin-2(hβD-2)in the eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissue in patients with adenomyosis and in women with normal endometrium.Methods Twenty-five hysteromyoma patients with adenomyosis(AM) and 25 hysteromyoma patients without endometriosis (EMS) were selected and divided into three groups:AM ectopic endometrium group,AM eutopic endometrium group and control group( endometrial tissue in patients with hysteromyoma).The level of mRNA expressions of hβD-2,interleukin-1β ( IL-1β ),interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) was investigated quantitatively using Real Time PCR (RT-PCR) and the corresponding protein level was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results Comparing the expression of hβD-2,IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α genes among the three groups,there was no significant difference between ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group and there was also no significant difference between eutopic endometrium group and the control group.( P ＞ 0.05 ).The expression of hβD-2 and IL-1β were 0.0320 (0.0095 ～ 0.0690 ) and 0.0427 ( 0.0038 ～ 0.0975 ) in the ectopic endometrium group,and they were 0.0034(0.0025 ～0.0424) and 0.0080(0.0040 ～0.0251 ) in the control group,respectively.They were both significantly higher in ectopic endometrium group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05 ).In the ectopic endometrium group hβD-2 expression was positively correlated with the level of TNF-α ( r =0.857,P =0.014 ),and it had no correlation with both IL-1β and IL-6 ( r =0.750,P =0.052 ; r =0.464,P =0.464; respectively)Conclusion HβD-2 might not play an important role in the formation of adenomyosis.It may be related to no significant up-regulation of inflammatory factors in ectopic lesion tissue.

The changes of serum apelin in patients with metabolic syndrome were investigated. The level of fasting serum apelin was determined by ELISA assay.The level of serum apelin was raised obviously in patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).Moreover,the level of serum apelin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was higher than those in cases of MS with impaired glucose regulation and the group of subjects with overweight/obesity [ (475.8±37.3 vs 451.5±54.3 and 430.3±52.1 ) ng/L,P＜0.01 ].In a multiple step-wise regression analysis,In homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance ( HOMA-IR),body mass index,and total cholesterol were independent factors of apelin.The increased serum apelin was closely related to metabolic abnormalities in metabolic syndrome.The increased insulin resistance might cause the raised level of serum apelin in patients with MS.

Objective To analyze humanized nursing and postoperative function of early stage training under arthroscopic rotator cuff injury minimally invasive surgery in patients with application value. Methods A total of 104 routine under arthroscopy of minimally invasive surgery in patients with rotator cuff injury by double-blind controls (usual care) and observation group (phase humanized nursing and early function training). With preoperative and postoperative week 5, 10, 15 weeks, 20 weeks of observation point in time, compared two groups of Constant Murley shoulder joint assessment of the indicators (pain, muscle strength, joint mobility, daily life) score, compared two groups of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score. Results Preoperative, two groups of patients with pain, muscle strength, (range of motion, ROM), comparison between daily life score group were no significant differences (P> 0.05). Observation group of 10, 15, 20 weeks postoperatively pain scores were (4.32±0.17), (2.20±0.39), (1.01±0.24) points, which were higher than (4.61±0.21), (3.36±0.38), (1.76±0.14) points of the control group, and there were significant differences (t=7.74, 15.36, 19.47, P<0.01). All the observation time point strength postoperative observation group were (11.53±1.40)-(22.01± 0.31)points, which werehigher than (9.16 ± 1.06)- (17.14 ± 1.01) points of control group, and there were significant differences (t=8.97- 33.24,P<0.01). Each time point ROM postoperative observation group were (74.96±4.39)-(150.01±2.34) points which were higher than (69.01±2.63)-(120.15±2.36)points of control group, and there were significant differences(t=8.38-64.79,P<0.01). The observation group of 10 -20 weeks daily life score were (13.05±1.21)-(17.10±0.75) points higher than (10.65±1.31)-(13.42±1.04) points of control group, and there were significant differences(t=9.70- 20.70,P <0.01). HAMA and HAMD score after the intervention of observation group were (10.25±1.60), (12.02±1.84) points which were lower than (12.01 ± 2.78), (14.95 ± 2.11) points of the control group, and there were significant differences (t=3.25, 6.19, P< 0.01). Conclusions Humanized nursing and functional training for early stage in patients with rotator cuff injury under the arthroscope minimally invasive surgery; has the following functions: improve patients'psychological status, the positive application of treatment and rehabilitation; pain relief, and functional training smoothly; the early functional training to increase muscle strength and joint motion and improve everyday life.

Objective To explore the curative effect of acyclovir combined with pidotimod in treatment of adult varicella.Methods 80 adult patients with varicella in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in group A were intravenously injected acyclovir.40 cases in group B were intravenously injected acyclovir combined with oral pidotimod.The time of herpes blisters drying and completely crusted were observed in two groups.Results The time of herpes blisters drying and completely crusted of B group was shorter than A group.And the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.01).Conclusion Acyclovir combined with pidotimod in treatment of adult varicella can significantly shorten the healing time,and show better curative effect than single use of acyclovir.

Objective To clarify the association between chondroitin-4-O-sulfotransferase-3 (CHST13) and hepatoma metastasis by the research of differential expression of CHST13 in MHCC97-H and MHCC97-L human hepatocarcinoma cell lines,which have high and low metastatic potential,respectively,and to confirm novel target of hepatoma metastasis and anti-tumor therapy.Methods The differential expressions of CHST13 in MHCC97-H and MHCC97-L human hepatocarcinoma cell lines were analyzed by real-time PCR,Western blot.CHST13 was silenced using RNA interference approach to detect the invasive ability in vitro and tumorigenicity in vivo in MHCC97-L cells.Results The expression of CHST13 was different in MHCC97-L cells,as compared to those in MHCC97-H cells.Knockdown of CHST13 expression enhanced MHCC97-L cells invasion and tumorigenicity both in vitro (t =2.8,P =0.005) and in vivo (t =2.5,P =0.01).The quantity of cells which crossed basement membrane increased [(30 ± 3):(14 ± 2)],and the average weight of tumor increased [(0.9 ± 0.10) g:(0.5 ± 0.06) g].Conclusion The differential expressions of CHST13 in human hepatocarcinoma cell lines correlate with tumor invasion and tumorigenicity,and it is expected to be a novel target for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Objective To compare the effect of 4 different cold and hot properties of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on body temperature and related factors of yeast induced fever rats,and discuss the thermoregulatory mechanism of cold and hot properties of TCM.Methods 108 male SD rats were randomly divided into a normal group,a yeast-induced group,a R.palmatum treated group,a C.chinensis treated group,a Euodia ruticarpa treated group,and a Alpinia officinarum Hance treated group,with 18 rats in each group.Pyrexia model was induced by injecting yeast suspension subcutaneously on rat.At the 4h,8h and 12h after injection of yeast,the rats were sacrificed,and the blood and hypothalamus were collected.The levels of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2),cyclic adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate (cAMP) and arginine vasopressin (AVP) in hypothalamus and plasma were detected by ELISA assay.Results At the 4h after injection of yeast,the temperature of rats in the model group began to rise,and it reached the peak at 8h,while RheumpalmatumL and Coptis chinensis could significantly reduce the body temperature of yeast-induced rat (P＜ 0.01 or P＜ 0.05).At 8h,the levels of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus increased significantly [respectively (31.55 ± 9.88) pg/mg and (0.17±0.03) pmol/mg] compared with the normal group,while the level of AVP (0.14±0.02) pmol/ml in plasma reduced (P＜0.05).Compared with model group,at 8h RheumpalmatumL and Coptis chinensis could significantly lowered PGE2 [respectively (113.65± 18.60) pg/mg and (127.72 ± 15.75) pg/mg,P＜ 0.01 or P＜0.05],and cAMP [respectively (0.69±0.08) pmol/mg and (0.74±0.10) pmol/mg,P＜0.05] in hypothalamus,and increased AVP levels [respectively (1.08 ± 0.12) pmol/ml and (0.91 ±0.01) pmol/ml,P＜0.05 or P＜0.01] in plasma.Euodia ruticarpa and Alpinia officinarum had no significant effect on both body temperature and the levels of inflammatory factors.Conclusion The two cold property traditional Chinese medicines,R.palmatum and C.chinensis,could significantly reduced the body temperature of yeast-induced rats,which may be related to its effective regulation on levels of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus and AVP in plasma,however,the two hot property traditional Chinese medicine,Euodia ruticarpa and Alpinia officinarum Hance,had no related effects.

Objective: To establish an efficient expression system for human truncated insulin like growth factor 1 〔Des(1 3)IGF1〕as fusion protein in Escherichia coli(E.coli). Methods: The cDNA of Des(1 3)IGF1 was cloned into an fusion protein expression plasmid, pMTY4, using gene recombinant technique. The protein was purified by ion exchange chromatography and identified by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, radioimmunoassay(RIA), N terminal amino acid sequence and biological activity. Results: A prokaryotic expression vector was constructed and the fusion protein containing MS2 polymerase fragment, thrombin recognition site and human Des(1 3)IGF1 was expressed in E.coli at high level. It was showed that the purified recombinant Des(1 3)IGF1 released from the fusion protein after digestion with thrombin was identical to the native Des(1 3)IGF1.Conclusion:This is an effective method for obtaining human recombinant Des(1 3)IGF1 and it is very important for further study of Des(1 3)IGF1.
