The rotator cuff injury may be associated with subacromial impingement , ischemic degeneration , abnormal biome-chanical factors, However, depending on the size and type of repair , acute or chronic injury , can need different repair methods .Under the influence of various factors , traditional repair methods have the lower success rate for rotator cuff injury .With deeply understanding the mechanism of injury and the development of tissue engineering and materials science , the treatment of rotator cuff injury may get the better results with the use of new materials .

BACKGROUND:Nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 has been used in the treatment of early avascular necrosis and obtained the good curative effect that can significantly reduce the pain and delay the col apse of the femoral head. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of core decompression with bone graft and nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 scaffold implantation versus core decompression with bone graft and tantalum rod implantation in treating early-stage avascular necrosis of the femoral head. METHODS:Total y 60 patients with early femoral head necrosis were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group. The observation group was treated by core decompression with bone graft and nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide 66 scaffold implantation, and the control group treated by core decompression with bone graft and tantalum rod implantation. Then, we compared the time of operation, postoperative drainage volume, hospital stay, hospitalization expense, the number of postoperative pain between two groups. Al the subjects were fol owed for 12 months. The efficacy of two different surgical methods was evaluated by Harris scores, imaging curative effect and comprehensive curative effect. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Postoperative drainage volume, hospital stay, and hospital expenses were lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the operation time and the number of postoperative pain between the two groups (P>0.05). In the Harris hip scoring, only walking auxiliary score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the X-ray change and comprehensive efficacy evaluation between the two groups (P>0.05). For patients with early osteonecrosis of the femoral head, core decompression with bone graft and tantalum rod or hydroxyapatitescaffold implantation have similar clinical efficacy.

Objective To explore the expression and relationship with the clinical pathological features of CD34,CD117,smooth muscle actin(SMA),S -100 protein in gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods 60 cases of resection of gastrointestinal stromal tumor specimens were collected, all cases were confirmed by postoperative patholo-gy,explored the expression of CD34,CD117,SMA,S -100 protein expression in gastrointestinal stromal tumor with immunohistochemical method, analyzed the relationship with the clinical pathological features of CD34,CD117,SMA, S -100 protein. Results CD34 positive signal located in the cytoplasm,CD117 positive signal mainly located in cyto-plasm,a few located in the cell membrane, nuclear yellow particles diffuse distribution in cells,SMA and S -100 pro-tein located in the cytoplasm of focal or scattered point positive expression of CD34,CD117,SMA,S -100 protein pos-itive expression rate in gastrointestinal stromal tumor tissue were 88.33% (53 /60),95.00% (57 /60),43.33%(26 /60)and 6.67% (4 /60);CD34 positive expression rate was related to area (χ2 =9.093,P <0.05),S -100 protein positive expression rate related to the histological type (χ2 =10.447,P <0.05).Conclusion CD34,CD117 in gastrointestinal stromal tumor tissue in the positive expression rate is very high, detection jointed with CD34,CD117 can improve the gastrointestinal stromal tumor diagnosis accuracy.

Objective To establish the orthotopic bladder cancer model of multidrug resistance as the human' s, and detect its resistance condition. Methods Two groups of nude rats 4-6 weeks of age were inculated with 1×107 cell of T24 or T24-ADM, following with observation and putting down their meat, drink, mental condition, urine and abdominal mass growth. Animals were sacrificed after 4 weeks later, then their bladder were weighted and measured, histopathologic assessment was performed,mdr1 was detected by PCR,and cells from the bladder tumors were detected of multidrug resistence by MTT. Results Group of nude rats inculated with T24-ADM generated tumors about 80 % (8/10), the one inculated with T24 was 90 % (9/10)and about 2-3 days early. The blank group had no rats emerge tumors in bladder mucosa at all. Bladder weight and volume: (0.8±0.3) g, (1.0±0.5) g, (875±158) mm3, (903±192) mm3, difference between the two groups had no significant (t = 1.332 and t = 1.215, P>0.05). Histopathologic detection: The two groups of bladder cancer tissue biopsies can be seen more chaotic arrangement of cell structure, cell body shape is irregular, to the depth of myometrial invasion in different without breaking the film. Between the two groups there were no significantly differences. PCR detection of mdr1 expression differences between the two groups was significant (t = 3.612, P <0.01). Cytological detection of drug-resistant cell volume is slightly larger, and no significant difference in morphology. MTT detection: cells from the inculated T24-ADM mice bladder tumor were more resistance to ADM than the ones from the inculated T24 mice bladder tumor (F = 412.107, P<0.01), and for several other drugs were also resistant. Conclusion Cell transplantation was successfully used to establish bladder cancer model in situ of T24-ADM, and with multi-drug resistance characteristics. The model laid the foundation for further multi-drug resistance research of bladder cancer.

This article is aimed to present a design of a testing device for knee joint kinematics parameters of patients with strokes. We used Auto CAD to design the knee joint sensor device, and applied multifunction data acquisition card to collect sensor data. Then we transferred the data to the computer to quantitatively detect and analyze the joint angle, angular velocity and other parameters. The software system used Visual C+ + MFC frame and shared database Access, and used ADO technology to realize the collection between the software system and patient information system. After a preliminary test of 20 healthy subjects, the result showed that intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was more than 0.8, indicating a good reliability of the instrument.

Chinese Medical Journal 2022;135(17):2026-2034
Acute pancreatitis (AP) is a common and potentially life-threatening pancreatic inflammatory disease. Although it is usually self-limiting, up to 20% of patients will develop into severe AP. It may lead to systemic inflammatory response syndrome and multiple organ dysfunction, affecting the lungs, kidneys, liver, heart, etc. Surviving patients usually have sequelae of varying degrees, such as chronic hyperglycemia after AP (CHAP), pancreatic exocrine insufficiency, and chronic pancreatitis. Lacking specific target treatments is the main reason for high mortality and morbidity, which means that more research on the pathogenesis of AP is needed. Ferroptosis is a newly discovered regulated cell death (RCD), originally described in cancer cells, involving the accumulation of iron and the depletion of plasma membrane polyunsaturated fatty acids, and a caspase-independent RCD. It is closely related to neurological diseases, myocardial infarction, ischemia/reperfusion injury, cancer, etc. Research in the past years has also found the effects of ferroptosis in AP, pancreatic cancer, and AP complications, such as acute lung injury and acute kidney injury. This article reviews the research progress of ferroptosis and its association with the pathophysiological mechanisms of AP, trying to provide new insight into the pathogenesis and treatment of AP, facilitating the development of better-targeted drugs.
