Objective To observe the clinical effect of mannatide treatment with burn infection. Methods 100 burn patients admitted to Sichuan Nanchong Central Hospital from May 2009 to July 2012 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group had 50 cases. Both of two groups were given conventional treatment, treatment group were treated with intravenous mannatide,control group were injected recombinant human growth hormone. Results The average length of stay in treatment group was signiifcantly shorter than control group (P=0.042). The clinical total effective rate, serum IgA, IgG, IgM and other indicators of immune function were improved signiifcantly compared with control group (P=0.037). There was no statistical signiifcance in blood protein, transferrin, prealbumin, glucose, insulin, urinary sodium, urinary potassium, chloride and other indicators of patients between two groups. Conclusion Mannatide can effectively enhance immune function, promote wound healing, shorter hospital stay and improve the clinical efifcacy.

Voltage-gated sodium channels (VGSCs), which are widely distributed in the excitable cells, are the primary mediators of electrical signal amplification and propagation. They play important roles in the excitative conduction of the neurons and cardiac muscle cells. The abnormalities of the structures and functions of VGSCs can change the excitability of the cells, resulting in a variety of diseases such as neuropathic pain, epilepsy and arrhythmia. At present, some voltage-gated sodium channel blockers are used for treating those diseases. In the recent years, several neurotoxins have been purified from the venom of the animals, which could inhibit the current of the voltage-gated sodium channels. Usually, these neurotoxins are compounds or small peptides that have been further designed and modified for targeted drugs of sodium channelopathies in the clinical treatment. In addition, a novel cysteine-rich secretory protein (CRBGP) has been isolated and purified from the buccal gland of the lampreys (Lampetra japonica), and it could inhibit the Na+ current of the hippocampus and dorsal root neurons for the first time. In the present study, the progress of the sodium channelopathies and the biological functions of voltage-gated sodium channel blockers are analyzed and summarized.

The computerized imitating system constructed by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University contains four blocks:administration of student infomation,administration of question bank,on-line tests and administration of score inquiry.It's designed to imitate typical pediatric cases,so that the medical students may put themselves into the practical clinical scenario and solve the challenges step by step in one-direction procedure.Teaching with computerized clinical scenario imitating patients can improve students' test resuhs and activate students' learning enthusiasm significantly.It not only helps to solve the contradiction between increasing number of medical students and clinical typical teaching case shortage but also improves the clinical thinking ability of the medical students.This system can also be used as a test bank for pediatric technical skills examination.

A new organic-soluble co-reactant of N,N,N’,N’-tetrakis(propyl)-pentanediamine (TPPD) was synthesized and co-immobilized with tris ( 2, 2’-bipyridine ) ruthenium ditetrakis ( 4-chlorophenyl ) borate ([Ru(bpy)3][4-(Clph)4B]2) on an indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode for electrochemiluminescent (ECL) study. The hydrophobicity of TPPD prevented its leakage from the electrode surface, thus the long-term stability of the ECL electrode was enhanced. The TPPD/[Ru(bpy)3][4-(Clph)4B]2 modified-ITO electrode exhibited strong, stable and reproducible ECL signal. The ECL signal could be quenched efficiently by phenol with a quenching efficiency of 95. 4% in the presence of 0. 1 mmol/L phenol, demonstrating the potential of the modified electrode in determination of phenolic compounds. The transient-state of the electrogenerated chemiluminescence reaction was also investigated, which revealed that the TPPD/[Ru(bpy)3][4-(Clph)4B]2 modified-ITO electrode had a longer lifetime than conventional TPA-Ru(bpy)2+3 co-reactant system.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the realization of normalization and standardization of quality control and management of Pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS). METHODS:The management and effectiveness of PIVAS quali-ty control in our hospital were introduced from aspects of the establishment of internal quality control system,the key indicators and effects of quality control. RESULTS:According to checking items from aspects of examining once in a month,on prescription checking,preparation,infection control,equipments,drugs,consumable materials,sanitation;holding 1 monthly quality control reviews;and analyzing unqualified indexes and existing security risks,the quality control of PIVAS had achieved good results. The qualified percentage of quality control index was increased from 84%(Jan. 2016)to 90%(Jun. 2016),error rate in the same peri-od was decreased from 0.579‰ to 0.099‰. CONCLUSIONS:Developing quality control of the implementation of detailed quality control key indexes for the whole process of intravenous infusion in PIVAS can effectively regulate the position working process,re-duce preparation error and ensure the quality of infusion preparation.

Objective: To investigate the hydrolysis conversion rate of alcohol amine-diterpene alkaloids from aconitum alkaloids, hydrolyze aconitum alkaloids reference substance, calculate the amount of alcohol amine-diterpene alkaloids in the hydrolysis solution by the hydrolysis conversion rate, which is used as the amount of alcohol amine-diterpene alkaloids reference substance, and establish a content determination method for aconine, hypaconitine and aconine in Aconiti radix cocta.Methods: Through controlling the hydrolysis conditions of aconitine, hypaconitine and mesaconitine, aconine, hypaconitine and aconine were obtained.The determination was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX Extend-C18 RRHT(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8 μm) column with the mobile phase consisting of methanol(A)-water(B containing 0.1% formic acid and 2.5 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate) with gradient elution by HPLC-QTOF-MS.The flow rate was 0.21 ml·min-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃.MS instrument was equipped with an ESI+ ion source.Results: Under the hydrolysis conditions of this study, the conversion rate of aconine from aconitine was 99.64%;the conversion rate of hypaconitine from hypaconine was 99.94%;the conversion rate of mesaconitine from mesaconine was 99.57%.The HPLC-QTOF-MS methodological investigation showed the 3 kinds of alcohol amine-diterpene alkaloids were with good linearity (r>0.999 1).The RSD of the precision, repeatability and stability tests were less than 5%.The average recoveries were within the range of 99.43%-100.10%.Conclusion: The validated method is simple, specific, reliable and reproducible.In the absence of reference substance, it can be used for the quality control of the herbs of Aconitum L.species.

Objective:To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker( QAMS) for nine kinds of alkaloids in Xiaohuoluo pills. Methods: An HPLC-QTOF-MS method with an Agilent ZORBAX Extend-C18 RRHT(2. 1 mm × 50 mm,1. 8 μm) column was applied. The flow rate was 0. 21 ml·min-1 . The column temperature was 30 ℃. The mobile phase was methanol (A)-water (B;containing 0. 1％ formic acid and 2. 5 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate) with gradient elution. The aconitine was used as the internal standard, and the relative correction factor ( RCFs) of hypaconitine, mesaconitine, benzoylaconine, benzoyl-hypaconine, benzoylmesaconine, aconine, hypaconine and mesaconine was respectively established, and the reproducibility inspection on the RCF was performed. The contents of the other 8 kinds of aconitum alkaloids were calculated according to the RCF. At the same time, an external standard method ( ESM) was performed for the content determination of the nine alkaloids. The results of the two methods were compared. The feasibility and accuracy of the QAMS method were verified. Results:Within a certain range,the RCF of hypacontine,mesacontine, benzoylaconine, benzoylhypaconine, benzoyl mesaconine, aconine, hypaconine and mesaconine to aconitine was 1. 736,1. 979,1. 0471,0. 9242,1. 2901,1. 3078,1. 2859,and 1. 0948,respectively. The QAMS method was established for determi-ning alkaloids. There were no significant differences between the results of the QAMS method and those of the external standard method ( ESM) . Conclusion:With the validation of methodology, the method established in our study can be used for the content determina-tion of aconitine, hypaconitine, mesaconitine, benzoylaconine, benzoylhypaconine, benzoylmesaconine, aconine, hypaconine and mesaconine in xiaohuoluo pills.

Aim To investigate the neuroprotective effects of osthole(Ost)on the primary cultured cortical neurons transfected with APP595/596 gene and its underlying mechanism.Methods Neonatal mouse cortical neurons were transfected with APP595/596 gene to establish AD cell models for the further study.Then,the cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay,and the leakage of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)was assayed by LDH kit to evaluate the injury degree.Transferase-mediated nick end labeling(TUNEL)was used to evaluate the cell apoptosis.The expression of β-amyloid peptide(Aβ)and β-site APP cleaving enzyme 1(BACE1)was measured by immunofluorescence,while the miRNA-107 was measured by RT-PCR.Results Compared to model group,Ost could significantly improve the neurons viability,decrease the LDH release and prevent the apoptosis.Ost also inhibited the expression of Aβ and BACE1 at protein level,while enhanced the expression of miRNA-107 at gene level.Conclusion Ost plays a neuroprotective role in neurons transfected with APP595/596 gene in part through up-regulating miRNA-107.

To improve the quality of practice teaching in medical imaging,we explored the teaching methods on the basis of quality-oriented education,combining the special nature of the medical imaging and the clinical medicine program.

Comparative imaging can be used to analyse and compare diseases in different respects,which can not only conduce to students’transversal contrast of knowledge they have learned, but also improve the teaching effect of medical imaging and the students’clinical skills,and at the same time,lay a solid foundation of the research for future.
