OBJECTIVE:To evaluate clinical efficacy and ADR of omeprazole and ranitidine in the treatment of peptic ulcer.METHODS:Literatures were retrieved from China scientific journal database and Wanfang database.Meta-analysis was conducted using Revan 5.0 software.Fixed effect model was used to combined information and non-heterogeneity.The cause of heterogeneity was also analyzed.Sensitivity analysis and subgroup analysis were used to dispose the heterogeneity.Random effect model was used for analysis if the heterogeneity cannot be eliminated.RESULTS:Total effective rate of omeprazole for peptic ulcer was significantly different from ranitidine [P

OBJECTIVE: To establish the HPLC method for the content determination of paenol in Liuwei dihuang soft extract. METHODS: The octadecylsilyl silicagel was used as filter. Mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(70 ∶ 30) at detection wavelength of 274 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 mL?min-1 and the column temperature was room temperature. RESULTS: The linear range of paeonol was 50～300 ?g?mL-1(?g?mL-1) with an average recovery of 99.63%(RSD=1.26%, n=6). CONCLUSION: This method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible for quality control of Liuwei dihuang soft extract.

OBJECTIVE To study on the clinical features and treatment method for fungemia.METHODS The clinical features,therapy and outcome of 7 patients with fungemia which happened from 1999 to 2009 were retrospectively reviewed.RESULTS The main underlying conditions were : malignant disease in 7 patients(100%).In this group the risk factors for fungemia included:prior antimicrobial therapy(86%),steroids chemotherapy(57%).Fungal species isolated from 7 patients were: c.albicans(5),c.tropicalis(2).The overall mortality of fungemia was 86%.CONCLUSIONS In this study,the most frequent infectious agents were Candida albicans and non albicans Candida specis.Experience therapy should be begun earlier.Higher dose of fluconazole may be recommended in clinical usage.

Objective To compare the clinical effect of different percutaneous endoscopic removal of nucleus pulposus vertebral plate gap into the road in the treatment of L5 and S1 lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods 120 cases with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B,60 cases in each group.Group A was given the intervertebral foramen mirror vertebral plate gap into the way,group B was given the posterior intervertebral disc mirror reserves the yellow ligament treatment.The operation time,number of perspective,intraoperative blood loss,length of incision,visual analogue scale (VAS),hospitalization days,Oswestey disability index (ODI) before and after surgery were compared between two groups.The curative effect was evaluated by the Macnab criteria.Results The operation time,number of perspectives,intraoperative blood loss,surgical incision length,VAS score,hospitalization days in group A were (58.69±5.26)min,(2.56±0.52)times,(80.23±20.45)mL,(1.63±0.33)cm,(2.95±0.77)points,(4.98±0.84)d,respectively,those in group B were (60.36±5.31)min,(2.55±0.48)times,(75.69±2.96)mL,(1.56±0.21)cm,(2.98±0.69)points,(5.01±0.86)d,the differences between the two groups were not significant (all P＞0.05).Immediate postoperation and postoperative 3 months,the ODI scores of group A were (36.96±10.58)points,(9.26±0.23)points,(6.35±0.44)points,respectively,and those of group B were (37.02±9.85)points,(9.42±0.65)points,(6.30±0.39)points,immediately after operation,postoperative 3 months,the ODI scores of the two groups were lower than before operation,compared with immediate postoperation,the ODI scores of postoperative 3 months were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).At immediately after operation,postoperative 3 months,the ODI score between the two groups had no significant difference (P＞0.05).The excellent rate of group A was 90.00％,which of group B was 91.67％,the difference between the two groups was not obvious (P＞0.05).Conclusion Intervertebral foramen mirror the vertebral plate gap into the road and posterior intervertebral disc mirror reserves are yellow ligament in treatment of L5 and S1 lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion will achieve good operation effect,no obvious difference was found between the two methods,before undergoing surgery for the patients'' individual condition and indications for judgment,and to choose appropriate surgical method.

Objective To study the dynamic changes of regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) in hematoma, perihematoma and their enantiomorph in the contralateral hemisphere in the patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). Methods 15 patients of acute basal ganglia hemorrhage were divided into different groups according to the Chinese Stroke Scales, 10 patients were minor, the other 5 patients were moderate. 99mtechnetium-ethyl -cysteinate-dimer single-photon emission CT ( 99mTc-ECD SPECT) were performed within 3 days after onset of the disease and re-examined at 16 days. The method of region of interesting (ROI) was used to measure the uptake counts in the core of hematoma, frontal or parietal region around the lesion, the center of cerebellum and their enantiomorphs in the contralateral hemisphere, respectively,and to calculate the ratio of uptake counts.Results The uptake counts showed difference in the second time exam between perilesion and its enantiomorph in minor patients ( P0.05). Objective To construct the double hairpin siRNA and green fluorescent protein(GFP) expressing vector pU6/double-siRNA/Neo/GFP/1A/2A to interfere 1A and 2A gene of Coxsackie virus B4.Methods 21 bp fragments of the Coxsackie virus B4 2A and 1A gene were chosen as the targets and 65 bp complimentary fragments were synthesized,then the target gene fragments were cloned into pSilencer2.1U6 Neo and pGCsi-U6/Neo/GFP/siNeGative,respectively,then the double siRNA expressing vector pU6/double-siRNA/Neo/GFP/1A /2A was constructed by restrict endonuclease digestion,elctrophoresis isolation and reclaimer,ligatied by T4 DNA ligase;then the double siRNA expressing plasmid was transfected into Hela cells,and the GFP was observed under fluorescent microscope.Results The correct results showed that the recombinant plasmid had the correct special fragments and DNA sequence detected by restrict endonuclease digestion, electrophoresis and DNA sequencing;and GFP was also observed in Hela cells tansfected with pU6/double-siRNA/Neo/GFP/1A /2A under fluorescent microscope more than 15 d after transfection.Conclusion The double siRNA expressing vector pU6/double-siRNA/Neo/GFP/1A/2A is constructed successfully;it has the correct target viral gene sequences and can express GFP gene in Hela cells more than 15 d after transfection.

Objective To establish stable insect cell line expressing mIL4 on the basis of construction of inset expression vector pIZT/V5-His.Methods Amplified mIL-4 and pIZT/V5-His were treated with EcoRI and XbaI,and mIL-4 were ligated into pIZT/V5-His vector using T4 DNA ligase.Sf9 cells were transfected with recombinant DNA and ELISA was employed to detect soluble mIL-4 production by transfected Sf9 cells.Results Transfected Sf9 cells could significantly produce mIL4(1 mg?L~(-1)) compared!with control group(0.003 mg?L~(-1)).Conclusion Inset expression vector pIZT/V5-His is an ideal expression vector for mIL-4 production in transfected cells.

Effective treatments of acute ischemic stroke include the specialist wards (stroke units) with multidisciplinary treatment team receiving treatment and intravenous thrombolytic therapy.However,only a few patients can receive these treatments.Telestroke can improve the thrombolytic rate of acute ischemic stroke on site in hospitals for lacking of specialists and enable stroke care maintained at a high level in rural areas.This article reviews telestroke in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and the roles of nurses in telestroke.

Objective To explore the influence of different domains of STAT6 expressed by the vector pGEX-6p-2 on signal transduction.Methods Different domains of STAT6 were amplified by PCR technique and ligated respectively into the prokaryotic expression vector.Recombinant DNA was transformed into HB101 cells.Transformants were lysed by supersonic method and lysates run on SDS-PAGE.Results Western blotting analysis showed a high level expression(60 000,56 000 and 50 000) of different domains of STAT6 SHST,DST and NST,and the empty vector only had GST expression.Conclusion Expression vector pGEX-6p-2 can be used for high level expression of different domains of STAT6.

Objective:To determine distribution of fungal florae of candial balanoposthitis (CBP),the relatioship between antibiotics administration and candial infection and the major source of opportunistic pathogens.Methods:The fungal strains were collected and identified,and the history of antibiotic administration was reviewed.Results:①Foreign fungi were predominant pathogens of CBP;②Dysbacteriosis induced by antibiotics stimulated the growth of foreign fungi,which resulted in CBP;③There was a positive relationship between fungal distribution of male patients and their sexual partners.Conclusion:In order to reduce the incidence of CBP safe coition and reasonalbe administration of antibiotics should be emphasized.
