Objective To analyze the serological detection results of hemolytic disease of newborns(HDN)in neonatal hyperbil-irubinemia and to explore the relationship between serological results and related factors. Methods The neonatal hemolytic three i-tems test were performed on blood specimens of 796 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. The relationship between the positive rate of HDN with the related factors such as blood type, specimens collecting time, hemoglobin level and serum total bilirubin value was analyzed. Results Among 796 cases of hyperbilirubinemia,184 cases were HDN(23.12%),in which 796 cases were ABO-HDN and 8 cases were Rh-HDN.The direct free antibody test, antibody release test and direct antiglobulin test were positive in 180 cases (22.61%),184 cases(23.12%)and 140 cases(17.59%)respectively.The HDN positive rate of the newborns with B blood type was higher than that of the newborns with A blood type, the difference between them had statistical significance(χ2 = 10.304,P <0.05).The HDN positive rate was closely related with the specimen collection time, moreover, the greater the day age,the higher the HDN positive rate, the difference showing statistical significance(P <0.05).The hemoglobin level and serum total bilirubin val-ue had statistically significant difference between newborns with HDN and those without HDN(P <0.05).Conclusion The posi-tive rate of HDN is high in newborns with hyperbilirubinemia. The hemolytic three items test should be performed as early as possi-ble.Combining with the hemoglobin level and serum total bilirubin value can increase the HDN detection rate.

Objective To verify whether iron can accelerate the process of liver fibrosis in rats. Methods The rats were divided into control group, high fat diet group, high iron group, high fat diet and high iron group, high fat diet and de?iron group, each with 24 rats. The rats were allowed to freely take normal diet and high fat diet, while the high iron rats, high?fat diet plus high iron rats received intramuscular injection of 50 mg/kg iron dextran every other day;high?fat di?et plus de?iron group rats received tail intravenous injection of 30 mg/kg deferoxamine one month before death, 3 times/week. 8 rats were selected at 4th, 5th, 6th month of intervention, to detect serum hyaluronic Acid (HA), collagen type IV ( COL?IV) , laminin ( LN) , procollagen III ( PC III) , and observe pathological changes in the liver with Masson staining. Results At 5th month of intervention, serum HA level of the high?fat diet plus high iron group was significantly higher than those of high fat diet group and control group. At 6th month of intervention, serum COL?IV and LN levels of the high?fat diet plus high iron group were significantly higher than those of the high fat diet group. At 6th month, serum PC III level was 1. 63 time of those of the high fat diet group. At the 6th month, liver tissue of high fat diet plus high iron group ap?peared collagen deposition revealed by Masson staining, which was not the case in other groups. Conclusions Iron can accelerate high fat?induced liver fibrosis.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2013;(5):348-350
Objective To explore the resonant frequencies of human spinal motor neurons. Methods Twenty healthy college students were recruited as the subjects. Each was put in a supine position and administered vibratory stimulation at 20 Hz,30 Hz,40 Hz,50 Hz and 60 Hz on the left distal fibula just above the lateral malleolus for 5 minutes.M-waves and F-waves were recorded before each intervention.F-waves were also recorded immediately after each intervention. Results The F-wave amplitude and the F/Mmax ratio after the 30 Hz stimulation were significantly larger than those at baseline and after stimulation at 50 or 60 Hz.However,20 Hz,30 Hz and 40 Hz stimulation produced no significantly different F-wave amplitudes or F/Mmax.Conclusion Human spinal motor neurons may have a resonant frequency around 30 Hz.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2021;37(3):161-167
Objective:To investigate the level of rumination and its influential factors among Chinese psychiatry nurses who go through work place violence. Methods:In this study, 150 psychiatry nurses were recruited from Affiliated Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University (specialize in psychiatry), via the combination of convenient sampling and snowball sampling. Chinese Event-related Rumination Inventory (C-ERRI) was applied in the survey. Results:The total score of C-ERRI was (22.11±9.62) points, and the scores of intrusive rumination subscale and deliberate rumination subscale were (12.99±5.58) and (9.12±6.01) points, respectively. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis show that assault frequency in recent year ( B=-3.195, P<0.01) and whether got injury in the recent assault ( B=8.591, P<0.01) were predictors of deliberate rumination, which account for 26.8% variance of the equation. Gender (male) ( B=-2.415, P<0.01), Injury frequency in recent year ( B=2.864, P<0.01) and whether got injury in the recent assault ( B=8.949, P<0.01) were predictors of intrusive rumination. They account for 36.0% variance of the equation. Conclusion:In this study, the level of rumination among Chinese psychiatry nurses was low. Their rumination style was deliberate rumination.

Objective:To explore the technique of two-flap in ear reconstruction.Method:Quantitative tissue expansions were used in the mastoid area in the first stage. After the final injection, there was 1 month of sustaining time.Expanded skin flap and unexpanded fascia flap were designed in the second stage,so thetwo-flaptechnique was used in the ear reconstruction. From January 2004 to December 2008,1 427 patients of microtia were treated using two-flap technque.Result:The expanded skin flap could show the fine structures of the reconstructed ears. The reconstructed ears had vivid cranioauricular angle after using the unexpanded fascia flap. Conclusion: Two-flap method was easily manipulated and the complications were rare. The reconstructed ears had lucid and three-dimensional contour.

Objective To investigate the potential biological effect of long non-coding RNA( lncRNA) HOXA transcript at the distal tip( HOTTIP) on proliferation, migration and invasion of cervical cancer cells. Methods HOTTIP small interference RNA(siRNA) was transfected into HeLa and C-33A cervical cancer cell lines, with negative siRNA as a control.qPCR assay was performed to confirm the knock-down of the level of HOTTIP.CCK8 assay and colony-forming unit (CFU) assay were performed to evaluate the effect of HOTTIP knock-down on HeLa and C-33A cell proliferation.Wound healing assay was performed to evaluate the effect of HOTTIP knock-down on HeLa and C-33A cell proliferation and migration.Tumor invasion assay was used to evaluate the effect of HOTTIP knock-down on HeLa and C-33A cell invasion. Results The expression level of HOTTIP was efficiently knocked down by siRNA 48 h post transfection. The results of CCK8 assay and CFU assay showed that HOTTIP knock-down significantly decrease of cervical cancer cell proliferation. Wound healing assay result indicated that HOTTIP knock-down obviously suppressed cervical cancer cell proliferation and migration.Tumor invasion assay results demonstrated that HOTTIP knock-down significantly suppressed cervical cancer cell invasion. Conclusion HOTTIP levels in HeLa and C-33A cervical cancer cell lines can be efficiently knocked down with the siRNA strategy, and the HOTTIP knock-down can significantly suppress the tumor characteristics of cervical cancer cells, including the ability of proliferation, migration and invasion.
