Objective To observe the effect of complex sophorae injection combined with FOLFOX4 on Th17 cells, IL-17 and survival rate in patients with rectal cancer.Methods A total of 128 patients with rectal cancer were sellected in this study. The patients were divided into the control group (n=64) and observation group (n=64). The control group received the treatment of FOLFOX4 regimen, and the observation group received the treatment of FOLFOX4 regimen and sophorae injection. The Th17 cells were detected by flow cytometry, and IL-17 by ELISA assay.Results After treatment, the Th17 cells (11.28% ± 2.42%vs. 13.12% ± 3.15%,t=2.376) and IL-17 (16.58 ± 3.26 ng/mlvs. 21.84 ± 4.12 ng/ml,t=2.391) in observation group was lower than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the effective rate (60.9%vs. 43.8%,χ2=2.384) and control rate (92.2%vs. 81.3%,χ2=2.371) in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The different levels of white blood cells (37.5%vs. 60.9%,χ2=2.417), anemia (35.9%vs. 59.3%,χ2=2.421), thrombocytopenia (34.4%vs. 62.5%,χ2=2.432), nervous system toxicity (15.6%vs. 37.5%,χ2=2.458), gastrointestinal tract reaction (21.9%vs. 43.8%,χ2=2.453), oral mucositis incidence (28.1%vs. 57.8%,χ2=2.451) in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The 1 year survival rate was 79.7% (51/64) in observation group,, which was higher than that of 60.9% (39/64) in control group (χ2=2.414,P<0.05).Conclusions The complex sophorae injection combined with FOLFOX4 regimen can reduce Th17 cells and IL-17 in patients with rectal cancer, improve survival rate, and reduce the clinical toxicity of chemotherapy drugs.

Objective To investigate the technical characteristics and clinical feasibility of 2 implant supported immediate loading mandibular implant complete denture by linear occlusion.Methods40 cases of edentulous patients in the fifth people's hospital of yuhang district hangzhou from January 2011 to January 2017 were selected, these patients were divided into 2 implants supported immediate loading implant supported mandibular complete overdenture group (immediate loading implant group, n=20) and conventional complete denture repair group (n=20) two groups according to the treatment methods, the planting denture satisfactions, body marginal bone resorption, complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe planting retention function, masticatory function, language function, comfort scores of the immediate loading implant group were significantly higher,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05), the bone resorption was significantly lower,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05), the incidence of complications 10% (2/20) was significantly lower than the conventional complete denture repair group 40% (8/20).there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical feasibility of 2 implant supported immediate loading mandibular implant complete denture by linear occlusion is higher than conventional complete denture repair.

Objective To investigate the influence of 1,25(OH)2D3 (VD3) on proliferation and dif-ferentiation of human preadipocytes in high-glucose condition .Methods Primary culture of human preadipo-cytes were divided into 4 groups:the control group, high glucose group, control+VD3 group, and high glucose+VD3 group.Oil red O staining and extraction with isopropyl alcohol were employed to detect the total amount of fat in different groups .Real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the mRNA levels of vitamin D receptor (VDR), CCAAT/enhancer binding protein a (C/EBPa) and peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma ( PPARγ) in each group .Results Compared with the control group , the fat amount was significantly increased in the high glucose group (0.231 ±0.033 vs.0.362 ±0.045 , P=0.037 ) and high glucose +VD3 group (0.231 ±0.033 vs.0.358 ±0.057, P=0.033), decreased in the control +VD3 group (0.231 ± 0.033 vs.0.174 ±0.029, P=0.016), but no significant difference in the glucose+VD3 group (0.362 ±0.045 vs.0.358 ±0.057, P=0.450);VDR mRNA level was decreased in the high glucose group (0.397 ± 0.029 vs.0.069 ±0.003 , P=0.022 ) , but VD3 increased the VDR mRNA levels in both the control +VD3 group and the high glucose +VD3 group (0.397 ±0.029 vs.1.103 ±0.044 , P=0.035;0.069 ±0.003 vs. 0.152 ±0.021 , P=0.041 );the mRNA levels of C/EBPa and PPARγwere up-regulated in the high glucose group (0.135 ±0.048 vs.0.788 ±0.063, P=0.018;0.498 ±0.026 vs.0.795 ±0.037, P=0.021), VD3 decreased the PPARγmRNA level in the control +VD3 group ( 0.498 ±0.026 vs.0.237 ±0.011 , P =0.029), but had no significant effect on C/EBPa mRNA (0.788 ±0.063 vs.0.843 ±0.049, P>0.05) and PPARγmRNA (0.795 ±0.037 vs.0.813 ±0.041, P>0.05) expressions in the high glucose +VD3 group or C/EBPa mRNA in the control+VD3 group (0.135 ±0.048 vs.0.156 ±0.022, P>0.05).Conclusion VD3 may lose the ability to inhibit the proliferation and differentiation of human preadipocyte due to reduced biologi -cal activity when exposed to high-glucose environment in vitro.

Objective To explore the status of obesity and diet behavior in young and middle-aged people of Jinan and supply reference for controlling overweight and obesity by diet intervention. Methods Stratified sampling method was conducted to investigate 18～59 inhabitants in Jinan. The information about their body height,body weight and diet behavior was collected to further analyze the relationship between the status of obesity and correlated behaviors by the SPSS 11.5 software. Results The prevalence rate of overweight and obesity had a significant difference between young group and middle-aged group(P＜0.01), which was separately 21.56% and 33.46%; the prevalence rate of overweight and obesity in young group had a significant difference between males and females(P＜0.05),but no significant difference in middle-aged group.Compared with the diet behavior problems of normal body weight people, the incidence rate of overweight and obesity was significantly higher(P＜0.01),but no significant difference for the habit of midnight snack.Females paid more attention to reasonable match and the speed of food intake than males.Conclusion Overweight and obesity in young and middle-aged people of Jinan is relatively serious,which is closely correlated with unscientific diet behavior.

Objective:To investigate the function of β-arrestin1 and its related mechanisms in migration and invasion capacity of leukemia cell K562. Methods:β-arrestin1-siRNA or negative siRNA was transfected into K562 cells of experiment group or control group. The migration and invasion capacity of K562 cells was detected by transwell tests;and the protein expression of β-arrestin1 and pSTAT3 were detected by Western blot. Results:As compared to control group and negative siRNA group,the migration and invasion capacity of transfected β-arrestin1-siRNA group were attenuated about 43% or 52% ( P<0. 05 );Western blot showed that the expression of phosphorylation of STAT3 was decreased inβ-arrestin1-siRNA group. And the STAT3 inhibitors obviously suppressed the migration and invasion capacity of K562 cells. Conclusion:In leukemia cells K562,β-arrestin1 activates STAT3 signaling pathway to promote the cell migration and invasion.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical eflicacy of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.MethodsOne hundred and fifty pregnancyinduced hypertension patients were divided into two groups by random digits table with 75 cases each.The observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate.Then the blood pressure before and after treatment and the pregnancy outcome were observed.ResultsThe systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure after treatment in observation group were lower than those in control group [ (133.2 ± 7.9) mm Hg (1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa) vs.(142.5 ± 8.0)mm Hg,(80.6 ± 6.1 ) mm Hg vs. (86.6 ± 6.1 )mm Hg],and there were significant differences between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The spontaneous labor rate in observation group was higher than that in control group [ 65.3％ (49/75) vs.41.3％ (31/75 )],and there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05 ).The incidence of placental abruption,hypoproteinemia,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal growth retardation,fetal distress,premature delivery,asphyxia neonatorum,perinatal mortality in observation group were lower than those in control group [ 1.3％(1/75) vs.12.0％(9/75),13.3％(10/75) vs.33.3％(25/75),8.0％(6/75)vs.16.0％(12/75),2.7％(2/75) vs.9.3％(7/75),2.7％(2/75) vs.10.7％(8/75),2.7％(2/75) vs.17.3％(13/75),1.3％ (1/75) vs.5.3％ (4/75),0 vs.5.3％ (4/75)],and there were significant differences between two groups(P ＜0.05). Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension can effectively reduce the adverse pregnancy outcome,and reduce the asphyxia neonatorum rate and caesarean section rate.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy.Methods96 cases of unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients were randomly classified into two groups,observation group with 48 cases was treated with methotrexate combined with mifepristone and control group with 48 cases was only treated with methotrexate.The treatment effect and adverse reaction between two groups were compared.ResultsThe time of blood β-HCG recovery to normal and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group( P ＜ 0.05 ),and mass diameter was significantly smaller than that in control group( P ＜ 0.05 ).The adverse reaction incidence in observation group was 10.4％ ( 5/48 )while 6.3％ (3/48) in control group.ConclusionMethotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy could enhance clinical effect,shorten treatment time,decrease adverse reaction,which could be applied in clinic.

objective To evaluate the clinical implications of perioperative serum albumin (ALB),pre-albumin(PA)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)changes in surgical patients.Methods This study included 103 surgical cases undergoing major,moderate or minor surgery respectively.Perioperative serum ALB.PA and hs-CRP levels were measured.Results were compared with 56 normal controls. Results Pre-and postoperative ALB was(43.6±5.1)g/L and(35.8±5.3)g/L in major surgery patients compared with that of(45.0±3.7)g/L and(38.3±5.7)g/L in moderate or minor surgery patients,both were significantly lower than that of(46.7±2.9)g/L in control group(F=54.07,P＜0.05);Pre-and postoperative PA level was(246±68)mg/L in major surgery patients while that was (270±53)mg/L and(207±70)mg/L respectively in moderate or minor surgery group,that in both groups were lower than that(279±40)mg/L in control group(F=41.18,P＜0.05),Pre-and postoperative hsCRP level was(5.3±5.1)mg/L and(12.7±4.2)mg/L in major surgery patients compared with that of (4.5±3.6)mg/L and(11.1±4.3)mg/L in moderate or minor surgery patients,again both that in the two groups were much higher than that of(1.0±0.7)mg/L in control group(F=69.87,P＜0.05).Conclusions Combined detection of serum ALB,PA and hs-CRP levels is a measure of surgical trauma especially for these patients suffering from postoperative infections.
