Objective To explore the effects of Acer truncatum oil on oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction in rats after exhaustive exercise to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of sports injury by Acer truncatum oil.Methods Thirty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into control group (A,normal diet + saline every day),exhaustive group (B,normal diet + saline daily) and exhaustive with Acer truncatum oil group (C,0.21 mL/kg daily Acer truncatum oil gavage),6 weeks later,the rats performed once exhaustive swimming exercise,then the creatine kinase (CK),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),cytokine interleukin (IL-1β,IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in the serum;malondialdehyde (MDA) homogenate reduction glutathione (GSH),superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in muscle were measured.Results After exhaustive exercise,when compared with the group A,the serum levels of CK,LDH,IL-1,TNF-α and IL-10 were significantly higher than in the group B(P＜0.05,P＜0.01,P＜0.05,P＜0.01,P＜0.05),IL-10/ TNF-α ratio had no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05),the level of MDA in gastrocnemius muscle increased significantly (P＜0.05),GSH level and GSH-PX activity decreased significantly (P＜0.05,P＜0.01),SOD and CAT activity were not statistically significant (P＞0.05).when compared with the group B,serum CK,LDH level and IL-1 β,TNF-α were significantly decreased (P＜0.05,P＜0.01,P＜0.01,P＜0.05),IL-10 had no statistical significance (P＞0.05),a significant increase in IL-10/TNF-α(P＜0.05),the level of MDA of gastrocnemius muscle decreased significantly (P＜0.05),the level of GSH and SOD,CAT and GSH-PX were significantly increased (P＜0,01,P＜0.01,P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion Acer truncatum oil can significantly reduce oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction caused by the exhaustive exercise,which has a protective effect on skeletal muscle.

Objective To explore the relationship between the emotional labor and personality of the health care workers. Methods 168 health care workers in 6 hospitals of Shandong province were surveyed to complete the Emotional Labor Scale and the revised NEO personality inventory(NEO-PI-R). Results The first strategy of emotional labor that workers usually used was natural acting (5.17±1.15),the next one was deep act-ing (4.74±0.78) and the last was surface acting(3.88±1.21). The correlation analysis showed that the extro-version had a negative correlation (r=-0.20, P < 0.05) with the surface acting and a positive correlation (r=0. 31, P<0.01) with the deep acting. The agreeableness had a positive correlation (r=0.22, P < 0.05) with the nat-ural acting. The conscientiousness had a positive correlation (r=0.25, P<0.05) with the deep acting. The extro-version had significant negative influence on surface acting and significant positive influence on deep acting. The a-greeableness had positive significant effect on natural acting and the conscientiousness had positive significant effect on deep acting. Conclusion Personality influenced the emotional labor and gender,age,work tenure and ed-ucational had significant effect on emotional labor.

Objective The function of regional myocardium of patients with myocardial infarction(MI) treated by intra-coronary stenting was determined with quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI).Methods Twenty healthy controls and 24 patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction underwent QTVI with high-frame rates. The myocardial tissue velocity imaging in the apical 4-chamber view and apical 2-chamber view and apical longitude view were digitized and stored. Off-line ventricular walls regional velocity profiles along long axis were obtained, and systolic peak velocities (Vs) and early and late diastolic peak velocities (V E and V A) of 12 regional segments were measured.Results Under normal and ischemic conditions, 6 ventricular walls showed significant basal-apical myocardial velocity in the long-axis reduction in V S and V E and V A were significantly reduced in the abnormal segments in patients with MI. Conclusion QTVI can be used to analyze regional myocardial motion in the long-axis quantitatively and synchronously;intra-coronary stenting can obviously improve regional myocardial function of left ventricle,especially the diastolic function.

Objective To explore the moderate effect of work control on the work stress-organizational citizenship behavior relationship and work stress-job satisfaction relationship.Methods 200 employees of five corporations in Shandong province were surveyed by questionnaires using work control scale,work stress scale,organizational citizenship behavior scale and job satisfaction scale.Results Work stress was negatively correlated with job satisfaction(r=-0.28,P＜0.01)and organizational citizenship behavior(r=-0.25,P＜0.01).Job satisfaction was significantly higher for employees who perceived high work control under certain work stress(β=0.16,P＜0.05).The relationship between work stress and organizational citizenship behavior was significantly stronger for employees who perceived high work control under certain work stress(β=0.19,P＜0.05).Conclusion The final results showed that work stress Was negatively correlated with organizational citizenship behavior.Work control had a positively moderate effect on the relationship between work stress and organizational citizenship behavior and the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction.

Objective To explore the relationship between humor style and attribution style.Methods A total of 193 college students were studied by means of cluster random sampling with the Students Humor Style Questionnaire and the Multidimensional Multiattributional Causality Scale.Results (1) Self-enhancing humor had positive correlation with internal control,controllability and stability(r =0.293,0.308,0.172; P＜ 0.01).Affiliative humor had no positive correlation with attribution style.Aggressive humor and self-defeating humor had positive correlation with internal control (r =0.146,0.167 ; P ＜ 0.01),external control (r =0.402,0.339 ; P ＜0.01),stability(r=0.286,0.306 ; P＜0.01) and instability(r =0.296,0.227; P ＜ 0.01).(2) Self-enhancing humor could predict internal control and controllability significantly;and aggressive humor and self-defeating humor has significantly positive prediction to stability,instability,internal control and external control.Conclusion Humor style has significant correlation with attribution style.Humor style can predict attribution style in some degree.

Objective To investigate the expression of Skp2 and Cx43 in cervical carcinoma and to study their relationships and clinical significance. Methods The expression of Skp2 and Cx43 was examined by immunohistochemical method in 48 cases of cervical carcinoma tissue, 84 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CINⅠ - Ⅱ 45 cases, CINⅢ 39 cases), 28 cases of chronic cervicitis. Results Skp2 expression in cervical carcinoma was higher than that in the CINⅠ - Ⅱ and chronic cervicitis (P <0.05), Cx43 expression was lower in cervical carcinoma than that in the CINⅢ, CINⅠ - Ⅱ and chronic cervicitis (P <0.05). The expression of Skp2 was correlated with histological differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of Cx43 was correlated with the lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Besides, the expression of Skp2had a negative correlation with that of Cx43. Conclusion Skp2 and Cx43 may play an important role in the genesis and development of cervical carcinoma.

Objective: To discuss the application value with two-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking technique in the evaluation of left ventricular function in patients with OSAS. Methods: Selected 110 cases of hospital patients with OSAS in recent years, used STI technical analysis of left ventricular myocardium using different directions overall resilience, Left ventricular torsion and systolic mitral annular midpoint of the maximum displacement (MAD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) relationship, performed using SPSS 17.0 statistical correlation analysis. Results: MAD had a significant correlation with LVEF(r=0.81, P<0.01); GLS(r=-0.74, P<0.01),GRS GRS(r=0.57, P<0.01),GCS (r=-0.55, P<0.01) and LVtw(r=0.65, P<0.01)were significantly associated with LVEF;MAD and GLs(r=-0.69, P<0.01),GRs (r=0.49, P<0.01), LVtw (r=0.45, P<0.01)were significantly associated;MAD and GCs (r=-0.39, P<0.05)with a negative correlation. Conclusion:STI resilience through the myocardium, ventricular torsion and systolic mitral annular maximum displacement at the midpoint of the analysis, can accurately evaluate left ventricular longitudinal, radial and torsional motion synchronization, highly correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction, good consistency, with a very broad application prospects.

ObjectiveTo screen for proteins related to invasive and metastatic potential of ovarian cancer.MethodsThe nude mice were intraperitoneally injected with the human ovarian cancer 3AO cell line.The metastatic tumors were isolated and cultured in vitro.The cell lines were established from tumors and transplanted intraperitoneally for several passages.Invasive potential of cell lines was evaluated by cell adhesion and matrigel invasion assays.Lysates from different cell lines with high or low invasive potential were analyzed by surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry(SELDI-TOF-MS)and protein-chip array technology.The proteomic fingerprint patterns were compared. ResultsThe subclones 3AOF3 and 3AOF4 were isolated from repeated passaging in vivo and vitro,and showed higher invasive capacity than 3AO cells.By comparing their proteomic fingerprints,9 distinct proteins (3494,3831,8121,8293,9123,9332,10 184,15 436 and 17 134 at m/z value) were found,which were expressed only in 3AO cells.On the contrary,1 distinct protein (4360 at m/z value) was expressed only in 3AO F3-4 cells,and 2 distinct proteins (1842 and 3145 at m/z value) were expressed only in 3AO F2-4 cells.Additionally,6 distinct proteins (1236,5476,5649,6575,6897 and 7016 at m/z value) and a mass cluster (13 794 and 14 027 at m/z value)were expressed in all 3AO and 3AOF1-4 cells,while the amount of protein was different.ConclusionBy comparing the proteomic fingerprints of isogenic ovarian cancer cells with different invasive potential,a group of proteins are identified which are correlated with high invasive and metastatic potential.
