1.Effect of Immunomodulators on experimental herpes simplex keratitis in mice
Ophthalmology in China 1993;0(01):-
TP5 and CsA were injected-intraperitoneally into groups of experimental mice, and NS was used for the contral group. Herpes simplex keratitis models were made subsequently by inoculation of the virus on the cornea. On the 4~6th day after inoculation, slit lamp examination showed that the corneal epithelial and stromal lesions in the TP5 group were significantly more severe than those in the NS group, whereas the group of CsA manifested no such differences. Among the 3 groups of mice, no differences were evident in the formation of corneal neovascularization, which all peaked on the 8th day. The conjuctival and palpebral lesions in the TP5 and CsA groups were also more severe than in NS group. Therefore, immunomodulators should be clinically used with care in accordance with the morbid varieties and conditions.
2.Investigation of topical ofloxacin liposomes in the treatment of experimental pseudomonas keratoconjunctivitis in rabbits
Ophthalmology in China 1994;0(02):-
Pseudomonas aeruginosa was inoculated into corneal stroma of rabbits and the model of keratoconjunc tivitis was established. Empty liposomes were used in a control, group ofloxacin liposome and ofloxacin eyedrop groups as experimental ones. After treatment for six times conjunctival and corneal lesions were examinated. Swabs of conjunctival sac were cultured. Result: in conjunctiva, lesions in the two experimental groups were all significantly less than those in the control group on the 6th, 8th and 11th day. Lesions in the ofloxacin liposomes group were also significantly less than those in the ofloxacin eyedrop group on the6th day. In cornea, lesions in the ofloxacin liposomes group were significantly less than those in the control group on the 6 th, 8th and 11th day. Lesions in the ofloxacin eyedrop group were significantly less than those the control group on the 11th day. In the result of bacterium culture, the culture's positive rate of two experimental gronqs and control group had significant differences on the 6th day. On the 11th day, the positive rate the ofloxacin liposome groups and ofloxacin eyedrop groups increased, and in the ofloxaein liposomes group had a less increase. Conclusion: ofloxacin liposomes and ofloxacin eyedrops were effective in treatments of pseudomonas keratoconjuntivitis in the rabbit model, the effects of ofloxacin liposomes were better than that of ofloxacin eyedrops.

4.Empirical Study on the Impact of Regional Population and Health Input on Public Hospital Operation
Chinese Health Economics 2017;36(6):92-93
Objective:To study the influence of regional population and health input on public hospital operation by empirical analysis. Methods:Taking Chifeng Municipal Hospital and Xilingol League Hospital as samples and applies contrastive analysis to this essay. Results:Chifeng Municipal Hospital had 4 times of patients and 2 times of total health input than Xilingol League Hospital.Chifeng Municipal Hospital could better receive the fund for general hospital operation and had little reliability on the fiscal. Conclusion:The public hospitals located in low population density area could not adopt the same medical reform policies as other hospitals in different areas. It needed to give support for medical insurance payment and price adjustment, especially for fiscal compensation.
5.Signification of palliative operation in the treatment of colorectal cancer
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2016;15(8):768-771
The principle of R0 resection for colorectal cancer(CRC)has been widely accepted based on the preoperative imaging evaluation. The surgeons should scientifically and strictly assess resectability of tumors and furthest reduce tumor residuals.Patients with initial unresectable CRC will give priority to conversion therapy and then undergo R0 resection if converting into resectable tumors.Palliative operation for the patients who cannot receive R0 resection according to the clinical assessment should strictly follow surgical indications and achieve wellplanned and clear surgical purposes. There is no evidence that the palliative operation or cytoreductive surgery benefits to survival of patients, and decreasing complications and improving quality of life through minimum wound are the basic principles.
6.Cell morphology and micronuclei in oral exfoliative cells
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(01):-
砄bjective: To evaluate the diagnostic significance of exfoliative cytological examination and micronucleus assay. Methods: 26 cases of leukoplasia (LK) and 18 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) were examined. Cells were scrapped from the lesions, stained with Papaniceolaou. The keratinization types and the configuration of the cells were studied. Smears were also stained using the Feulgen plus fast green method. The frequency of micronucleated cells was counted. Results: Mixed keratinization was observed in all 15 cases of LK without dysplasia and in 7 out of 11 cases of LK with dysplasia. Parakeratosis was found in 17 out of 18 cases of SCC. There was a significant difference of cell keratinization types and cytologic diagnosis between the cases of LK and SCC( P 0.05).Conclusion: Parakeratosis in oral exfoliative cells may indicate a high risk of malignance.
7.Progress on study on oral lesions in patients with AIDS
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(01):-
A large number of studies showed that hairy leukoplakia, pseudomembranous candidiasis,Kaposi' sarcoma,non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, linear gingival erythema, necrotizing ulcerative periodontitis and necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis were the most common lesions in patients with HIV infection and AIDS,and their higher prevalence and incidence rates correlated with the falling CD4 counts and higher virus load of the patients. The use of highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) was associated with decreases in the prevalence of oral diseases.Oral manifestations may represent early signs of AIDS di-sease and call attention to disease progression.Oral fluid has been shown to possess superior sensitivity for HIV antibody detection as serum.Abstract:SUMM ARY A large number of stud ies showed that hairy leukoplakia, pseudomembranous cand id iasis, decreases in the prevalence of oral d iseases.Oral manifestations may represent early signs of AIDS d i-sease and call attention to d isease progression.Oral fluid has been shown to possess superior sensitivity forHIV antibody detection as serum.Kaposi’sarcoma,non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, linear gingival erythema, necrotizing ulcerative periodonti-tis and necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis were the most common lesions in patients with HIV infection and AIDS,and their higher prevalence and incidence rates correlated with the falling CD4 counts and higher virus load of the patients. The use of highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) was associated with
8.Expressions of PDCD5 and p53 in oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(04):-
Objective: To study the relationship of the expressions of new apoptosis-related gene (PDCD)5 and p53 in oral normal mucosa, oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of PDCD5 and p53 were observed separately in 17 samples of oral normal mucosa, 60 of oral leukoplakia, and 30 of oral squamous cell carcinoma by Immunohistochemical means. Results: PDCD5 positive rate in oral normal mucosa was 88.2%, in oral leukoplakia was 63.3%, and in oral squamous cell carcinoma was 30%. P53 positive rate in oral normal mucosa was 0, in oral leukoplakia was (31.7%), and in oral squamous cell carcinoma was 60%. There was a negative relationship between (PDCD5) SII and P53 SII in every lesion. Conclusion: It suggests that both PDCD5 and p53 could be used as molecular markers of carcinogenesis for oral epithelium.
9.Anatomy-based staging of the American Joint Committee on Cancer for scientific surgical planning of low rectal cancer
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2017;16(7):648-652
Compared with patients with high-middle rectal cancer, local recurrent rate of low rectal cancer in patients is worse. The poor outcome of low rectal cancer is due to the unique anatomical features of the low rectum and the lack of clearly defined anatomical excision planes. Therefore, how to use the appropriate imaging methods, evaluate accurately preoperative cancer staging, plan feasible surgical plane and select the appropriate surgical approach, these will be very important for radical resection of rectal cancer. Therefore, the quality of life and long-term survival of the patients will be improved.
10.Efficacy of non-ablative 1550-nm fractional laser on acne scars
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2015;21(5):257-259
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the non-ablative 1550 nm fractional laser on post-acne atrophic scarring and post-acne erythema.By following up,the correlative factors were analyzed to guide the further use of the non-ablative 1550 nm fractional laser. Methods Twentyseven patients who received the non-ablative 1550 nm fractional laser therapy from Dec.2011 to June 2013 were enrolled in this retrospective study. We used a quartile grading scale for evaluation of postacne atrophic scarring and post-acne erythema. Results The effective rate was 13.0% (3/23) for post-acne atrophic scarring and 44.0% (11/25) for post-acne erythema.Nonparametric test showed that there was no statistical correlation of the efficacy with gender, age and courses of disease. But there was positive correlation between efficacy and treatment frequencies on post-acne erythema (r=0.619,P<0.05).No severe adverse effect was observed. Conclusions We suggest that the nonablative 1550 nm fractional laser may provide a new treatment algorithm in some cases of post-acne atrophic scar and post-acne erythema.
