1.Multivariate analysis on recurrent hemorrhage after operation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2015;(6):873-875,876
To analyze the influence of related factors on recurrent hemorrhage after operation of hypertensive intrac-erebral hemorrhage, and investigate the countermeasures against recurrent hemorrhage. 124 patients with surgical treated hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively. Logistic regression analysis was applied to analyze the function of various possible factors that might induce recurrent hemorrhage. The incidence of recur-rent postoperative hemorrhage was 16. 1% . Univariate logistic analysis disclosed that timing of operation, the hem-orrhage site and coagulation factor disorders, difficulties met during the operation and inadequate hemostasis, and postoperative blood pressure fluctuation were significantly related with recurrence of hemorrhage(P < 0. 05). Multi-variate logistic regression analysis showed that timing of operation, difficulties met during the operation and inade-quate hemostasis and postoperative blood pressure fluctuation were risk factors of recurrent hemorrhage(P < 0. 05). The optimal operative time, strict hemostasis in operation and appropriate postoperative blood pressure control are important measures in preventing recurrent hemorrhage.

As its variety of clinical, morphological and genetic characters, the classification and prognosis are still debated. This article aims to elucidate t(14;18) translocation and c-myc gene rearrangement is of great significance to the clinical diagnosis, classification, treatment and prognosis of DLBCL.
3.The diagnostic value of susceptibility weighted imaging in intracranial capillary telangiectasia
Journal of Practical Radiology 2015;(3):364-367
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of susceptibility weighted imaging in intracranial capillary telangiectasia. Methods Clinical and imaging data of 1 3 cases with pathologically proved intracranial telangiectasia were collected. All 1 3 patients were examined with conventional MRI and SWI scanning, five patients were checked with MRA while other six cases were examined by CT scanner, and the results were compared. Results All 13 patients had multiple lesions and a total of 176 lesions were detected by SWI,exhibiting hypointense with possiblely punctate hyperintense in the center .Fifty-two lesions were detected by T1 weighted imaging;105 lesions were detected by T2 weighted imaging;112 lesions were detected by fluid attenuated inversion recovery;69 lesions were detected by diffusion weighted imaging;6 9 lesions were detected by apparent diffusion coefficient.Six cases underwent CT scanning, and one showed multiple low density while the remaining five cases did not find any abnormalities. No cerebral vascular malformation was found in five cases scanned by MRA.The lesions showed round or oval shape, ranging from 3 mm to 17mm in diameter.Among them,98 lesions were located in the pons,39 in cerebellum,23 in cortex,10 in basal ganglia,6 in thalamus. Conclusion SWI is the sensitive sequence to detect intracranial capillary telangiectasia.SWI could be used as the preferred imaging method for intracranial capillary telangiectasia.

Bonetumorisonekindofmalignanttumorwhichthreatslifeamongchildrenandadoles-cent.Osteosarcoma (OS ) and Ewing sarcoma (ES ) have been paid much attention by medical community because of their complex occurrence, development, metastasis mechanism and poor prognosis. The research showed that activation of protooncogene and mutation of suppressor gene, absence of apoptosis signal and hypox-ia-inducible factor (HIF)all participated in the occurrence, development and metastasis of OS and ES.It is suggested that clarified pathomechanism of bone tumors could provide more effective therapeutic strategies and lower the mortality of patients.

Objective To explore the roles of biomarkers of the ratios of microRNA (miRNA)in osteosarcoma. Methods The blood samples from 20 patients with osteosarcoma and 30 healthy people with similar age were choosed. The miRNA expression profiles were filtered by gene chips of high flux. The results were verified by qRT-PCR.The miRNA expression ratio was analysed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC)curve aiming to find the most predictive potential combination-type markers. Results Two hundred and fifty-eight miRNAs were found to be significantly deregulated in blood samples from 30 patients with osteo-sarcoma as compared with their matching normal blood samples (F=5.564,P<0.05).Four miRNAs were choosed from blood samples of22 patients with osteosarcoma and normal blood samples.MiR-181b,miR-199b-5p and miR-451 were significantly higher than that in normal blood sample (F=6.283,P<0.05),while miR-124 showed low expression (F=7.201,P<0.05).Furthermore,the ratio of miR-199b-5p/miR-124 showed a high sensitivity (96%)and specificity (97%).Conclusion The abnormal expression of miRNA in osteosar-coma makes it have a predictive effect. The ratio of miR-199b-5p/miR-124 could be served as combination-type biomarkers in the diagnosis of osteosarcoma.

Objective To study the effects of selective mild cerebral hypothermia on endogenous anti-injury mechanism in brain tissue after cardiac arrest and resuscitation. Methods Fifteen healthy mongrel dogs of both sexes were anesthetized and intubated. Cardiac arrest was induced by potassium cardioplegia and cross-clamping of aorta, vena cava superior and inferior and azygos vein and maintained for 18min. The animals were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A, in which no cardiac arrest was induced, served as control ( n = 4) ; in group B animals received routine cerebral resuscitation ( n = 5) ; in group C animals received selective mild cerebral hypothermia (34℃?0.5℃) and routine cerebral resuscitation ( n = 6) . After successful resuscitation, the animals were observed for 8 hours. At the end of the experiment the parietal cerebral cortex was removed for determination of MDA, GSH, LA, FFA content and activities of SOD(T-SOD, Mn-SOD, Cu-ZnSOD) and GSH-Px. Results FFA and LA content of brain tissue in group B was significantly higher than those in group A (P
