Objective :
To explore the correlation between α 1 ⁃antitrypsin , CXCL12 , IL⁃15Ralpha and the prognosis of HIV⁃infected patients.
Methods :
A total of 154 HIV⁃infected patients were selected , and 154 healthy volun⁃ teers were randomly selected from our hospital for physical examination and divided into control group. According to the stage of the disease , the patients were divided into stage I , stage II , stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ. Western blot was
used to detect the expression of α 1 ⁃antitrypsin and CXCL12 , PC⁃PCR was used to detect the expression of IL⁃15Rα , and indirect method was used to detect the levels of CD3 and CD4.
Results :
Compared with the control group , the levels of CD4 and CD8 in AIDS group decreased abnormally , and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05) ; compared with the control group , the expression of α 1 ⁃antitrypsin , CXCL12 , IL⁃15Rα in AIDS group increased (P < 0. 05) ; compared with stage I patients , the expression of α 1 ⁃antitrypsin , CXCL12 , IL⁃15Rα in patients with stage Ⅱ increased (P < 0. 05) ; compared with stage Ⅱ patients , the expression of α 1 ⁃antitrypsin , CXCL12 , IL⁃15Rα increased (P < 0. 05) ; compared with patients in stage Ⅲ , the expression of α 1 ⁃antitrypsin , CXCL12 and IL⁃15Rα in patients with stage Ⅲ was higher (P < 0. 05) ; compared with patients in stage III , the expressions of α 1 ⁃antitrypsin , CXCL12 and IL⁃15Rα in patients with stage IV increased (P < 0. 05) .
Conclusion
α 1 ⁃antitrypsin , CXCL12 and IL⁃15Rα are closely related to HIV infection and prognosis of HIV infected patients.
