The object of using parasitic germplasm resource is to raise the technical level to control parsitosis for domestic animal and poultry.A total of 1 036 parasitic species collected from 16 kinds of domestic animals and poultries were reported in South-western China,where is one of the most serious areas for parasitosis transmission in China.This paper described the research and use of the new techniques on diagnosis,surveillance and control of parasitosis in domestic animal and poultry in Sichuan and South-western China,especially on applying resources of parasitic species in the pilot areas,so that the capacity of control and prevent of parasitosis in sheep,pig and dairy cattle farms were reasonably improved.

Objective To investigate the risk factors for cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) in patients with non-disabling ischemic cerebrovascular events (NICE).Methods From January 2017 to September 2018,patients with NICE admitted to the Department of Neurology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were enrolled.The relevant clinical data were collected and the cranial MRI examinations were completed.CMBs were detected by susceptibility-weighted imaging.The demographic and clinical data of the CMBs group and non-CMBs group were compared.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the independent risk factors for CMBs.Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to determine the independent influencing factors of the number of CMBs.Results A total of 159 patients were enrolled,including 73 (45.9％) in the CMBs group and 86 (54.1％) in the non-CMBs group.There were significant differences in hypertension,diabetes mellitus,past stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA) history,carotid atherosclerosis,NICE classification (TIA,mild stroke) and the proportion of patients taking drugs before onset,as well as diastolic blood pressure and white matter Fazekas score between the CMBs group and the non-CMBs group (all P＜ 0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed higher diastolic blood pressure (odds ratio 1.047,95％ confidence interval 1.016-1.079;P =0.002) and higher Fazekas score (odds ratio 1.825,95 ％ confidence interval 1.465-2.273;P ＜ 0.001) were the independent risk factors for CMBs.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was an independent positive correlation between the white matter Fazekas score and the number of CMBs (r =0.273,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion In patients with NICE,CMBs were associated with higher diastolic blood pressure level and higher white matter Fazekas score,and the white matter Fazekas score was positively correlated with the severity of CMBs.

Objective Study on skin irritation and allergenicity of indomethacin emulsion ,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical safe medication .Methods New Zealand white rabbits were used to test skin irritation ,given 0 .5g test sub-stance for 14 days .The skin irritation was observed in the two groups with eight rabbits each during the experiment .Six rab-bits in each group were sacrificed 72 hours after the last medication and skin tissues were taken for histopathology examination ;and the skin tissues of remaining two rabbits were taken for histopathology examination in 14th day after the last medication . Guinea pigs were used to test skin allergenicity ,given 0 .5g test substance on day 0 ,7 ,14 for local induction .On day 28 ,the animal subjects were given 0 .4g test substance on non-administration skin of guinea pigs for local excitation .Results Slight ir-ritation of indomethacin emulsion on normal or damaged skin was observed but it is reversible after withdrawal for rabbits .Sen-sitization effect on the skin of guinea pig was not found .Conclusion Indomethacin emulsion is not suitable to long-term use clinically ,and skin irritation need to pay more attention .

Objective To investigate the correlation between the mean platelet volume (MPV) ,neutrophil-to -lymphocyte(NLR) and the severity as well as prognosis of sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSHL) patients . Methods A retrospective cohort study involved 172 patients with SSHL from January 2012 to May 2015 .The distri-bution characteristics of routine blood (white blood cells ,neutrophil ,lymphocyte ,MPV ,NLR) in different audio-metric curves (hearing loss at low frequencies ,flat type ,high frequencies ,and total deafness) and prognosis of re-covery (complete ,partial ,slight ,and no recovery )were analyzed by SPSS 19 .0 analysis chi square test ,and the prognosis was estimated by using the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) .Results MPV and NLR levels in the severe and profound hearing loss group were significantly higher than that in different audiometric curves (P<0 .01 and P<0 .01) .MPV and NLR level in the partial recovery group and the no recovery group were signifi-cantly higher than that in the complete recovery group (P<0 .01 and P<0 .01) .The value of the MPV and NLR showed negative correlation with the prognosis (hearing recovery ) ,and the lymphocyte was positive with the prog-nosis .The sensitivity and specificity of MPV and NLR count 24 hours after admission predicting the prognosis of hearing recovery were 66 .2％ and 85 .5％ ,58 .4％ and 86 .7％ ,respectively .Conclusion The changes of MPV and NLR in SSHL patients are related to the severity of hearing loss ,and NLR count at 24 hours after admission may play an important role in prognosis of this disease .

OBJECTIVE: To discuss the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of traumatic pseudoaneurysm. METHOD: We report 4 unusual cases of traumatic Pseudoaneurysms of the artery of head and neck. The data of the 4 cases was analysed retrospectively. RESULT: Four patients were with history of trauma and traumatic pseudoaneurysm were diagnosed by CT and DSA. Two of them accepted interventional vascular therapy, the others accepted surgical operation. Both methods are safe and effective. CONCLUSION Traumatic pseudoaneurysms of the artery of head and neck are rare but potentially lethal. The diagnosis is not difficult. The interventional treatment should be the first choice if possible, while the surgical approach is another choice. Doctors should try to repair the arterial wall, to keep the artery patency and to decrease the unnecessary complications.
