Objective To study the influence of anticipatory and post-event information processing on the memories and perception of the symptom in patients with social anxiety disorder (SAD). Methods A group of 32 SAD patients and a control group of 35 healthy indivisuals were included. Instruments including Self-Rating Depression Scale, Subjective Units Discomfort Scale( SUDS ), Rumination Questionnaire ,Open-ended Recall and Body Sensations Questionnaire were adopted in both groups. Results In the group SAD, no significant difference was identified between the experimental group( (49.68 ± 17.68), ( 19.00 ± 1.25), (0. 54 ±0. 17) ) and the experimental control group( ( 50.43 ± 20.72 ), ( 18.68 ± 1.25 ), ( 0.52 ± 0.17 ) ) when the ratings the memories of body sensations, rumination, and negative self-information score were compared (P> 0.05 ). There was a significant positive correlation between the level of rumination ,SUDS, the memories of negative self-information and the body sensations scores( r= 0.72; r= 0.94; r= 0.70, P< 0.01 ). The scores of rumination explained 64% of the variation in SUDS scores(β=0.82, P<0. 01 ). Conclusion This study suggest that social anxiety is affected directly by rumination which can result in more memories of negative self-information and the body sensation. Symptoms are maintained by post-event information processing.

Objective To explore the significance of day surgery mode on cataract patients for achieving win-win among patient, hospital and medical insurance. Methods 120 cataract patients (selected from December 2015 to June 2016, in the Ophthalmic Center of Leshan People′s hospital) were included in this retrospective study and day surgery group (n=60) was observation group and hospitalization surgery group was control one (n=60).All cases underwent cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Treatment process, average day on the waiting list, average preoperative stay, average length of stay, medical cost and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Days on the waiting list in day surgery group (1.2 d) reduced 8 days than in hospitalization surgery group (9.2 d).Preoperative stay in day surgery group reduced 1.5 days than in hospitalization surgery group.Length of stay ware reduced by 3 days as compared to the control group. The average medical cost in day surgery group was much less than the control group and the patient satisfaction was much higher. Conclusion The high efficiency of day surgery mode can shorten the length of hospital stay, lessen the cost of medical expense, realize the security management of medical service, so as to provide more convenience, more safety, better quality and cheaper medical service for patients. It achieves social and economic benefits and finally achieves win-win among patient, hospital and medical insurance.

Objective To discuss the risk factors of the chronic obstructive nephropathy progression. Methods A retrospective analysis of the patients with chronic obstroctive nephropathy was performed.Multivariate logistic regression was used to identify correlate risk factors of the chronic obstructive nephrupathy progression. All calculation were compu- ted with the aid of SPSS 10.0 software package. Results In the analysis of risk factors of the chronic obstructive ne- phropathy progression,gender(OR=1.963,P=0.018),hypertention(OR=2.228,P=0.039),hyperuricemia (OR=4.204,P=0.000),hypocalcemia(OR=2.612,P=0.031),proteinuric(OR=1.639,P=0.049),hy- poabumia(OR=5.505,P=0.000),SIRS(OR=6.113,P=0.000),anemia(OR=5.257,P=0.000),renal atophy(OR=5.964,P=0.009),contrast medium(OR=6.113,P

Purpose To analyze the multimodal imaging manifestations of phosphaturic mesenchymal tumor.Materials and Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on ten patients with phosphaturic mesenchymal tumor confirmed by pathology and molecular imaging from November 2012 to June 2022 in Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The imaging features of CT in four cases,of MRI in seven cases, and of nuclear medicine in ten cases were reviewed, along with the clinical characteristics of all patients. Results The main clinical symptoms of ten patients, eight cases had pain, four cases had weakness, and nine cases had multiple fractures.Laboratory tests results:ten cases showed decreased blood phosphorus, six cases showed decreased blood 25-hydroxyvitamin D and ten cases showed elevated blood alkaline phosphatase. The lesions were heterogeneous in four cases on CT scans and in six cases on MRI scans.Calcification was common, and some had cysts and fatty components. After enhancement, seven cases showed moderate to obvious uneven enhancement.99Tcm-MDP SPECT showed increased uptake of multiple bones and joints in eight cases,18F-FDG PET/CT showed no or slight increase in lesion metabolism in eight cases,68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT showed significantly high uptake at the lesion site in ten cases. Conclusion Phosphaturic mesenchymal tumor patients typically present with pain, fractures and hypophosphatemia. The conventional imaging features are characterized by small and concealed lesions and complex components.Particularly,68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT imaging exhibits high sensitivity for the tumor detection.
