1.The feasibility analysis of hypofractionated high-dose three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma
Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(9):950-952
ObjectiveTo evaluate the instant response and side effects of hypofractionated high-dose 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3-DCRT) for esophageal carcinoma treatment.MethodsSixty-nine patients with esophageal carcinoma were treated by 3-DCRT and 91 patients with routine radiotherapy. The prescribed dose was from 3000 to 4500 cGy in 3-DCRT group, with fractionated dose 300 cGy, one dose a day and five doses a week. The reference dose curve was the 90% of the isodose curve. For the routine radiotherapy group, the prescribed dose was from 4000 to 6600 cGy,fractionated by 180 ~200 cGy a time, once a day and 5 times a week. Results At the end of the radiotherapy, 3-DCRT produced CR 42.0% (29/69) , PR 49.3% (34/69) and instant response rate 91.3%, while routine radiotherapy produced CR 35.2% (32/91), PR 59.3% (54/91) and instant response rate 94.5%, respectively. The difference was not significant between the two groups(P > 0.05) .The survival rates one year after the treatment were 82.6.0% (57/69)and 84.6% (77/91) ,respectively. The acute radiation esophagitis rate was 66.7% (46/69) in 3-DCRT group and was 64.8% (59/91) in routine radiotherapy grouprespectively.ConclusionHypofractionated high-dose 3-DCRT is feasible for treatment of esophageal carcinoma.
2.Review of the application of neonatal maternal separation model in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) studies
Acta Laboratorium Animalis Scientia Sinica 2015;(4):434-439
The neonatal maternal separation ( NMS) model has been ubiquitously used in studies of irritable bowel syndrome ( IBS) ,which mimics the disease characterized by visceral hypersensitivity, and GI dismotility and mental disor-der.This minireview focuses on the features and certain pathological mechanism of the animal models.
3.Research on wearable dynamic temperature data acquisition set
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
This paper introduces a kind of clinical thermometer, which can be wor n on the breast, leg and other parts of the body. It can acquire the temperature data through a large-capacity data memory and the data can be processed by the computer.
4.The design of a multimedia simulating body used for acupuncture teaching and training
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
With the computer technology, hardware circuit design and software programming applied, a multimedia simulating body for acupuncture teaching and training is developed in this paper.
5.Bibliometrics Research on the Literature of Medical Ethics in China
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(3):376-379
The authors searched the literatures about medical ethics published in CNKI from January 1 st,2005 to December 31st,2015 in the past eleven years.Totally 2171 effective literatures were included.Through the quantitative method of bibliometrics and qualitative analysis of content, the authors draw the main conclusions as following:there was a large number of publication of medical ethics, the direction of literature research was detailed, the universities should cooperate with hospitals, the quality of the literatures was satisfied, the research level was not much high, and so on.
6.Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and chronic sinusitis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(12):-
With the extensive clinical application of broad-spectrum antibiotics,methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) has become an important pathogen in the nosocomial infections, chronic sinusitis caused by which should be attached importance to.Therefore,in order to formulate accurate and quick detection methods and available therapeutic regimen,it is necessary to investigate MRSA including its biotic characteristics, mechanism of antibiotic-resistance and possible reasons leading to chronic sinusitis. This paper outlines progresses about these researches in recent years.
7.Development of Scientific Morals in Bio-Medicine Research
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
Scientific moral is an import integrant of bio-medicine research. The development of scientific morals in scientific research has great ethical significance. The author holds that the scientific morals should include the love for the subject animals, the respect for the human being subject, and esteeming the work of others.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect internal fixation combined with external fixator incision in the treatment of intra-articular fractures of the distal radius. Methods 80 cases of intra-articular distal radius fracture patients underwent cut internal fixation combined with external fixator in the treatment of orthopedic were chosen, postoperative rehabilitation exercises, fracture healing after the removal of the external fixator. All patients were followed up for 8 months to 12 months,an average of 9.2 months. Results 80 patients were intraarticular fractures healed, the time required was 4 to 10 months,an average of 6.3 months. In accordance with the assessment of functional systems Dienst wrist,51 cases wrist function were excellent,21 cases were good, the good rate was 90% (72/80).There were no clinical fractures common complication after surgery. Conclusion Open internal fixation combined with external fixator treatment of intra-articular fractures of the distal radius fractures not only makes reduction of fracture and immobilization satisfaction, but also conducive to the wrist of early postoperative functional rehabilitation exercise.

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2001;0(06):-
Objective To monitor the distribution and resistance of enteric pathogenic bacteria in Beijing area to offer the data for guiding epidemiologic study and clinical treatment. Methods Enteric pathogenic bacteria were cultured and identified to spicies, group, and serotype with the biochemical and serologic test. Then, the susceptibility of bacterium to antimicrobial agents were tested. Results Enteric pathogenic bacteria infection occurred with male, children, and youth being prominant. It peaked in June and July. Shigellae spp and Vibrio spp were the main pathogenic bacteria of intestinal tract. There presented difference among the sensitive rates of differential spicies, or groups to antimicrobial agents. Conclusions There are many spicies of enteric pathogenic bacteria causing infective diarrhea in Beijing area. Their distributions are different in sex, age and season. The is resistance rate are different needing surveillance.
