Stereotactic body radiation therapy had a history for over 20 years since it was applied in elinical treatment,with promising outcomes in early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and lung metastases.Air Force General Hospital was one of the earliest institutes which had launched SBRT in China.Our self-developed γ-ray SBRT technology was used to treat early-stage NSCLC and lung metastases.The adverse effects and cost of γ-ray SBRT were less than those for foreign technology.In conclusion,it is suitable for our national situation and worth to be widely introduced.

Objective To compare the clinical effect of locking plate and ordinary T-plate fixation for unstable distal radial fracture,thus to provide evidence for the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures.Methods 46 patients with unstable distal radius fractures were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups,23 cases in each group.The control group received normal T-plate fixation,the observation group was treated with locking plate fixation.The wrist function,postoperative fracture reduction and complications were compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,the wrist joint function excellent rate in the control group was 69.57％,which was significantly lower than 95.65％ in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (x2 =7.41,P ＜ 0.05).The radial height,ulnar deviation and palmar angle of the observation group were (2.51 ±0.59) mm,(13.08 ± 4.71) ° and (20.11 ± 7.02) ° respectively,which were all better than (1.12 ± 0.41) mm,(9.39 ± 4.18)° and (14.37 ± 5.22)° of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =4.023,6.081,7.339,all P ＜ 0.05).The observation group had 1 case of fat facilitation,the incidence rate of complication was 4.35 ％,the control group had 1 case of cut nonunion,1 case of wound infection and 1 case of screw loosening,the incidence rate of complications was 13.04％,the incidence of adverse reactions had statistically significant difference between the two groups(x2 =10.17,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Locking plate fixation for treatment of unstable distal radius fractures can achieve satisfactory outcome and effective sustain fractures,meanwhile,patients get good wrist function recovery,reducing the incidence of complications,so it is worthy of clinical use.

Objective:To study the neuroprotective effect of nobiletin on the symptoms of postoperative cognitive impairment (POCD) induced by sevoflurane inhalation.Methods:Twenty-four aged SD rats (12 female mice and 12 male mice) were divided into three groups randomly: control group ( n=8), surgery group ( n=8) and surgery + nobiletin group ( n=8), with 4 females and 4 males in each group.The rats in surgery group and surgery+ nobiletin group were given normal saline(0.1 ml/10 g, once a day) and nobiletin(100 mg/kg, once a day) intragastrically for 6 weeks.Then the rats were anesthetized by sevoflurane and treated by abdominal exploration surgery, and then continued gavage for 1 week.The rats in control group were given normal saline(0.1 ml/10 g, once a day) intragastrically for 7 weeks without anesthesia or surgery.Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and abbreviated laparotomy were not done for control group.Morris water maze and open field experiment were used to measure the memory and cognitive ability and the independent exploration ability respectively.The changes of α-band electroencephalogram (EEG) were recorded by multi-channel physiological signal acquisition and processing system.The concentration of S100β, a marker of neurological impairment was detected by ELISA.Western blot was used to detect the expression level of IBA-1 in microglia.SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results:There were no significant differences in Morris water maze, positioning cruise test and open field test among the groups before operation (all P>0.05). The differences were statistically significant among the groups 7 days after operation (all P<0.05). Compared with the control group (the escape latency, path length and cross platform times were ((20.37±1.11)s, (552.37±14.19)cm, (6.75±0.43)times respectively), the escape latency ((40.87±2.03)s) and path length ((1 258.62±19.53)cm) of rats in surgery group were significantly longer (both P<0.01), and the cross platform times ((2.12±0.33)times) significantly reduced ( P<0.01). The differences between surgery + nobiletin group ((22.37±1.11)s, (584.50±10.90)cm, (6.62±0.48)times) and control group were not significant (all P>0.05). The open field experiment showed that the movement distance, the crossed square number, and activity times in surgery group ((1.78±0.55) m, (4.75±0.50), (14.87±0.33) times) decreased significantly compared with those in control group ((3.73±0.07) m, (11.10±0.78), (51.12±0.78) times, all P<0.01). No significant difference was found between surgery + nobiletin group ((3.76±0.07)m, (10.75±0.66), (50.75±0.43)times) and control group(all P>0.05). Before anesthesia, there was no significant difference in the power ratio of α-band among the three groups ( P>0.05), but the differences during anesthesia and operation were significant ( F=72.58, 101.50, P<0.01). During anesthesia and operation, the power ratio of α-band in anesthesia and in surgery group (2.51±0.04, 2.14±0.03) were significantly lower (both P<0.01) than those in control group (3.49±0.03, 3.49±0.03), while there was no obvious changes (both P>0.05) in the surgery + nobiletin group (3.50±0.04, 3.51±0.04). There were significant differences in Bcl-2 protein expression and caspase 3/7 protein activity among the three groups ( F=5.21, 7.84, P<0.01). Compared with control group (1.00±0.02, 1 557.46±3.63), Bcl-2 of rats in the surgery group(0.40±0.05) were significantly lower and Caspase3/7 expression of surgery group (3 689.58±10.46) was significantly higher (both P<0.01), while the rats in the surgery + nobiletin group had no significant difference in both Bcl-2 level (1.03±0.06) and caspase 3/7 activities (1 805.28±6.17, both P>0.05). The difference of S100 β protein expression was significant among the three groups ( F=490.80, P<0.01). Compared with the control group ((0.18±0.01)μg/L), the concentration of S100β protein in the surgery group ((2.13±0.02)μg/L) decreased ( P<0.01), while there was no significant difference in the surgery + nobiletin group ((0.16±0.01) μg/L, P>0.05). The expression levels of IBA-1 protein ( F=10.83) and TNF-α, IL-1, IL-1β and IL-6 ( F=996.20, 221.40, 73.02, 174.13) were significantly different among the three groups (all P<0.01). The expression level of the neuroglial marker IBA-1 in the surgery group(1.36±0.02) was significantly higher than that in the control group (1.00±0.01, P<0.01), while the surgery + nobiletin group (1.03±0.01) had no significant different compared with control group ( P>0.05). The levels of inflammatory factors, including TNF-α, IL-1, IL-1β and IL-6, in the brain of rats treated with nobiletin ((49.06±3.63)pg/mg, (2.09±0.43)pg/mg, (16.27±0.80)pg/mg, (2.11±0.19)pg/mg) were significantly lower than those in the surgery group((145.10±6.46)pg/mg, (5.67±0.43)pg/mg, (27.88±3.43)pg/mg, (4.74±0.32)pg/mg, all P<0.01). Conclusion:Nobiletin can obviously alleviate POCD symptoms caused by sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia.

Objective To investigate the roles of high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HR-MRI) in the diagnosis and treatment of vertebrobasilar dissecting aneurysms (VBDA).Methods From January 2016 to December 2016,62 patients with VBDA admitted to Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University using 3.0 T HR-MRI (3D-TOF-MRA,3D-T1WI,and 3D-T1WI+C sequence) and diagnosed by DSA were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into either an asymptomatic group (n=18) or a symptomatic group (n=44) according to their medical histories.Their clinical features,imaging features,and the relationship with prognosis were analyzed.Results HR-MRI revealed that the double lumen sign/intimal flap accounted for 27.8% (n=5) and 54.5% (n=24) respectively in the asymptomatic group and symptomatic group.The intramural hematoma accounted for 22.2% (n=4) and 43.2% (n=19) respectively in both groups.The enhancement of aneurysmal wall accounted for 33.3% (n=6) and 77.3% (n=34) in the asymptomatic group and symptomatic group.There were significant differences in the above features between the two groups (all P<0.05).In the symptomatic group,18.2% (n=8) of patients had aneurysm recurrence,which was significantly higher than the asymptomatic group (5.6%,n=1).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions HR-MRI can better reveal the lesion characteristics of VBDA.The rates of aneurysmal wall enhancement and recurrence in symptomatic VBDAs are higher,which indicates that HR-MRI can assess the stability of the aneurysmal wall and identify the prognosis to a certain extent.

In this paper,the method about hydrolysis of fish oil with lipases for concentrating DHA(docosahexenoic acid) in glycerides was studied.Six lipases were screened with comparing the activities of hydrolysis of fish oil.Candida lipalytica Lipase is resistant to generating DHA in fish oil.The Effects of the quantity of lipases,the emulgent,hydrolysis time,temperature in the process,the ratio of oil to water were studied.The optimum conditions for the hydrolysis of fish oil are 12 hours of hydrolysis under 45℃,with 300 u?g -1 .The emulgent was and the ratio of oil to water was 0.4 mL?g -1 .Under these conditions,the content of DHA in glyceride were concentrated from 18.7% to 34.0%.But the EPA content remained close to that of fish oil.The DHA glyceride containing triglyceride,diglyceride and monoglyceride was identified by IR spectrum combining with separation of HPLC.

Objective To explore the differences of the proliferation ability and the antineoplastic activity of CIK cells against origenal hepatocellullar cancer cells between healthy adults and tumor patients in vitro. Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from healthy donors and tumor patients were incubated to induce CIK cells in the presence of interferon gamroa(IFN-γ) ,IL-2 and anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody (mAb). The changes in the proliferation activity and phenotypes of the CIK cells were identified by flow cytometric analysis. Single cell suspension was prepared bom the fresh hepatocellular carcinoma tissue by using mechanical trituration method. MTT assays were used to determine the cytotoxicity of CIK cells against origenal hepatocellullar cancer cells. Results The CIK cells from both healthy donors and tumor patients were significantly increased with the extension of time. The expression rate of CD3+/CD56+ cells from healthy donors rose from 1.053% ±0.22% on 1st day ,25.36% ±2.19% on the 7th day to 55.12% ±1.99% on the 14th day ,which was significantly higher than that of tumor patients ( P ＜ 0.05). MTT assays showed that the cytotoxicity of CIK cells from both enhanced obviously with the addition of Effect/Target rate and extension of time(P ＜0.05). After the origenal hepatocellullar cancer cells were treated by CIK cells 24 hours, the cytotoxicity of CIK cells from healthy donors at the effector:target ratio of 10 ∶ 1,20 ∶1 and 40 ∶1 was significantly higher than that of tumor patients(P＜0.05) ,respectively. After treated 48 hours, compared with tumor patients, the cytotoxicity of healthy donors? CIK at the three effector:target ratio was alsosignificantly higher(P ＜0.05), respectively. Conclusion CIK cells from both have amplification ability and cytotoxic activity in vitro,and the proliferation ability and killing activity of healthy adults CIK is stronger than that of tumor patients,which provides an experimental basis for CIK to clinical application as an adoptive immunotherapy.

Objective To investigate the effects of exercise on memory impairment in demented mice and possible molecular mechanisms.Methods Thirty Kunming nice were divided into a normal control group,a dementia group and a dementia plus exercise training group (exercise training group),10 mice/group. Dementia models were established by intraperitoneal injection of scopolamine.Exercise training was begun 30 min after the injection and lasted for a 6-week period. A water maze test was performed after the exercise training. Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) expression and protein kinase (Akt) phosphorylation in the hippocampus were detected by Western blot analysis.Nitric oxide (NO) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the hippocampus were also measured.ResultsDementia models were successfully induced as indicated by prolonged escape latency in the water maze test.After exercise training the escape latency had shortened significantly and hippocanpal BDNF expression and Akt phosphorylation had increased.NO content increased and SOD activity decreased after the injections,but these effects were partially reversed after exercise training.Conclusions Exercise can improve spatial memory significantly after scopolanine-induced dementia in mice.The increased hippocampal BDNF expression and Akt phosphorylation,increased SOD activity and decreased NO content may partially explain the behavior improvement induced by exercise.
