Objective To evaluate the application efficacy of responsibility system for holistic nursing system in high-quality nursing service in the department of respiratory medicine.Methods Department of respiratory medicine unit which was the quality nursing service demonstrated unit in our hospital was selected.The nursing responsibility-bound grouping system was first performed and the nurse-incharge would provide the patients with whole and continuous nursing service.Before and 6 months after the application,the nursing job satisfaction was conducted and the nursing grouping system satisfaction was also evaluated among nurses and doctors.Results Six months after the application of nursing responsibility-bound grouping system,the patient satisfaction with nursing job was raised obviously in the unit.Conclusions The application of responsibility-bound grouping system can not only promote the activity but also mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,and then high-quality nursing service was resulted.So the service system was worthy of clinical application.

Enteral nutrition (EN) therapy is one of the most important treatments of Crohn's disease (CD),especially in European countries,EN is considered as the first-line of treatment for pediatric CD.EN can improve the poor nutrition condition,induction and maintenance remission,the risk of this treatment is very low.But in our country the application of EN is still limited,deepening the understanding and obtained clinical guidelines are very important.

From October 2006 to December 2008,170 medical professionals(120 from a provincial hospital,and 50 from 10 district hospitals or hygiene stations),and 400 baby watchers who took care of children(aged<3 years)with diarrhea,rickets,pneumonia,or nutritional anemia were randomly assigned to reeeive health education or medical behavior intervention.The results showed that the basic knowledge on prevention and treatment of diarrhea,rickets,pneumonia,or nutritional anemia wad improved,and oral rehydration solution utility rate was significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The rate of breast feeding was higher,and the use of auxiliary food became more proper and timely.The use of antibiotics decreased.The baby watchers got more suggestions,and their qualification rate of medical knowledge and disease.related treatment behaviors were improved(all P<0.01). Nerwork-based health education and medical behavior intervention may have significant effects on healthcare providers who look after urban children with diarrhea,rickets,pneumonia,or nutritional anemia.

Objective:To study the mechanism of 149 serine in the abrogation of cdc25b as a meiosis inducer in mouse oocytes.Methods: Immunofluorescence analysis was used to observe the distribution of cdc25b protein in GV stage and G2/M transition oocytes;Fused plasmids of pEGFP-cdc25b-wt,pEGFP-cdc25b-s149a and vector pEGFP-C3 were microinjected into GV mouse oocytes.After culturing for a certain time,the subcellular localization of protein was observed.Results:cdc25b-wt was distributed mainly in cytoplasm in GV stage oocytes and accumulation of protein was observed during G2/M transition while green fluoresent signal of cdc25b-s149a was observed in nuclear and cytoplasm.Conclusion:The results suggest that there existed a shuffling between nuclear and cytoplasm of cdc25b in GV stage oocytes although they seem to be quilt,the phosphorylation of 149 serine could maintain proper distribution of protein by balancing the speed of protein nuclear export and nuclear import.

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of early enteral nutrition in severe brain injury patients requiring mechanical ventilation. Methods: 56 patients requiring mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into two groups:A(n=28),EEN group peptisorb,1 000 ml a day;B(n=28),control group,PN.The changes of serum total protein,blood albumin,immune globulin,lymphocyte count,nitrogen balance,oxgenation index(PaO2/FiO2),ventilation parameter and blood routine were measured.APACHE Ⅱ,incidence of ventilator-associated pneumoniasurvival rate for 28 days and days in hospital were observed.Results: Incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,28 d-survival rate and mean hospitalization day were significantly different(P
