Objective To investigate the effects of different growth factors to perfused kidney in vitro at room temperature. Methods 25 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups, Each group had 5 rabbits. Perfusion was carried out in vitro on rabbits′ kidney with different culture media containing hepatocellular growth factor(HGF) in high or low dosage, epidermal growth factor(EGF) in high or low dosage, and growth factors-free. On the 65th hour after perfusion, lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity, the concentration of sodium and potassium in kidney vein effluent and ?-N-acetyl amino glucosaminidase in urine (NAG) activity in each group were respectively detected to observe the renal function. Renal histological changes under light microscope and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) of renal tissue were also examined to observe the renal morphological changes and the lesion degrees of renal tissue. Results The preservation effect of the culture media containing HGF in high dosage was the best among all 5 groups. In this group, LDH activity, the concentration of potassium in kidney vein effluent and NAG activity in urine were significantly lower than that of other 4 groups; the concentration of sodium of kidney vein effluent was notably higher than any other group. Renal histological changes under light microscope and PCNA stain of renal tissue showed that the renal morphological damage and the lesion of renal tissue were lighter than any other group. Conclusion HGF in high dosage could markedly improve the effect of perfusion preservation and protect the function and morphology structure of perfused rabbits′ kidneys better.

Objective:To investigate the anti-hCG antibody level in vaginal lavage fluid after vaginal mucosa immunization with the recombinant lactobacillus excreting the human chorionic gonadotropin beta-subunit, hCG?.Methods:The recombinant Lb. casei hCG? was passaged in MRS containing no Erythromycin for 50 generations to get continual secretion. Radio immunol assay(RIA) was used to determine the level of hCG? in the supernatant. Mice of 8 weeks old were immunized with the recombinant continual expressing strain through vaginal inoculation. Two weeks later, level of the hCG? and anti-hCG? IgA antibody in the vaginal lavage was determined by radio-immunology assay and indirect ELISA respectively.Results:The hCG? was secreted by Lb. casei continually. The recombinant hCG? and anti-hCG? IgA antibody in the vaginal lavage were higher than the negative control group(P

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2) measure-ment for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients combined with atherosclerosis .Methods The concentrations of LP-PLA2 ,cho-lesterol(CHO) ,triglyceride (TG) ,low density lipoprotein(LDL) ,high density lipoprotein(HDL) were measured for 47 T2DM pa-tients combined with atherosclerosis(patient group) and 94 healthy people who just underwent healthy examination and were proved to be healthy(control group) ,meanwhile the age and gender information of those people were collected .Then the tests results were compared between the two groups .Results There was no significant difference in age ,gender ,CHO ,HDL ,TG ,LDL between the two patient and control group(P>0 .05);Plasma LP-PLA2 level in patient group was higher than that in control group ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the LP-PLA2 level was the risk factor with statistical significance(P<0 .05) .Conclusion LP-PLA2 concentration is an independent risk factor for athero-sclerosis in T2DM patients ,and its measurement has certain value for the diagnosis of atherosclerosis in T2DM patients .

OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics of patent behaviors of Chinese pharmaceutical demonstration enterprises for intellectual property,and to provide reference for the improvement of patent behaviors in Chinese pharmaceutial enterprises. METHODS:After retrieving the applicants(patentees)from China Intellectual Property Right Net on the basis of taking 7 pharma-ceutical demonstration enterprises chosen through appraisal by State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C in 2013 as the study samples,empirical study was conducted on their patent behaviors during 1985 and 2013,including the number and type of the pat-ents for which applications were made,international patent classification and legal status. RESULTS:The number of patent applica-tions of the 7 pharmaceutical demonstration enterprises demonstrated a growing trend(an annual increase up to 79.0%). The appli-cations were dominated by the inventive patent(84.9%). Many patents were in an authorized legal status(46.7%). All of these en-terprises paid more attention to the maintenance of the authorized patent. The technology patent applications were mainly about chemical compound,composition,and preparation methods,including the technical proposal containing the active ingredients and properties of the pharmaceutical preparation (A61K),particularly the application of the technical proposal related to the treatment with the preparation (A61P). CONCLUSIONS:All the 7 pharmaceutical demonstration enterprises were aware of patent competi-tion and protection and characterized by a higher proportion of the application for the inventive patent,perfect patent information management institution and high-quality patent applications. Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises can enhance their competitiveness and creativity through adjusting patent behaviors and increasing their awareness of patent competition.

Objective To study the effect of multiple IPL treatment on cell senescence markers of skin fibroblasts using UVA as a control and to make clear whether the multiple IPL treatment may result in cell senescence.Methods Cells were divided into three groups: one group without irradiation as a control,one group receiving IPL treatment with 15 J per cm2,and the last group receiving UVA irradiation with 9 J per cm2.IPL and UVA irradiation were performed once a day during five days.On the sixth day,the cells were collected.Senescence-associated β-galactosidase (SA-β-Gal) staining,cell cycle,reactive oxygen species (ROS) and telomere length were determined.Results Our results showed that five consecutive days of IPL irradiation had no effect on the activity of SA-β-Gal and telomere length and decreased the G1 ％ of cell cycle and the level of ROS in comparison with the control group (P＜0.05).On the contrary,five consecutive days of UVA irradiation increased the activity of SA β Gal and the level of ROS,shortened the length of telomere and no obvious change in the G1 ％ of cell cycle in comparison with the control group.Conclusions Multiple UVA irradiations induce cell senescence.On the contrary,multiple IPL treatments could not induce cell senescence.

Objective:To study and promote the quality standard for Shuangbai Quyu powder. Methods:A microscopic identifi-cation method was performed to identify Phellodendri amurensis cortex, Rhei radix et rhizoma, Platycladi cacumen and Andrographis herba. TLC was performed to identify Phellodendri amurensis cortex, Andrographis herba and Rhei radix et rhizoma. HPLC was used to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Phellodendri amurensis cortex. and the lower limit was determined. Results: The microscopic identification method was simple. The spots in TLC were distinct without any interference from the negative coutrol. Ber-berine hydrochloride had a good linear range of 0. 010-0. 400 μg(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 99. 51%, and RSD was 0. 31% (n=6). Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of Shuangbai Quyu powder effectively,which is beneficial to the quality standard promotion of hospital preparations.

Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma docetaxel concentration and the efficacy as well as toxic and side effects in patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy.Methods Seventy -one patients with breast cancer who accepted AC sequential T chemotherapy regimen as first line treatment were selected from April 2015 to September 2015 in Hubei Provicial Tumor Hospital.The plasma concentration of docetaxel was detected by latex immunoturdidimetry after the docetaxel continuous infusion in each cycle.The three groups were assigned according to the concentration distribution of docetaxel:group A (plasma concentration docetaxel ≤ 2.0mg·h -1 · L -1 ),group B (2.1 -2.5mg·h -1 ·L -1 )and group C (≥2.6 mg·h -1 ·L -1 ).The relationship between the drug plasma concentration,therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions in different docetaxel plasma concentration was analyzed retrospectively by Chi -square tests.Results The average plasma concentrations of docetaxel of the three groups were (1.55 ±0.36)mg·h -1 ·L -1 ,(2.28 ±0.13)mg·h -1 ·L -1 ,(2.87 ±0.38)mg· h -1 · L -1 respectively.The adverse reactions were enhanced with the increasing of docetaxel plasma concentration (χ2 =5.169, 4.463,3.630,P =0.023,0.035,0.047).The therapeutic efficacy of group C and group B was same(95.8%),which was higher than 87.0% of group A,but there was no statistically significant difference (χ2 =1.559,P =0.24). Conclusion Breast cancer patients whose plasma concentration of docetaxel is between 2.1 ~2.5mg·h -1 ·L -1 has a better prognosis,and its adverse reactions are controlled in a certain extent.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of using stereotactic radiotherapy (SRT) technique for conducting re-therapy after thoracic tumor radiotherapy.Methods Thirty-eight patientswith SRT after receiving thoracic conventional radiotherapy (RT) in our hospital from July 2012 to November 2014 were selected.The treatment target area included the lung local primary lesion,recurrent lesions and lung metastasis tumor.Results Median dose of previous RT was 48 Gy (30-56 Gy).Median biologically equivalent effective dose (alpha/beta=10.0,BED10) of receiving SRT was 62 Gy (39-72 Gy).Median follow up time was 12.30 months;1-,2-year local progression-free survival (LPFS) was 76.32％ and 63.16 ％ respectively.Median recurrence-free (RFS) and overall survival (OS) were 13.20 months and 21.00 months respectively.Grade 2 and 3 pulmonary toxicity was 15.79 ％ and 7.89 ％ respectively.Other grade 2-4 toxicities adverse reactions included chest pain (15.79 ％),fatigue (18.42 ％) and skin lesion(2.63％).No grade 5 toxic injury occurred.Conclusion SRT can be safely and effectively used in the patients previously receiving thoracic RT.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia,and to provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods Sixty-seven long-term hospitalized patients with schizophrenia received 6 months comprehensive nursing intervention.The instruments of the nurse observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE),insight and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ),scale of social function in psychosis inpatients (SSPI) were administered both at the start and the end of intervention.Result After 6 months of treatment,the scores on mental disorder,recovery of social ability and treatment compliance and recovery or selfconcicousness increased as compared with pre-intervention (all P＜0.001).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the mental symptoms and social function,alleviate their depression and promote mental rehabilitation of the patients with schizophrenia.
