1.Studies on the relationship between prostaglandin E_2 and rheumatoid arthritis with drug development
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmunity disease, and many effect factors contribute to the pathogenesis process of RA. Prostaglandin E_2(PGE_2) is one major inflammatory mediator. In this article ,we review the synthesis, metabolism and action pathway of PGE_2, the interaction between PGE_2 and inflammatory cellular factors of RA, and the therapeutic effect of drugs on RA.

Objective To observe the effects of treating pulmonary infection of the aged people with the combination of TCM and WM.Methods A total of 120 the aged patients with pulmonary infection were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group,60 patients in each. The control group was treated with cefoperazone, sulbactam intravenously drop and inhalation of low flow oxygen(1~2L/min,2~4h,once/day),while the treatment group was added modified Xiaocaihu decoction and Shengmai injection on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 days. Results The significant effective rate was 63.3%and 45.0%in the treatment group and the control group respectively, showing significant difference(U=0.5248,P<0.01).The effective rate was 96.7%and 83.3%in the treatment group and the control group respectively, also showing significant difference(U=0.5314,P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to treat pulmonary infection of the aged patients with modified Xiaocaihu decoction and Shengmai decoction together with western medicine.

Clinical Medicine of China 2010;26(10):1104-1105
Objective To assess the efficacy of clinical intervention of early swallowing syndrome on neonates. Methods Eighty-six cases of normal newborns were enrolled in the study, including 44 cases of natural delivery,32 cases of cesarean section,8 cases of premature infant. The cases started vomitting before feeding the milk, became more severe after feeding the milk. once the pathological factors were excluded, the cases were treated with breastfeeding, warm water enema, massaging the lower abdomen, 1% sodium bicarbonate solution to the gastric lavage. Results A variety of clinical interventions on the control of neonatal swallowing syndrome results are obvious. Conclusions Early detection early intervention can prevent complications occurring.

Objective To investigate the association between diet during pregnancy and hypertensive dis-order complicating pregnancy ( HDCP ) , so as to provide a theoretical basis guiding appropriate diet during pregnancy. Methods Using 1∶2 matched case-control study method, we selected pregnant women delivered in Anhui Women and Child Health Care Hospital from January to December 2014, and interviewed them with food frequency questionnaire. The relationship between intake frequency of various food and HDCP was analyzed. Results A total of 543 women were included in this study, including 181 cases and 362 controls.Mann-Whit-ney U test results showed that the frequencies of meat and fish, eggs, beans, nuts, milk, and pickled food con-sumption were significantly different between the cases and the controls (all P<0.05);while the differences in cereals, vegetables, and fruits consumption frequency between cases and controls were not statistically signifi-cant (all P>0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that higher intake frequencies of beans (OR=0.746, 95%CI:0.645-0.862), eggs (OR=0.789, 95%CI:0.693-0.898), and milk (OR=0.822, 95% CI:0.725-0.931) were associated with lower risk of HDCP; in contrast, higher intake fre-quency of pickled food was associated with higher risk of HDCP (OR=1.190, 95% CI:1.054-1.344). Conclusions Beans, eggs, and milk may be protective factors for HDCP, while pickled food may be risk fac-tor of HDCP.Diet during pregnancy should be appropriate and following scientific guidelines.

Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2012;32(5):449-454
Objective To investigate that whether the immuno-modulatory capacity is intact in myelodysplastic syndrome-refractory anemia (MDS-RA) derived mesenchymal stem cell (MSCs) and what are the differences compare with those from normal donors. Methods Isolating MSC from MDS and normal donors respectively and exam their differences on T lymphocyte activation, proliferation and suppression. Results The results showed that the capacity of suppressing T cell proliferation and activation is weakened. Conclusion We propose that MSCs from pathological environment might be abnormal and should not be used for autologous transplantation.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis under hysteroscopy for uterine malformation, especially in maiden. Methods Hysteroscopy combined with ultrasonography was used to determine the types of uterine malformation in 24 cases. Results Definitive diagnosis indicated 8 cases of uterus bicornis,10 cases of uterus septus with single uterine neck,2 cases of uterus septus with double uterine neck and single uterine body, and 4 cases of puberal rudimentary horn of uterus. Conclusions Combined use of hysteroscopy and ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine malformation is accurate and applicable to maiden.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE To discuss the risk factors of nosocomial infection in burn patients in order to raise their treatment level.METHODS Picked out the nosocomial infection and the risk factors in burn patients during recent three years,we then made the review analysis.RESULTS From 234 cases 46 patients were with nosocomial infection, the infection rate was 19.66%,the most common location was wound infection, accounted for 63.04%,followed by respiratory tract for 23.91%.The main risk factors were age(≥ 60 years),severe degree burns,a long stay in hospital, and the large-scale application of antibiotics.CONCLUSIONS As for the high incidence of nosocomial infection among burn patients,we must pay close attention to and strengthen prevention.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(18):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of sertraline on cytokine balance in patients with depression. METHODS: Serum levels of interleukin2(IL-2), interleukin12(IL-12), interleukin4(IL-4), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-?) and transforming growth factor beta (TGF-?1) were measured in 26 patients with depression(depression group) before and after treatment and 28 healthy volunteers (control group) by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RESULTS: As compared with control group, in depression group the serum levels of IL-2, IL-12, TNF-? were significantly higher than in control group; the serum levels of IL-4, TGF-?1 were significantly lower than in control group(P

Objective To explore the improvement effect of humanistic care on cognitive function impairment and living ability of patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods 76 patients with Alzheimer's disease from January 2009 to May 2011 were taken as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional procedures for nursing care, and the observation group used humanistic nursing care as the guidance. The MMSE scale score, living ability index and family satisfaction degree before nursing and 1 month and 3 months after nursing for the two groups were taken for statistical comparison. Results The proportion of patients whose MMSE scale≥ 21 points and living ability score ranging from71 to 95 1 month and 3 months after care were higher than those of the control group. The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was also higher than the control group. Conclusions Humanistic care can significantly improve the cognitive dysfunction and living ability of patients with Alzheimer's disease, besides, family members of patients are more satisfied with this nursing model.
