Objective To study the effect of TNP-470 treatment on ascitic hepatocarcinoma H22 and potential mechanisms. Methods The experimental approaches employed in the study included in vitro assays of cell proliferation and migration, and in vivo ascitic hepatocarcinoma mouse model. Results In vitro, TNP-470 inhibited cell proliferation of both H22 and human microvascular endothelial cell HMEC. Furthermore, TNP-470 inhibited HMEC migrations. In vivo, TNP-470 treatment significantly improved the life quality of the tumor-loaded mice, including lessen the ascitic effasion, decreased tumor cell viability, lessen the eye blindness, and prolonged the life-span. Conclusion These observations demonstrate that TNP-470 would be an effective drug for treatment of ascitic-fluid type hepatocarcinoma mice.

Objective To observe the effect of psychological intervention combined with Kechuanning oral liquid in treatment of infant bronchiolitis with phlegm heat obstructing lung type and its influence on inflammatory factor in sputum. Methods 106 infant with bronchiolitis in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were divided into two groups by coin toss, with 53 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with basic treatment and observation group was treated another with psychological intervention. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.23%,higher than control group 79.25%(P<0.05).Symptom disappearance time of observation group were shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Pulmonary function and inflammatory levels of observation group were better than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Psychological intervention can significantly improve effect of infant bronchiolitis with phlegm heat obstructing lung type.

Objective To develop a score based on clinical symptoms and signs for evaluating the severity of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods A total of 158 OSAHS patients were enrolled. Five clinical features,including habitual snore,sleep apnea,daytime sleepiness,obesity and hypertension were used to arrive at a clinical score and its value to evaluate severity of OSAHS was determined. Results The clinical score of the two assessors was (7.94 ± 3.22) and (7.62 ± 3.08) scores respectively and a highly significant positive correlation was obtained (r = 0.97,P= 0.00). The clinical score of mild (43 cases ), moderate(47 cases ) and severe OSAHS ( 68 cases ) was ( 5.53 ± 2.25 ), ( 7.66 ± 2.05 ) and (9.29 ± 2.27) scores respectively,and there was significant difference among three groups (P = 0.00). The general clinical score of the two assessors was (7.78 ± 2.68) scores,the apnea-hypopnea index was 37.15 ±19.53,and there was a significant positive correlation between them (r = 0.70,P= 0.00). By analysis of ROC curves, the cut-off values of clinical score for differentiating moderate-severe OSAHS from mild OSAHS was 7 scores, and the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy was 83.5%, 74.4% and 80.4% respectively. Conclusion Clinical score,with good reliability,validity and high sccuracy,is a simple method to evaluate severity of OSAHS.

Objective To evaluate the influence of empowerment education on self-management ability and self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods 190 patients with CHD were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.And all patients were trained respectively according to corresponding health education plan of each group by professional worker.These patients filled out the Essential Information Questionnaire (EIQ),Self-Efficacy Integration Scale (SEIS) and Coronary Artery Disease Self-management Scale(CSMS) at baseline,3 months and 6 months after health education.The clinical indexes in two groups such as body mass index,waistline,blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid were contrasted.Results The score of self-management ability and the score of self-efficacy in the experimental group was significantly more than that of the control group in 3 months and 6 months after health education,and this difference between two groups still persisted 6 months after health education.However,the score of symptom-maintaining in the SEIS and self-management of addiction,emergency,lifestyle and knowledge of diseases in the CSMS appeared to drop in the control group.Conclusions Empowerment education can significantly improve and increase the self-management ability and self-efficacy of patients with CHD,and this function of empowerment education was proved more enduring than that of traditional health education.So,empowerment education will be a new style of health education in the new model of clinical medicine instead of traditional health education.

Objective To explore the possibility of ototoxicity of aminoglycosides on neonatal guinea pigs of different age groups (including premature) receiving amikacin with therapeutic doses. Methods Amikacin was injected intramuscularly with a dose of 65 mg/kg once a day for 14 days in neonatal, infant, and adult groups with 48 guinea pigs each, and 15 in premature group. 5~8 guinea pigs in each group were sacrificed for histological examination of cochlea with microscopy and scanning electron microscopy on the 3 rd, 5 th, 7 th, 10 th and 14 th day, as well the 28 th, 60 th day. There were 6 guinea pigs in each age group for control. Results Many stereocilia were lain down or disappeared as early as the 3 rd day and outer hair cells were absent on the 5 th day in either premature or neonatal group. Objective To explore the application value of acute normovolemic hemodilution(ANH) combined with salvaged autotransfusion in surgical patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods From Mar.2015 to Apr.2016,46 surgical patients with ectopic pregnancy,receiving ANH combined with salvaged autotransfusion,were enrolled as observation group,and 39 surgical patients with ectopic pregnancy,receiving allogeneic blood transfusion were enrolled as control group.The baseline data,including age,body mass index(BMI),preoperative hemoglobin(Hb),abdominal pain time and menopause time were collected.The amounts of blood loss and blood transfusion were recorded.Preoperative and postoperative levels of white blood cells(WBC),C-reaction group(CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) were detected.Results The baseline data,including age,BMI,preoperative Hb,abdominal pain time and menopause time of the two groups were without statistical difference(P>0.05).The preoperative preexisting blood volume was (559±128)mL and the intraoperative blood collection was(510±103)mL in observation group.The cases and volume of banked blood infusion in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Preoperative levels of CRP,ESR and WBC of the two groups were not statistical different(P>0.05).The levels of CRP and ESR at the postoperative 1st,3rd and 5th day and WBC levels at the postoperative 1st and 3rd day were higher than those before operation in the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of CRP and ESR at the postoperative 1st,3rd and 5th day in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion (Department of Gynaecology,the Fourth People's Hospital of Langfang City,Langfang,Hebei 065700,China)

Objective To compare the effects of pre-emptive epidural analgesia and postoperative epiclural analgesia on stress response to upper abdominal surgery. Methods Thirty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients undergoing elective upper abdominal surgery performed under general anesthesia were randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 15 each): Ⅰ pre-emptive epidural analgesia group (group P) and Ⅱ postoperative epidural analgesia group (group C). A mixture of 0.5 μg/ml sufentanil and 0.15% ropivacaine 250 ml was used for epidural analgesia in both groups. The epidural catheter was placed at T_(10-11) interspace. The epidural regimen included a loading dose of 15 ml followed after 30 min by continuous epidurai infusion at 5 ml/h for 50 h. In group P the epidural analgesia was started at 20 min before skin incision, while in group C after operation when the patients emerged from general anesthesia and were extubated. The depth of general anesthesia was monitored using CSI and maintained at 45-55. Vcnoas blood samples were taken before epidnral catheter was placed (T_0, baseline), at 2 h (T_1) and at 18 h (T_2) after operation for determination the concentrations of ACTH and cortisol (Cor) and C reaction protein (CLIP). Results Blood Cor, ACTH and CRP concentrations were significantly increased after operation as compared with the baseline values at T0 and were significantly lower at T_1 and T_1 in group P than in group C. Conclusion Pre-emptive epidural analgesia can more effectively inhibit stress response than postoperative epidural analgesia to upper abdominal surgery.
