Objective To observe the curative effects of carboprost tromethamine injection in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia.Methods The clinical data of 118 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into control group (68 cases) and observation group (50 cases) by treatment method.The patients in control group were given conventional treatment while the patients in observation group were given carboprost tromethamine injection on basis of conventional treatment.The postpartum blood loss after 2,24 h after treatment,the third labor time and therapeutic effects in two groups were recorded and compared.The patients in control group took carboprost tromethamine injection if conventional treatment did not work and all patients should have surgery immediately if repeatedly carboprost tromethamine injection were invalid; adverse reactions of using carboprost tromethamine injection were closely watched.Results The postpartum blood loss after 2,24 h after treatment in control group was (676 ± 86),(751 ± 70) ml,which was higher than that in observation group [(238 ± 62),(281 ± 56) ml],and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The third labor time in control group was (5.1 ± 1.9) h,which was longer than that in observation group [(2.1 ± 1.4) h],and there was significant difference(P＜ 0.05).After conventional treatment with 47 patients stopped bleeding in control group,and the effective rate was 69.1％ (47/58),while the effective rate in observation group was 96.0％ (48/50),and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Twenty-one patients in control group accepted carboprost tromethamine injection after treatment,while the traditional therapy did not work,and the effective rate increased to be 95.2％ (20/21).Among carboprost tromethamine injection treatment of 71 patients,2 cases' blood pressure increased,2 cases had facial blushing,1 case with mild headache,3 cases of diarrhea and 3 cases of nausea and vomiting (a total of 11 cases),and the incidence rate was 15.5％ (11/71),which was relatively minor.All patients were given symptomatic treatment and all rell eased within 24 h,and there were no other serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Using carboprost tromethamine injection to treat postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia has more remarkable curative effects and higher clinical safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective To explore the therapeutic strategy for aged patients (older than 70) with chest tumor. Methods To summarize and analyze the clinical data of 216 aged patients with chest tumor. Results 216 aged patients with chest tumor were involved our study,Their clinical data were summarized and analized,All patients went smoothly through perioperative period,They recovered rapidly and discharged successfully from hospital,With no death occurred,postoperative complications occurred in a total of 36 cases(16.7%), But they were cured through meticulous management. Conclusions Aged patients with chest tumor could obstain good results by strict indications,fully risk evaluation and meticulous perioperative management.

Objective To investigate the effects of sub-chronic exposure of nickel oxide nanoparticles （Nano NiO） on endocrine function of male SD rats，and to analyze the toxicity and mechanism of Nano NiO on testicular cells. Methods The specific pathogens free male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups with ten rats in each group. Rats in low-，medium and high-dose groups were given Nano NiO suspension with the mass concentration of 0.16，0.80 and 4.00 g/L，respectively； rats in blank control group were given equal volume of 0.9% sodium chloride solution；rats in positive control group were given micron nickel oxide suspension with the mass concentration of 4.00 g/L. Drip every three days for nine weeks. After the Nano NiO exposure，atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the levels of nickel in the blood and testicular tissue. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect serum level of sex hormone. The ploidy ratio，cell cycle and apoptosis rate of testicular cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Western blotting was used to detect the relative expression of apoptosis related proteins in the testis. Results The level of nickel in blood and testicular tissue of rats in positive control group and the three doses groups were higher than that of blank control group（all P<0.05）. The level of nickel in blood and testicular tissue of rats in the medium-dose and high-dose groups were higher than that in the positive control group（all P<0.05）. There was a positive correlation between the level of nickel in blood and testicular tissue（P<0.01）. The serum levels of testosterone，follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）and luteinizing hormone（LH）in the medium- and high- dose groups were lower than that in blank control group（all P<0.05）. However，there was no significant difference in serum gonadotropin-releasing hormone among all groups（P>0.05）. Compared with the blank control group，the proportion of haploid and diploid cells and the ratio of cells in G0/ G1 and S phase decreased in the medium- and high-dose groups（all P<0.05），the tetraploid cell ratio，G2/M cell ratio and early apoptotic rate of testicular cells increased（all P<0.05）. Compared with the blank control group，the relative expression of B-cell lymphoma-2（BCL-2）protein and the ratio of BCL-2/BCL-2-related X protein（BAX）in testicular cells of rats decreased in the medium- and high-dose groups（all P<0.05），the relative expression of BAX and caspase-3 protein were increased（all P< 0.05）. Compared with the positive control group，the level of nickel in blood and testicular tissue of rats was increased in the high-dose group（all P<0.05），the ratio of haploid cells and the ratio of testicular cells at G0/G1，S phase and BCL-2 /BAX ratio in testicular tissue decreased（all P<0.05），the tetraploid ratio，G2/M phase ratio，early apoptotic rate and total apoptotic rate of testicular cells increased（all P<0.05）. Conclusion Exposure to Nano NiO could inhibit the secretion of FSH，LH and testosterone in male rats. Nano NiO can cross the blood-testosterone barrier，interfere with the proliferation of testicular cells， induce apoptosis of testicular cells through the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway，inhibit the formation of haploid sperm cells， resulting in disorders of spermatogenesis.

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and muscle strength, physical performance in the elderly. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted in Hangu district of Tianjin from April to June in 2013. Totally 1 131 subjects aged 60 years or older completed the survey. Every subject filled out a standard questionnaire and underwent grip strength test, timed up and go test (TUGT). Serum CRP concentrations were determined using chemiluminescent immunoassay kits. Multivariate analysis was performed to determine the relationship between CRP and muscle strength, physical performance. Results After adjustment for potential confounding factors including age, BMI, smoking status, drinking status, hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, anemia, cancer and physical activity, the multiple linear regression analysis suggested that CRP levels were inversely related to handgrip strength (β'=-0.11, P<0.01), and the logistic regression analysis showed that compared with subjects in the lowest quintile, the odds ratios and 95%confidence interval of higher quintile of CRP were 1.09 (0.50, 2.39) and 2.70 (1.34, 5.66) (Ptrend<0.05) in males. However, the relationship between CRP and muscle strength, physical performance was not statistically significant in females. Conclusions In males, higher serum CRP levels were independently correlated with lower muscle strength and poor physical performance in older adults. These results suggested that inflammation-signaling pathways may play an important role in the progression of sarcopenia.

Objective To compare the effects of adjustable pressure drainage device, negative pressure ball drainage and drainage bag drainage on patients with the total hip arthroplasty. Methods The silicone drainage ball with negative pressure, the urine collection bag, the infusion set′s regulator were used to make adjustable pressure drainage device. 120 cases of total hip arthroplasties from January to December in 2015 were chosed and divided randomly into 3 groups based on the sequence of operation notifications. In 40 cases, drainage bag were used (control group 1), 40 cases with negative pressure ball drainage (control group 2) and 40 cases with adjustable pressure drainage device (experimental group). Total postoperative bleeding, the blood transfusion amount, swelling (the thickness of hematoma) and the nursing workload of the three groups were compared. Results The total postoperative bleeding, the blood transfusion amount, the thickness of hematoma and the nursing workload in the experimental group were (775.1±130.5) ml, (3.5±1.3) mm, (180.2±29.9) ml, (34.5±5.2) min. The total postoperative bleeding, the blood transfusion amount, the thickness of hematoma and the nursing workload in the control group 1 were (889.4 ± 160.8) ml, (5.2 ± 1.1) mm, (285.9 ± 30.4) ml, (40.6 ± 7.4) min and in the control group 2 were (876.2±156.7) ml, (4.3±1.2) mm,(208.3±33.3) ml, (50.3±8.5) min. Compared the data of the experimental group and the control group 1, the difference was of statistically significance (t=3.49-15.68, P < 0.01). Compared the data of the experimental group and the control group 2, the difference was of statistically significance (t=2.86-10.03, P<0.01). Conclusions The effects of adjustable pressure drainage device are better than the drainage bag and negative pressure drainage ball. It can effectively reduce the postoperative bleeding and the swelling degree, and bring a lot of relief to the patients and lots of convenience to the nursing work. The method is affordable, reliable and safe which should be promoted in the primary hospital.

ObjectiveTo investigate the prognostic factors of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after resection.MethodsClinical data of 131 NSCLC patients who underwent resection were reviewed and divided into chemotherapy group(86 cases) and non-chemotherapy group(45 cases) according to the treatment method.Survival rate was calculated by Kaplan-Meier method.The prognosis was analyzed by Cox proportional hazards model.ResultsThe median survival time (MST) of squamous cell carcinoma (76 cases),bronchial alveolar cell carcinoma( 8 cases),adenocarcinoma( 35 cases ),adenosquamous carcinoma (12 cases) was 60,54,34,24 months respectively (P＜0.05).For the patients of stage Ⅰ B,the MST of chemotherapy group and non-chemotherapy group was 75 and 76 months respectively(P ＞ 0.05 ).Multivariate analysis showed that tumor size,T stage,N stage,chemotherapy were independent prognostic factors (P =0.080,0.002,0.000,0.029).Conclusions Squamous cell carcinoma and bronchial alveolar cell carcinoma have better prognosis than adenocarcinoma,adenosquamous carcinoma.For the patients of stage Ⅰ B,the survival time can't be prolonged through platinum-based chemotherapy.Tumor size,T stage,N stage,chemotherapy are independent prognostic factors.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects and safety of Congrong yishen granule combined with Donepezil hydrochloride tablet on mental state and quality of life in patients with Parkinson disease with dementia(PDD). METHODS:A total of 60 PDD patients were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given drugs for Parkinson disease. Control group was additionally given Donepezil hydrochloride tablet 5 mg,qd;treatment group was additionally given Congrong yishen granules 2 g,bid,on the basis of control group. The treatment lasted for 6 months in both groups. MMSE, MoCA,ADAS-Cog,ADL-R and TCM symptom score were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment. The occurrence of ADR were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in MMSE,MoCA, ADAS-Cog,ADL-R or TCM symptom score between 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment,MMSE and MoCA score of 2 groups were increased significantly,while ADAS-Cog,ADL-R and TCM symptom score were decreased significantly;the treatment group were better than the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLU-SIONS:Congrong yishen granule combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablet can significantly improve mental state and cogni-tive ability of PDD patients,and relieve clinical symptoms with good safety.

Objective To compare the disinfection efficacy of different disinfectants on dental unit waterlines (DUWLs). Methods 18 sets of DUWLs were randomly divided into 4 groups,and disinfected or treated with hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 )disinfectant,sodium hypochlorite (NaClO)disinfectant,hydrogen peroxide silver ion disinfectant(Sanosil),and distilled water (DW)respectively.Water specimens from triple syringes and high-speed handpieces were taken,bacterial count before and after disinfection were compared.Results Before disinfection,no significant differences in bacterial counts were found among four groups (all P >0.05),bacterial counts of DUWLs of all groups severely exceeded the standard(all>3 000 CFU/mL).After disinfection,except DW group,bacterial counts of DUWLs of the other groups declined dramat-ically (all <100 CFU/mL),bacterial count after disinfection were all obviously lower than before disinfection (all P <0.001 ).One week after disinfection,bacterial counts among three disinfectant groups in different time periods were statisti-cally different (triple syringes:Day1—Day5,all P <0.05;high-speed handpieces:Day2,Day3 and Day5,all P <0.05). Day3 after disinfection of triple syringes by H2 O2 and NaClO,Day4 after disinfection of high-speed handpieces by H2 O2 and NaClO,and Day5 of triple syringes and high-speed handpieces by Sanosil all exceeded the standard of Center for Disease Control and Prevention of America.One week after disinfection,bacterial counts of three disinfection groups all exceeded or approximated to that before disinfection.Conclusion Three types of disinfectants can all effectively reduce bacterial load in DUWLs.Compared with other disinfectants,Sanosil has advantage of inhibiting bacterial growth after disinfection.

Objective To investigate the photochemotherapeutic effect and the main affecting factors of PSD-007 on human cervical cancer Hela in vitro.Methods Hela cells were treated with different concentrations of PSD-007 (0,3.125,6.25,12.5,25,50,100 μg/ml) for 2 h under the influence of low-level laser (635 nm) therapy at different doses (0,0.6,1.2,2.4,4.8,9.6 J/cm2).Then the OD values and survival rates of Hela cells were measured by MTT assay compared with breast cancer cells MCF-7 in same treatment.Hela cells were treated with 12.5 μg/ml of PSD-007 for 2 h and were treated with different intensities of laser (1.2,2.4,4.8 J/cm2).The cellular apoptosis rate and cell cycle phase distribution of Hela were measured by a flow cytometry (FCM).Results Survival rates of Hela cells declined with more than 25 μg/ml of PSD-007 only,and significant difference in the inhibitory between the PDT group and control group was observed (P＜0.05).The survival rates of Hela after PDT was decreased by the concentration of sensitizer and dose of laser.There were no significant differences of cell survival rates among the groups with concentrations more than 12.5 μg/ml and laser energy density more than 4.8 J/cm2.The FCM assay showed a G0/G1 cell cycle arrest in a time-dependent manner.Conclusions PSD-007 has a photodynamic effect on Hela in vitro.Photodynamic effect of PSD-007 was more significant in Hela than MCF-7.Less photosensitizer and laser energy density were needed.
