1.Progress in study on local mechanism of mechanical loading stimulated osteogenesis
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2010;33(1):60-63
Mechanical loading plays an important role in stimulating osteogenesis. Increasing mechani-cal loading, via sports and mechanical vibration may increase bone mass and imluce better microstructure, where-as, lack of mechanical loading in the situation like space walking, long bed-ridden, ete, results in bone loss and osteoporosis. Although the mechanism through which mechanical loading stimulates bone formation is not clear, experiments have proved that local mechanism is more important than systematic mechanism. This article aims to review the local mechanism of mechanical loading stimulating osteogenesis.
2.Effect of holistic nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(36):5-7
Objective To investigate the effect of hotistic nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and twelve hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage inpatients with negative emotion disorder from 2006 June to 2008 December were randomly divided into the routine nursing group and the holistie nursing intervention group with 56 patients in each group. The routine nursing group were given the normal nursing care of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, the holistic nursing group received psychological nursing, health education and rehabilitative intervention on the basis of normal nursing care for 4 weeks. All patients were evaluated with self rating depression scale (SDS), self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and GQOIL before and after investigation. Results There was no difference in GQOIL, SDS and SAS between the two groups before nursing intervention. After the holistie nursing intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS of the holistic nursing intervention group were significantly lower than that of the routine nursing group, the score of GQOIL was better than that of the routine nursing group. Conclusions The holistie nursing intervention obtains a better effect on managing the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with negative emotion disorder, it is effective in alleviating negative emotion and raising their quality of life.

4.Application of intravascular unltrasound in cardio-cerebrovascular stent implantation
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(52):10365-10368
Accurate diagnosis of stenosis degree, disease nature, and disease extent play a key role in treating coronary artery stenosis by using coronary artery stent implantation. The optimal scheme for coronary artery stent implantation would decrease the restenosis rate and elevate therapeutic efficacy following stent implantation.Intravascular unltrasound can real-time display the stenosis degree, intravascular plaque and mucosa pathological changes accurately,in addition,it can represent the expansion and supporting status of stent. It demonstrated that application of intravascular unltrasound exhibit superior ability to display blood vessel pathological changes than coronary arteriongraphy, which plays a vital role in guiding stent selection, evaluating stent releasing,as well as preventing blood vessel from restenosis.
6.Expression of autophagy and inlfammation cytokines in mice wound skin and their relationship with the time of ;wound
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 2016;31(6):550-553
Objective To observe the performances of autophagy and inlfammatory cytokines in wounded mice skin at different time, and to explore the relationship between these performances and the duration of wound in the mice. Methods RT-PCR and West-blot methods were used to detect the genetic expression and protein expression of Beclin-1, LC-3, IL-1α, IL-1β, and MCP-1 in wounded skin of the mice. Results After the mice’s skin was wounded, the level of IL-1a and IL-1β genetic and protein expression increased early, the peak was found after 12 hours, and then decreased; the expression of MCP-1 began to increase after 6 hours and it reached peak after 48 hours, then decreased; while the genetic and protein expression of LC3 and beclin-1 began to increase after 6 hours, and the peak was seen after 24hours, then decreased too. Conclusion After the mice’s skin was wounded, the starting and the peak of the expression of autophagy came later than those of inlfammatory cytokines, it is found the level of the expression of inlfammatory cytokines was showing a downward trend when the expression of autophagy reached the peak. This performance may be caused by increasing inlfammatory cytokines in the tissue of the incised wound, which activated the autophagy, and when the level of autophagy reached a certain degree, it could suppress the excessive inlfammatory reaction. So the autophagy and the inlfammatory cytokines interact regularly after the mice’s skin was wounded, and such interaction offers us a reference to infer the injury time after injury.
7.The distribution of drinking water iodine and delimitation standard for the endemic areas of iodine in China
Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2016;35(3):157-160
The survey of a large-scale water iodine had been carried out in the 1980 s in China, and the map of iodine content in drinking water of China was drawn.Endemic goitre was prevalent in all the provinces of China except Shanghai. It was found in the surveillances of 2002 and 2011 that the people's iodine nutrition level was enhanced in the areas of media water iodine 50-< 100 μg/L,pregnant and breastfeeding women's iodine nutrition level was appropriate, but the children's had reached or closed to excess. The areas of median water iodine 50 ~ < 100 μg/L may be considered as adequate iodine areas preliminarily,at the same time the people's iodine nutrition level also need to be considered.
8.Role of NLRP3 Inflammasome in Cardiovascular Diseases
Journal of Sun Yat-sen University(Medical Sciences) 2017;38(2):215-221
Inflammasomes are molecular platforms built around several proteins ,composed of intracellular pattern-recognition receptors, the adaptor apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a caspase recruitment domain(ASC)and caspase-1. The inflammasome was believed as the cellular machinery triggering the maturation of proinflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-1β(IL-1β)to engage innate immune defenses. Several types of inflammasomes have been identified ,and among them NLRP3 inflam?masome is currently the most fully characterized inflammasome. Recent studies showed that a variety of cardiovascular risk factors , including dyslipidemia, hypertension and kidney disease, hyperhomocysteinemia, obesity, diabetes and metabolic syndrome, can activate NLRP3 inflammasomes, process the maturation of proinflammatory cytokines IL-1βand IL-18,and promote atherosclerosis. The activation of NLRP3 inflammasomes was also associated with decreased stability of atherosclerotic plaque. These studies suggested an important role of NLRP3 inflammasomes in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease. Targeting NLRP3 inflammasome at the stage of its assembling or activation may be a novel strategy for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.

Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(2):179-183
The prognosis for patients multiple myeloma(MM)has improved substantially over the past decade with the development of new, more effective chemotherapeutic agents and regimens that possess a high level of anti-tumor activity. In spite of this important progress, however, nearly all MM patients ultimately relapse, even those who experience a complete response to initial therapy. This summarize provided detailed recommendations on management of relapsed disease, with sections dedicated to diagnostic evaluation, determinants of therapy, and general approach to patients with specific disease characteristics. In addition, the article provided a summary of evidence from clinical trials that have significantly impacted the field, including those evaluating conventional therapies,as well as both autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation. Finally, perspective is provided regarding new agents and promising directions in management of relapsed MM.
10.Familial mediterranean fever
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(9):650-652
Familial mediterranean fever (FMF) is a hereditary inflammatory disorder, which caused by mutations in MEFV gene located on short arm of Chromosome 16 p13.3.The majority of patients onset before the age of 10 years, which is characterized clinically by the episodes of inflammatory reaction and serositis, including fever, peritonitis, synovitis and pleurisy.AA-amyloidosis with kidney failure is the most important complication. The children patients were diagnosed mainly on clinical evaluation and the criteria developed by Yal(c)inkaya. The ultimate goal of treatment in FMF is to obtain complete control of unprovoked attacks and minimise subclinical inflammation in between attacks. The only agent that decreases the frequency and severity of the episodes and the development of amyloidosis is colchicine, which should be startcd as soon as a clinical diagnosis is made, alternative biological treatments such as IL-1 receptor antagonist are indicated in patients with non-responders or resistant to colchicine.
