Ideas to establish the system for assessing the technical performance of librarians were proposed by using team cooperation model, establishing communication feedback system, keeping abreast of important dynamic informa-tion about scientific projects , enforcing construction of key subjects , characteristic databases and resources , accord-ing to the insufficient librarians and funds, few exchange and training opportunities.The new information service model in small-sized libraries was discussed, including active service, professional service, participation service and innovative service.

Objective To compare the application of National Standard GB/T 20470-2006 and Industry Standard WS/T 403-2012 in quality management of biochemical detection .Methods Comparison of indexes such as σ level ,quality goal index (QGI ) , priority improvement measure and performance evaluation were conducted in projects of external quality assessment launched in this department .Results Differences of performance evaluation showed no statistically significant between National Standard GB /T 20470-2006 and Industry Standard WS/T 403-2012(P= 0 .069) ,while their differences of σ value classification and priority im-provement measure were statistically significant (P were 0 .007 ,0 .012 ,respectively ) .Conclusion Industry Standard WS/T 403-2012 is more stringent than National Standard GB/T 20470-2006 .

Objective To study on the effect of situational teaching based on ECS in medical nursing teaching.Methods 93 nursing students were divided into the experimental group (45 cases) and the control group (48 cases).The experimental group adopted ECS in the medical nursing situational teaching,while the control group used conventional teaching method.The teaching results between the two groups were compared between two groups.Results Two groups had significant differences in the medical nursing theory test and the operation skills examination.The students in the experimental group had higher recognition on the situational teaching based on ECS,especially in the learning initiative and interest,pathology observation ability and the unity cooperation ability,the differences showed statistical difference.Conclusions The application of ECS in the medical nursing situational teaching can stimulate the learning interest of the nursing students,help the cultivation of clinical thinking ability,relieve the contradiction of resources strain in nurses clinical probation and promoting the improvement of medical nursing teaching.

Objective To observe the situation of sexual life of gynecological cancer patients after surgery and explore the pertinent nursing intervention.Methods 400 patients with gynecological cancer and undergoing surgical treatment were selected in our hospital from February 2009 to September 2011.They were divided into the intervention group and the routine group with 200 cases in each group.The sexual psychological change,recovery of sexual life of patients of different types,sex frequency before and after treatment,and satisfaction degree with sexual life after positive nursing intervention were observed using phenomenological analysis.Results The satisfaction degree with sexual life reached 88％ in the intervention group after operation,significantly higher than 52％ in the routine group.Evident psychological changes were seen in patients with younger age,low-level education background,long treatment course and better economic condition.Conclusions Positive nursing intervention and guidance should be given to postoperative gynecological tumor patients in order to help them improve the quality of life and social status.

Diagnostic criteria for coeliac disease(CD) from the European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology,Hepatology,and Nutrition were published in 1990.Since then,the autoantigen in CD,tissue transglutaminase had been identified;CD-specific antibody tests had improved.The perception of CD had changed greatly.A panel of 17 experts defined CD and developed new diagnostic criteria based on the Delphi process in 2012.The 2004 National Institutes of Health/Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality report and a systematic literature search on antibody tests for CD in paediatric patients covering the years 2004 to 2009 was the basis for the evidence-based recommendations on CDspecific antibody testing.In group of children with symptoms suggestive of CD,the diagnosis of CD is based on symptoms,positive serology,and histology that is consistent with CD.If immunoglobulin A anti-tissue transglutaminase type 2 antibody titers are high (＞ 10 times the upper limit of normal),then the option is to diagnose CD without duodenal biopsies by applying a strict protocol with further laboratory tests.In group of asymptomatic children at increased risk for CD,the diagnosis of CD is based on positive serology and histology.Human leukocyte antigen-DQ2 and human leukocyte antigen-DQ8 testing is valuable because CD is unlikely if both haplotypes are negative.The aim of the new guidelines was to achieve a high diagnostic accuracy and to reduce the burden for patients and their families.

Mechanical loading plays an important role in stimulating osteogenesis. Increasing mechani-cal loading, via sports and mechanical vibration may increase bone mass and imluce better microstructure, where-as, lack of mechanical loading in the situation like space walking, long bed-ridden, ete, results in bone loss and osteoporosis. Although the mechanism through which mechanical loading stimulates bone formation is not clear, experiments have proved that local mechanism is more important than systematic mechanism. This article aims to review the local mechanism of mechanical loading stimulating osteogenesis.

Objective To investigate the effect of hotistic nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and twelve hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage inpatients with negative emotion disorder from 2006 June to 2008 December were randomly divided into the routine nursing group and the holistie nursing intervention group with 56 patients in each group. The routine nursing group were given the normal nursing care of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,the holistic nursing group received psychological nursing, health education and rehabilitative intervention on the basis of normal nursing care for 4 weeks. All patients were evaluated with self rating depression scale (SDS), self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and GQOIL before and after investigation. Results There was no difference in GQOIL, SDS and SAS between the two groups before nursing intervention. After the holistie nursing intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS of the holistic nursing intervention group were significantly lower than that of the routine nursing group, the score of GQOIL was better than that of the routine nursing group. Conclusions The holistie nursing intervention obtains a better effect on managing the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with negative emotion disorder, it is effective in alleviating negative emotion and raising their quality of life.

Objective To explore the diagnosis value of ilneven inside sign in small hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Uhrasonography was performed on 100 echogenic areas in livers.to view uneven inside sign in them.And to compare with the clinicopathological characteristics.Results Around all the echogenie areas,there were 90with the uneven inside sign.85 echogenic areas were small hepatocellular carcinoma.There were 10 without the Lineven inside sign.4 echogenic areas were hepatocellular carcinoma.Conclusion The uneven inside sign has high value in diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma.
