Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2017;26(1):94-97
Objective:To explore clinical characteristics of reperfusion arrhythmia (RA) during direct percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI ) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI ) and its influence on prognosis . Methods :Clinical data of 180 AMI patients undergoing direct PCI in our hospital from Jan 2013 to Dec 2014 were retrospectively analyzed .Results:RA rate in 112 patients was 62.22% and it's correlated with age (r=0.614 ,P=0.026) ,the age is more older ,the RA rate is more higher .Compared with multi -vessel coronary disease patients , there was significant rise in incidence rate of RA (48.33% vs .69.17% , P=0.021) in single -vessel disease pa‐tients ;compared with left anterior descending group and left circumflex group ,there was significant rise in inci‐dence rate of RA (61.67% vs .53.33% vs .71.67% ) in right coronary artery group ,and there was significant difference between any two groups , P<0.05 all .Compared with patients with coronary recanalization within 6~12h ,there was significant reduction in incidence rate of RA (66.67% vs .47.62% ,P=0.025) in those within 6h . There were no significant difference in incidence rates of death ,reinfarction and stroke during hospitalization and six months after PCI between RA group and no RA group ,P>0.05 all .Conclusion:The occurrence of reperfusion arrhythmia in patients with acute myocardial infarction during direct percutaneous coronary intervention is associat‐ed with number of diseased vessels ,infarct vascular type and coronary recanalization time .

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2021;30(5):317-320
Clonal hematopoiesis is a special mode of hematopoiesis in which hematopoietic stem cells with specific genetic and molecular biological characteristics differentiate into mature blood cells. It is the basis of a variety of hematological diseases. In depth study of its etiology, mechanism and characteristics are conducive to our understanding of the value of clonal hematopoiesis in different populations or diseases. This article reviews the latest progress in clonal hematopoiesis and its related clonal diseases.

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(8):742-743
ObjectiveTo observe the defervesce effect of bloodletting plus puncturing and cupping treatment in treating common cold due to wind-heat.MethodSixty-two patients with fever due to external contraction were randomized into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 32 cases. The control group was intervened by muscular injection of Antodin plus oral administration ofQing Kai Linggranules 3 g, three times a day; the treatment group was by cupping and bloodletting at Dazhui (GV14) and Feishu (BL13), bloodletting at Shaoshang (LU11) and Shangyang (LI1), and cupping at back in addition to the intervention given to the control group. The clinical efficacy, treatment acting time (body temperature decreased by 0.5℃) and defervesce time were observed. ResultIn the treatment group, the acting time and defervesce time were respectively (6.11±2.18)h and (27.11±10.84)h, and total effective rate was 93.4%; in the control group, the acting time and defervesce time were respectively(14.31±5.43)h and (39.14±13.45)h, and total effective rate was 84.4%, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint bloodletting plus bloodletting-cupping method can produce a significant defervesce effect in treating common cold due to wind-heat.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(20):3242-3245
BACKGROUND:Mechanical stimulation triggers a muscle tissue remodeling, during which, myoblast process is a multi-stage development process. Many signals in extracellular matrix are involved in myoblast process, and mechanical signals are considered as important external factors for muscle formation and regeneration.
Numerous studies concerning cyclic tensile stress effects on myoblast proliferation and apoptosis have been reported, but the specific mechanism underlying the mechanical stimulation in muscle formation is stil unclear. OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of cyclic stretch on proliferation of C2C12 myoblasts and its mechanism.
METHODS:C2C12 myoblasts were cultured in vitro under 10%cyclic stretch for 6, 12 and 24 hours.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The results of 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay showed that with the time of cyclic stretch, the proliferation of C2C12 myoblasts and the rate of S-phase fraction were gradual y increased and peaked at 12 hours (P<0.05), and then decreased. Western blot assay showed that the expression of nuclear transcription factorκB protein was decreased with time, which was inversely correlated to the proliferation of C2C12 myoblasts, but increased at 24 hours under the cyclic stretch. These findings indicate that the cyclic stretch can induce C2C12 myoblasts proliferation and alter the cellcycle. Nuclear transcription factorκB may be involved in this process.

Objective To study the method of cryopreservation, and method of cultivation of hepatocytes of sucking pig. Methods Hepatocytes were isolated from sucking pig by two-step perfusion with collagenase using an extracorporeal perfusion apparatus. They were cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen for 4 months. They were thawed and seeded on gelatin coated bottom of a flask. The cells were covered with another layer of collagen. The exprssion of albumin mRNA, cellular morphology synthesis of urea, and content of oxalylacetylaminotransferase were determined in the collagen cultures. Results Thawed hepatocytes maintained their biological characters well after cryopreservation. The thawed hepatocytes could grow well in collagen gel, sandwich culture. In the 10-day cultures, typical cellular morphological and biological characteristics of cultured hepatocytes could be observed. Conclusion Hepatocytes stored in liquid nitrogen could maintain their activities for a long time. The hepatocytes could be cultivated in collagenous matrix, which provided an environment closely resembling that in nature, and their morphology and functions could be maintained.

AIM: To dissociate and determine the chemical components of volatile oil from Salsola col-lina Pall.in Shandong Province METHODS: The chemical components of volatile oil were analyzed by gaschromatography-massspectraphy(GC/MS). RESULTS: Fifty-nine constituents were identified, which accounted for 87.63% of volatile oil,the major chemical componets in the volatile oil were terpenes and terpene ramifications. CONCLUSION: This method is reliable, stable and repeatable.the data can provide resources for expolitation of Salsola col-lina Pall.

Objective Retrospective observating the diminishing inflammation and lowering enzymatic effect with diammonium glycyrrhizinate (ganlixin injectionfluid) on hepatitis, such as chronic hepatitis, hepatocirrhosis, drug induced hepatitis and alcoholic hepatitis. Methods The 629 case hepatitis sufferers, including chronic hepatitis with light to middle degree, hepatocirrhosis, drug induced hepatitis and alcoholic hepatitis, were treated with 150 mg diammonium glycyrrhizinate added into 250 ml 5 % to 10 % glucose injection liquid. Another 127 chronic hepatitis sufferers treated with injecho potenl ini were seen as contrast. When the treatment was over, the level of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and serum bilirubin (SB) and symptom of patients in two groups were analysed. Results The level of ALT and SB dropped more rapidly than that in contrast group, but there were no marked difference in symptoms recover. After 17 days therapy, there are 93.3 % patients with ALT normal level in treating group, but 73.3% in contrast group (P
