Tryptase,a multifunctional inflammatory mediator,is mainly secreted by activated mast cells and can initiate the development of many diseases.Accordingly the plasma tryptase level is increased with the degranulation of the mast cells,and the detection of the changes in its serum level may provide valuable evidence for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.

Objective:To understand the mental health state of severe acute respiratory (SARS) for children from medical workers' family and to provide information on clinical psychotherapy and behavior modification during heavy spreading of infectious diseases.Methods:Each school took out two classes from grade four to six, which was from seven different sections of Xi'an, 2000 pupils were chosen randomly to complete.The observatory group (OG) and standard group (SG) include 286 and 615 primary school children whose mother is medical worker and non-medical worker, respectively. Objective To analyze the risk factors related to obesity of preschool children. Methods The physical activity and eating behavior of 120 obese children aged 1～6 years were investigated with questionnaire by case control 1:1 matched. Results Obesity group spent significantly longer time to watch TV than control group, but the time for physical activity, feeding pattern during the first 4 months, the time of initial supplementary foods and the sleeping duration were not different between both groups. Conditioned logistic regression of multi-variables showed that good appetite, fast eating, overeating of carbohydrate and meat , and snacks before breakfast were the risk factors of child obesity. Conclusion The bad eating behaviors and the lack of physical activity were related to obesity in preschool children.

Objective To investigate the effect of different forbidden drink schemes on anesthesia induction and postoperative nausea and vomiting during pediatric interventional heart surgery.Methods One hundred and twenty pediatric patients underwent cardiac interventional procedures under general anesthesia were randomized into group A,B and C,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in cach group were fasted for 8 h preoperatively.Water was prohibited for patients in group A for 6 h preoperatively.Patients in groups B and C orally took 10％ glucose solution and a multivitamin drink (Outfast) at 2 h preoperatively,respectively.Nausea and vomiting after anesthesia induction were recorded for 24 h postoperatively.Results The sedation and mask acceptance scores were significantly higher in group B and C than those in group A,and were significantly higher in group C than those in group B (P ＜ 0.05,resoectively).Following anesthesia induction,MAP was significantly higher in group B and C than that in group A (P ＜ 0.05,resoectively).Both the severity and incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting were higher in group B and C than those in group A,and was lower in group C than that in group B (P ＜ 0.05,resoectively).Conclusions Taking clear water orally 2 hours before surgery can decrease the restlessness of pediatric interventional heart surgery during anesthesia induction period,with stable smooth hemodynamics,reducing the degree of PONV.

Objective To explore the effect of educational mode on children' s social adaptive capacity (SAC) through investigating its change of children into kindergarten one year later. MethodsFor this study, participants were divided into three groups, namely study group (SG), control group Ⅰ ( CG Ⅰ ) and control group Ⅱ( CG Ⅱ ). ①SG :30 ～ 47-month-old children at their entrance at one kindergarten of Xi' an city were study by the follow-up study method. There were 119 participants in this trial except 22 lost- visitors. The scores of children's SAC were evaluated at their entrance time and one year later respectively, according to the Social Adaptation Scale for Infant-Junior Middle School's Student Revised by Zuo Qi-hua. ②Control group(CG) :The children,whose classes were randomized,of five classes were divided into CG Ⅰ and the other four classes were CG Ⅱ. There were 107children aged at 30 ～ 46 months in CC Ⅰ , 94 children aged at 42 ～ 59 months in CG Ⅱ. The scores of their SAC were also evaluated according to the same scale on September 2006. The cross-section investigation were used to CG Ⅰ and CG Ⅱ. Results① The mean total score of SAC in SG was higher at one year later ( 10. 52 ± 0.77 ) than that at their entrance time( 10.22 ±0.52) (P＜0.01) ,and the total score of SAC in SG was lower at their en trance time than that of CG Ⅰ (10.49 ±0.06)(P＜0.01 ). ②There was no significant difference in children's SAC between SG at the final stage( 10. 52 ± 0.77 ) and CG Ⅱ(10.40 ± 0.67 ) (t = 1.500, P ＞ 0.05). ③There were no significant difference in children's SAC between boarding care mode( 10.34 ± 0.68 ) and day care one( 10.32 ±0.56) (t = 0.182, P ＞ 0.05 ). ④There were no significant difference in children' s SAC between male ( 10.42 ±0.73) and female( 10.51 ±0.68) in the kindergarten.. ConclusionThe gathered living mode can promote the child SAC development, and the boarding care mode or day care one in one year has no effect on children' s SAC.

The First Hospital Affiliated to Xi'an Jiaotong University adopted PDCA cycle management tool and used planning,implementing,inspection,processing and other links in the specific application of promoting hospital social evaluation.After a certain stage,we summed up the work and changed the chaotic work status of social evaluation management.Comparing with the existing literature,this paper concluded that the application of this tool can promote the research of hospital quality and service management,promote the practice of building harmonious doctor -patient relationship.It is worth to promote the application of PDCA cycle management in hospital social evaluation.

Purpose　The aim is to invest the mechanism and activity of kringle1～3 gene of angiostatin. Methods　Kringle1～3 gene of angiostatin was abtained from hepatocyte of normal human by RT-PCR and inserted into expression vector pPIC9K in Pichia expression system. The recombinant protein was induced secrete , purified and test the activity by MTT.Results　　Krigle1～3 protein could inhibit vascular endothelial cell proliferative activity.Conclusion　The reaction similar apoptosis induced by kringle1～3 recombinant protein of angiostatin inhibit cell proliferation.

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics, mechanism and countermeasures of drug-induced second thrombocy-tosis ( ST) in order to ensure safe medication. Methods:Drug-induced ST published during 1996 and 2016 in domestic and overseas medical journals was collected and statistically analyzed in respects of age, gender, kind and distribution of drug-induced ST, treatment and outcome of ST. Results:Totally 198 cases were collected, which involved 30 different drugs of eight types mainly including antitu-mor drugs, blood system drugs and antibiotics. Among the patients, 112 ones (56. 6％) were male and the other 86 ones (43. 4％) were female. Totally 14 patients had embolization with the overall incidence of 7. 0％. Conclusion:Without timely and favorable treat-ment, drug-induced ST may lead to thrombosis. To ensure the safety of medication, platelet level should be monitored regularly during medication.

Objective To study the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)ablation on microvessel density(MVD)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in rabbit hepatcocellular carcinoma (HCC)models.Methods The VX2 t umor cells were planted in the hepatic left-central lobe on 30 rabbits.All animals were divided into two groups randomly:HIFU group(n=25)and control group(n=5).The MVD and the expression of VEGF in the HCC was detected by immunohistochemical SABC methods in control group and 0,1,3.7,16 d after the operation in HIFU group.Results The MVD and the expression of VEGF in the HCC tissue after HIFU treatment in the HIFU group were decreased significantly as compared with those in the control group (P＜0.01).However,there was no significant difference in MVD and the expression of VEGF in the HCC tissue after HIFU treatment in the HIFU group among the different time points(P＞0.05).Conclusions HIFU treatment can effectively destroy the micovessel,repress the neovascularization and reduce the blood supply of the HCC.

OBJECTIVETo identify ubiquitinated proteins from complex human multiple myeloma (MM) U266 cells, a malignant disorder of differentiated human B cells.

METHODSEmploying a globally proteomic strategy combining of immunoprecipitation, LC-MS/MS and SCX-LC-MS analysis to identified ubiquitination sites, which were identified by detecting signature peptides containing a GG-tag (114.1 Da) and an LRGG-tag (383.2 Da).

RESULTSIn total, 52 ubiquitinated proteins containing 73 ubiquitination sites of which 14 and 59 sites contained LRGG-tag and GG-tag were identified, respectively.

CONCLUSIONClassification analysis by of the proteins identified in the study based on the PANTHER showed that they were associated with multiple functional groups. This suggested the involvement of many endogenous proteins in the ubiquitination in MM.
