Objective To evaluate the effect of levofloxacin-chitosan microsphere administrated in early stage seawater immersed wound of soft tissue. Methods A rabbit model of seawater immersed wound of soft tissue was reproduced. Among the control group (n=8) and the group locally treated with levofloxacin powder (n=8) or levofloxacin-chitosan microsphere (n=8), the bacteria number in the wound, the serum endotoxin level, the content of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-?) in the wound and the serum were assayed before and 6, 12, 24, 48, 72h after seawater immersion. In the latter 2 groups, levofloxaxin concentration in plasma and wound was compared 6, 12, 24, 48, 72h after seawater immersion. Objective To explore the clinical use of sieving detection about inhalant allergens and fx5E in the CAP anaphylactogen detection system among the pathogen diagnosis of childhood asthma. Methods Two hundred and fifty cases of childhood asthma all received the sieving detection about allergen inhalant allergens and fx5E in the CAP anaphylactogen detection system which was produced by Sweden Pharmacia Company. The test's results were compared between age, sex, season, hypersensitive history and family hypersensitive history. Results Total positive ratio of CAP allergen was 82.80%, positive ratio of inhalant allergens was 79.20%, positive ratio of fx5E was 32.40%. The positive rate of inhalant allergens increased with age, the positive rate of fx5E decreased with age. The test's results were no significant difference between sex and the family hypersensitive history. The test's results were significant difference between the patient's hypersensitive histories. Conclusions Inhalant allergens are the most important allergen among childhood asthma. Sieving detection about allergen in the CAP anaphylactogen detection system is an important vitro test among childhood asthma.

Objective To investigate whether black cohosh could be improve patients with breast cancer treated chemotherapy like-menopausal symptoms through a non-estrogen pathway.Methods We selected 120 patients with breast cancer dianosised and treated chemotherapy from January 2012 to June 2013 in four Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical,which were female patients,20-51 years,preoperative menopause,menstrual regularly,postoperative chemotherapy timely and regularly,and Kupperman score ≥ 15 points.All patients were randomized,double-blind divided into two groups,the experimental group was treated with medication Li Fumin Black Cohosh Extract,40 mg once daily,the other one was treated with placebo,40mg once a day.After 12 weeks,all patients were checked by estrogen hormones,gynecological ultrasound,the ultrasound of the other breast,Kupperman score,Then we make an assessment with those.Results During the experimental group and the control group,estrogen and endometrial thickness were within normal range,and there are not statistically significant difference between before and after medicine(P ＞ 0.05).What's more,before and after medication,the experimental group and the control group were not found new breast lumps.After taking medicine,the Kupperman score of experimental group was significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05); however,there was not statistically significant difference between before and after medicine for the Kupperman score in control group(P ＞ 0.05).In experimental group,there are 5 cases of patients,which Kupperman is more 15 points,but lower than the score before taking medicine.Conclusions Black cohosh could improve like-menopausal symptoms of patients with breast cancer treated chemotherapy through a non-estrogen pathway,regardless of estrogen-receptor positive or negative,which has a good effection.

Objective To explore the characteristics of clinical symptoms and serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)level between depressive patients with and without attempted suicide behavior.Methods Serum BDNF level in depressive patients with(n=36)and without(n=55)attempted suicide behavior were assayed by ELISA,the severity of depression was measured by Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAMD).Results HAMD24 total scores(t=3.632,P=0.000),cognitive disturbance(t=-2.339,P=0.019)and hopelessness factor scores(t=-2.812,P=0.005)in depressive patients with attempted suicide behavior were significantly higher than those in depressive patients without attempted suicide behavior.There were no significant differences of anxiety/somatization,body weight,diurnal variation,psychomotric inhibition and sleeping disturbance fator scores between two groups(P＞0.05).The serum BDNF level in depressive patients with attempted suicide behavior was significantly lower than that in depressive patients without attempted suicide behavior(t=-2.122,P=0.037).There was no significant difference of serum BDNF level between male and female patients(P＞0.05).Conclusion There were certain characteristics on clinical symptoms of depressive patients with attempted suicide behavior.The low serum BDNF level might play an important role in the risk of suicide in depressive patients.

Objective To examine the levels of plasma tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) in patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) to assess the clinical value of diagnosis for severe acute pancreatitis ( SAP).Methods Sixty-eight patients were divided into mild acute pancreatitis (MAP)group (n=36) and SAP group (n=32), and twenty volunteers were chosen into normal group ( n=20 ) .Clinical data of these patients were collected, including APACHEⅡscore and Ranson score.Plasma levels of TFPI were measured by ELISA.Results The plasma levels of TFPI in SAP group, MAP group and control group were (4274.25 ±639.83),(3026.81 ±465.76) and (2468.73 ±262.39)pg/ml, respectively(P<0.05).There were significant positive correlations between TFPI and WBC, AST, ALT, TBIL, Cr, PT, APTT, PCT, APACHEⅡscore and Ranson score (P<0.05).The area under the curve (AUC) of TFPI for SAP was 0.902(95%CI=0.845 -0.959, P<0.05 ) .The cutoff value was 4028.83 pg/ml for plasma TFPI with a sensitivity of 87% and a specificity of 78%.Conclusion Plasma levels of TFPI in patients with SAP are significantly increased, which maybe help diagnose SAP.

Objective To investigate the factors influencing basic rehabilitation service needs of people with disability at Zhabei District in Shanghai .Methods Primary rehabilitation demands and services of 10 311 disabled persons in Zhabei District were surveyed.Results The screening rate of persons with disability having primary rehabilitation demands was 83.5%. And the gender, age, type of disability, disability level, education, employment might be the factors affecting the primary rehabilitation demands of people with disability.Conclusion The primary rehabilitation service demands vary in deferent types of people with disability. The various services based on the extensive rehabilitation services should be provided to deferent categories of people with disability.

Objective To understand the status of special rehabilitation service demands of people with disability at Zhabei District in Shanghai and to provide the basis for the policy development.Methods Screen rate (SR) was used to indicate the level of demand of rehabilitation service, the data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 statistical software.Results There were 4 349 persons with disability who demanded the special rehabilitation service; the SR of “on-site rehabilitation service” demands was the highest among the whole persons with disability; the SR of “personalized allotment of supplies and appliances” demands of the intellectual disability and mental disability was lower than the other types; the SR of special rehabilitation service demands of the female, the elderly, the low cultural level, the unemployed and the people with severe disability were relatively higher.Conclusion The form of “on-site rehabilitation services” needs to improve based on the demand of the disabilities; “personalized supplies and appliances” for the intellectual disability and mental disability needs to further develop; the rehabilitation services targeted to the female, the elderly, the low cultural level, the unemployed and the people with severe disability need to improve.

Objective To provide the advice on how to optimize the allocation of resources and make other policy through the analysis factors affecting rehabilitation services needs of people with disability at Zhabei district in Shanghai.Methods The factors affecting rehabilitation services needs such as types of disability, disability levels, education, employment, marital status, age and sex were analyzed with Logistic analysis.Results The factors affecting primary rehabilitation services were types of disability, education, employment situation, marital status and sex. And people with disability had the characters of female, hearing disability, retired returned to more primary rehabilitation services, with OR values being 1.219, 1.544 and 1.533 respectively compared with itself controls. And the high educational disable people' will, returning to primary rehabilitation services, was weaker compared with low educational disable people. The factors affecting special rehabilitation services were types of disability and employment situation. And people with disability had the characters of hearing disability, unemployment returned to more special rehabilitation services, with OR values being 2.380 and 1.310 respectively compared with itself controls.Conclusion The rehabilitation needs are different among different groups people with disability, so the factors affecting rehabilitation services needs such as types of disability, education, employment situation, marital status and sex should be taken into consideration while activating primary rehabilitation services, while the types of disability and employment situation should be taken into more consideration while activating special rehabilitation services.

Abstract Excessive intake of sugar-sweetened beverages among children and adolescents could increase the risks of adverse health outcomes, including dental caries and obesity. This study reviewed the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages among children and adolescents in China and the international strategies to reduce the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverage. The aim of the study was to provide a reference for the introduction of relevant policies to control the intake of sugar-sweetened beverages in children and adolescents in China. In summary, measures including a tax on sugar-sweetened beverages, implementing front-of-pack labelling system, restricting marketing and publicity and education have been adopted to control the consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages in some countries, while public publicity and education have been adopted in China. It is suggested that comprehensive policies and measures should be adopted to control the intake of sugar-sweetened beverage among Chinese children.

Objective:To investigate the clinical features, treatment strategies, and relative prognostic factors in 66 patients with solitary plasmacytoma (SP). Methods:The data of 644 patients, who were diagnosed with pathologically proven plasmacytoma in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital between June 2000 and October 2012, were collected. Sixty-six of these patients (10.25%) were evaluated as SP, including 45 solitary bone plasmacytoma (SBP) and 21 extramedullary plasmacytoma (EMP). Results:SBP and EMP were the two clinical subsets of SP revealing the location of the lesion. SBP mostly occurred in the axial skeleton, whereas EMP was most frequently observed in the upper respiratory tract. The differences among tumor size, serum M-protein, and serumβ2-microglobulin exhibited statistical significance. Conclusion:Large tumor size (≥5 cm), positive serum M-protein, and serumβ2-microglobulin were the factors that affected the prognosis of SBP patients. Radiotherapy and serumβ2-microglobulin>3.5 mg/L were the favorable prognostic factors for EMP patients.
