Objective To explore the clinical use of sieving detection about inhalant allergens and fx5E in the CAP anaphylactogen detection system among the pathogen diagnosis of childhood asthma. Methods Two hundred and fifty cases of childhood asthma all received the sieving detection about allergen inhalant allergens and fx5E in the CAP anaphylactogen detection system which was produced by Sweden Pharmacia Company. The test's results were compared between age, sex, season, hypersensitive history and family hypersensitive history. Results Total positive ratio of CAP allergen was 82.80%, positive ratio of inhalant allergens was 79.20%, positive ratio of fx5E was 32.40%. The positive rate of inhalant allergens increased with age, the positive rate of fx5E decreased with age. The test's results were no significant difference between sex and the family hypersensitive history. The test's results were significant difference between the patient's hypersensitive histories. Conclusions Inhalant allergens are the most important allergen among childhood asthma. Sieving detection about allergen in the CAP anaphylactogen detection system is an important vitro test among childhood asthma.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare mesopocous molecular sieve SBA-15 surface molecularly imprinted polymer (SBA-15@MIP),and analyze the application of SBA-15@MIP in the determination of active micro-component. METHODS:Using baica-lein as the template molecule,acrylamide(AM)as the function monomer,tetrahydrofuran/ethanol(3∶2,V/V)as the polymeriza-tion solvent,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)as the cross-linker,and 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as the initiator, SBA-15@MIP was synthesized on the surface of mesopocous molecular sieve SBA-15. The surface morphology and structure of the obtained polymer were characterized by TEM and FT-IR. Finally,the imprinted polymer was used as an adsorbent for solid-phase extraction (SPE) to detect baicalein in plasma samples by HPLC. RESULTS:It revealed that the well-ordered one-dimensional pore structure of SBA-15 was still preserved in the successful synthesized SBA-15@MIP,and baicalein molecule was imprinted suc-cessfully. The limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantification(LOQ)for baicalein in plasma were 3.5 ng/ml and 11.6 ng/ml, respectively;the average recovery was 94.4%(RSD=2.9%). CONCLUSIONS:SBA-15@MIP is prepared successfully,and can be applied for the determination of active micro-component.

Objective To study the value of CT combined with immune tests for the diagnosis of cerebral schistosomiasis.Methods The data of 24 patients with cerebral schistosomiasis were collected and analyzed retrospectively,and all the patients were examined with CT and serum IHA and ELISA and,in addition,18 patients had the data of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)IHA and ELISA.Results Twenty-one patients were diagnosed through CT and immune tests,one patients was diagnosed by postoperative pathology,and other two patients were proved by diagnostic therapy with praziquantel.Conclusion CT combined with immune tests has an important value for the diagnosis of cerebral schistosomiasis,and serum immune tests are more simple and more practical than CSF immune tests.

Objective To observe the Alberta combined with Infant Language Assessment Scale used in rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy.Methods From Jun.2012 to Jun.2013,64 cases of cerebral palsy in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Suzhou University were selected according to the different interventions and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,32 patients in each group.The control group underwent conventional rehabilitation training included exercise therapy (mainly Bobath therapy,Ueda therapy) and application Infants Language Assessment Scale for treatment,and the observation group on the basis of the method above,set the action in accordance with Alberta infant motor scale(AIMS) assessment to develop rehabilitation programs.Adhere to 3 hours a day of repeated intensive training.Efficacy in children after treatment was compared,and forceful move and fine motor movements and the changes in development quotient(DQ) before and after treatment were compared between 2 groups.Results The total efficiency of the observation group and the control group was 90.6％ and 71.9％,respectively,and there was statistically significant differences between 2 groups (x2 =6.317,P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the DQ of big movement and fine motor in observation group (47.92 ± 7.15,42.55 ± 8.1 3) were significantly higher than before treatment (36.18 ± 8.23,33.71 ± 10.16) and the control group (38.13 ± 8.21,36.58 ± 8.06),the differences were statistically significant(t =6.235,5.452,6.137,5.243,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The combination of the rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy in infants language Alberta combined score rating scale,help to improve rehabilitation results and motor function in children,which is of recommendation and application.

Rhizobium leguminosarum biov.trifolii H954 has been fermented for eight days on the GMS medium.Culture supernatant is extracted by ethanol precipitation,sample is purified by Sephadex G\|50,Sephadex G\|10 and DEAE\|Cellulose chromatoraphy.Gas chromatography(GC), 13 C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR)and mass spectrometry(MS) analysis indicated that the sample is cyclic,neutral glucan,and composes of glucose linked solely by 1→2 glucosidic bonds.Cyclic glucan has degrees of polymerization ranging form 17 to 22,with a degree of ploymerization of 19 as the major glucan cycles.

BACKGROUND:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have low immunogenicity and immunomodulatory effect,but there are seldom reports concerning the immunomodulatory effect of Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells of human umbilical cord and its mechanims.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the immunomodulatory effects and mechanisms of Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells of human umbilical cord on varient peripheral blood T lymphocytes.METHODS:Mesenchymal stem cells were isolateded from Wharton's jelly of human umbilical cord by tissue culture.T lymphocytes from human peripheral blood were stimulated by phytohemagglutinin and co-cultured with umbilical cord Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells and umbilical cord Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells supernatant respectively to measure A value following 72 hours of coculture using multifunctional microplate reader.Expression of cytokines including transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1)and interferon-y(IFN-γ)was evaluated by enzyme-labeled immunosorbent assay.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells could inhibite the proliferation of T lymphocytes induced by phytohemagglutinin.The proliferation inhibition rate was 56%(P＜0.01).Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells supernatant also had inhibitory effects on proliferation of T lymphocytes induced by phytohemagglutinin,in a dose-dependent fashion.The proliferation inhibition rates were 8.3% and 27% respectively in the 50% Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells supernatant and 100% Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells supematant groups(P＜0.05).Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells significantly decreased γ-interferon secrted from T-lymphocytes(P＜0.05).The secretion of TGF-β1 was lower in the coculture of Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells and T lymphocytes group than Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells alone group(P＜0.05).These indicated that Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells and Wharton's jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells supernatant have inhibitory effects on proliferation of T lymphocytes induced by phytohemagglutinin.The mechanims may be associated with cell contant and inhibition of v-interferon secrted from T-lymphocytes.

Objective To compare the accuracy of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance (DCE-MRI) and SPECT in the measurement of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in renal allografts.Methods Sixty renal transplant recipients were enrolled in this study.DCE-MRI and SPECT were used to measure the GFR of the transplanted kidneys,and compared with the endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr).Bias,precision,correlation and Bland-Altman agreement were calculated for each modality compared with the endogenous Ccr.Results In 60 renal transplant recipients,the corrected Ccr was (60.63 ± 24.83) ml · min-1 · 1.73 m-2.The GFR measured by SPECT was (65.31 ± 17.08) ml · min-1 · 1.73 m-2,and (50.44 ± 22.78) ml · min-1 · 1.73 m-2 by MRI,respectively.The bias of GFR-SPECT was 4.69 ml·min-1 · 1.73 m-2,and the precision was 23.76 ml·min-1 1.73 m-2.The bias of GFR-MRI was-10.18 ml·min-1 ·1.73 m-2,and the precision was 13.87 ml·min-1 · 1.73 m-2.Correlation analysis showed that GFR-MRI and the endogenous Ccr had a good correlation (r=0.833,P＜0.01),GFR-SPECT and the endogenous Ccr had a moderate correlation (r=0.406,P＜0.01),and GFR-MRI and GFR-MRI had a poor correlation (r=0.342,P ＜0.01).Bland-Altman analysis showed a confidence interval of 95.3 ml·min-1 ·1.73 m-2 for GFR-SPECT and 62.3 ml· min-1 · 1.73 m-2 for GFR-MRI.Conclusion DCE-MRI can be used as confidently as SPECT to evaluate the renal function of transplanted kidneys in the same time of determining anatomical information.

Objective:To analyze the law of distant metastasis in patients with small lung adenocarcinoma with different CT findings, and to explore the feasibility of different preoperative examination methods for small lung adenocarcinoma with different imaging characteristics.Methods:Clinicopathological data of cT1a-cN0 lung adenocarcinoma patients admitted to the respiratory center of China-Japan Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively collected. A total number of 785 patients were included, including 289 males and 496 females. SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:A total number of 785 patients were included in this study, including 287 pure ground-glass nodule (GGN) patients, 111 GGN predominant patients, 221 solid predominant patients and 166 solid nodule patients. Among the included patients, 8 had distant metastasis, including 6 with bone metastasis, 1 with brain metastasis and 1 with brain and adrenal metastasis. No distant metastasis was observed in the patients with pure GGN and GGN predominant nodule, while 1 solid predominant patients had distant metastasis, and 7 patients with solid nodules had distant metastasis. The probability of distant metastasis was 0.5% for the solid predominant patients and 4.2% for the solid nodule patients. Univariate analysis results showed that CEA level ( P=0.030), the largest diameter of the lung window tumor ( P=0.003), the largest diameter of the solid component of the lung window tumor ( P<0.001), the largest area of the lung window tumor ( P=0.002), mediastinal window tumor maximum area ( P<0.001), CTR ( P<0.001), TDR ( P<0.001), and pleural indentation sign ( P=0.037) were risk factors for distant metastases. Multivariate analysis showed that CEA ( OR=1.019, 95% CI: 1.002-1.037, P=0.028) and TDR ( OR=0.000, 95% CI: 0.000-0.310, P=0.001) were independent risk factors of distant metastasis. Conclusion:For patients with pure GGN and GGN predominant nodule, preoperative examination could not be required, but for pure solid nodules, it is necessary to perform relevant preoperative examination including skull MRI before surgery to exclude distant metastasis.

Objective:To observe any effect of early recumbent treadmill training on the balance and functional independence during hospitalization of children who have received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).Methods:This was a retrospective analysis of 106 children who had received HSCT. Sixty-nine of them were qualified for study. Of those, 32 had performed recumbent treadmill training and the other 37 had not. The children in both groups received routine clinical treatment and nursing care, and also health education advocating exercise and giving exercise programs before and after the transplantation. The daily exercise was conducted with the help of parents. It lasted 20 to 30 minutes each time, 4 or 5 times a week. The treadmill group additionally spent 30 minutes training on a recumbent treadmill 5 times a week for 6 weeks. Balance, functional independence and fatigue levels were quantified before and after the treatment using the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), the Functional Independence Measure for Children (WeeFIM) and the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory-Multidimensional Fatigue Scale.Results:After the 6 weeks, significant improvement was observed in the experimental group′s average BBS score, motor function domain score, total WeeFIM score, general fatigue, and sleep/rest fatigue. All were then significantly better than the non-treadmill group′s results.Conclusion:Early recumbent treadmill training can promote the recovery of balance and functional independence of children after HSCT.

BACKGROUND/AIMS: Chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction (CIPO) is a serious, life-threatening motility disorder that is often related to bacterial overgrowth. Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) results in restoration of the normal intestinal microbial community structure. We investigated the efficacy of FMT in the treatment of CIPO patients. METHODS: Nine patients (age 18–53 years) with CIPO were enrolled in this prospective, open-label study. Patients received FMT for 6 consecutive days through nasojejunal (NJ) tubes and were followed up for 8 weeks after treatment. We evaluated the rate of clinical improvement and remission, feeding tolerance of enteral nutrition, and CT imaging scores of intestinal obstructions. Lactulose hydrogen breath tests were performed before FMT and 8 weeks after FMT to evaluate for the presence small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). RESULTS: FMT significantly alleviated bloating symptoms, and symptoms of pain were relieved 2 weeks after FMT. Enteral nutrition administered through a NJ tube after FMT was well-tolerated by 66.7% (6/9) of patients. CT scores of intestinal obstructions were significantly reduced after FMT (P = 0.014). SIBO was eliminated in 71.0% (5/7) of patients. CONCLUSIONS: This pilot study demonstrated the safety of using FMT. FMT may relieve symptoms in selected patients with CIPO. FMT may also improve patient tolerance of enteral nutrition delivered via a NJ tube.
