Objective To study the regulation of serum FSH and E2 in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with 17 beta estradiol combined with DRSP. Methods A total of 90 female patients with menopausal syndrome treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2016 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into three groups: 17β group (30 patients, 17β-estradiol alone), DRSP group (30 patients treated with DRSP alone) and 30 patients (17β-estradiol combined with DRSP). Kupperman's menopausal syndrome was used to evaluate the physical symptoms of the patients and to compare the patients after the treatment. The patients' treatment efficiency was observed. The items examined before treatment included liver and kidney function, hematuria routine , Fasting blood glucose, FSH, E2, LDL, blood TC, electrocardiogram, intracavitary Doppler ultrasound, breast ultrasound, HDL, Kupperman evaluation table in accordance with the evaluation before the end of each treatment measure again, And performs the above-mentioned inspection. Results In the combined group, there was no significant difference in the scores of other symptoms except the differences between the ants on the skin and the treatment before treatment. There was significant difference between the combined group and the other groups (P<0.05). The difference of TC, E2 and FSH in the combined group before and after treatment (P<0.05). There was no difference in FSH between the two groups before and after treatment. There was no difference between the two groups before and after treatment. Conclusion 17β-estradiol combined with DRSP in the treatment of menopausal syndrome patients achieved good clinical effect, the serum levels of FSH and E2 in the body is significant.

ObjectiveTo investigate the pathological characteristics of the expressions of associated proteins in vascular smooth muscle cells and infiltration of macrophages in elderly abdominal aortic aneurysms. MethodsHE stained slices, Van Gieson' s stained slices and immunohistochemical staining were applied to detect protein expression in the tissue sections of 15 cases of elderly abdominal aortic aneurysms and 6 cases of normal abdominal aorta. The protein expressions of α-smooth muscle actin, cathepsin B and CD68 were detected by immunohistochemical staining. ResultsCompared with normal abdominal aorta, the collagen content was higher in elderly abdominal aortic aneurysms [(9.3 ± 1.9) % vs. (5.3±1.8) %, P ＜ 0.05]. The levels ofexpression of cathepsin B and CD68 were higher in elderly abdominal aortic aneurysms than those in normal abdominal aorta , but the level of expression of α-SMA was lower in elderly abdominal aorticaneurysms than that in normal abdominal aorta[(0.38±0.07) vs. (0.135=0.06), (0.51±0.12) vs.(0.01±0.01), (0.23±0.05) vs. (0.335±0.05) ,respectively, all P＜0.05]. ConclusionsChanges in the expression of associated proteins in vascular smooth muscle cells and infiltration of macrophages may participate in the vascular walls destruction in elderly abdominal aortic aneurysms.

Objective To explore the clinical value of AFP-L3,GP73 and GGT as biomarkers in diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods According to the pathological diagnosis,141 patients were divided into two groups,HCC group were 74 cases,benign liver disease group were 67 cases.Use ELISA method tested the serum AFP-L3 and GP73 levels.The GGT level was detected by the automatic biochemical instrument of all the 141 patients.AFP-L3,GP73 and GGT concentration difference was compared between the two groups.ROC curve was used to determine the cut-off level to diagnose HCC.The value of single use AFP-L3,GP73,GGT and joint the three indexes to diagnose HCC were analyzed.Results The average level of AFP-L3 in the patients with HCC was (113.58±63.62) μg/L,it was significantly higher than that in the patients with benign liver diseases [(23.19±34.54) μg/L] (P ＜ 0.001).The area under the ROC curve of AFP-L3 level was 0.802.Taking AFP-L3 level ≥ 38.47 μg/L as diagnostic criteria,the sensitivity of AFP-L3 level in HCC diagnosis was 81.08 ％ and the specificity was 88.06 ％.The average level of GP73 in the patients with HCC was (126.55±49.56) μg/L,it was significantly higher than that in the patients with benign liver diseases [(56.97±26.48) μg/L] (P ＜ 0.001).The area under the ROC curve of GP73 level was 0.811.Taking GP73 level≥69.44 μg/L as diagnostic criteria,the sensitivity of GP73 level in HCC diagnosis was 75.68 ％ and the specificity was 91.04 ％.The average level of GGT in the patients with HCC was (173.20±179.18) U/L,it was significantly higher than that in the patients with benign liver diseases [(90.77±81.53) U/L] (P ＜ 0.001).The area under the ROC curve of GGT level was 0.713.Taking GGT level ≥ 110.77 U/L as diagnostic criteria,the sensitivity of GGT level in HCC diagnosis was 74.32 ％ and the specificity was 77.61％.Joint use AFP-L3,GP73 and GGT to diagnose HCC,the sensitivity was 83.78 ％,specificity was 92.53 ％.Conclusion Combined detection of tumor markers AFP-L3,GP73 and GGT can improve the positive rate of HCC,which has good clinical application value.

Objective To investigate the correlation of P,IFN-γlevel of artificial insemination during pregnancy and pregnancy outcome.Methods 468 patients with infertility were done artificial insemination treatment cycles.The dydrogesterone were taken orally after surgery to luteal support.The blood P and IFN-γlevel of 54 patients with pregnant were observed.Results The correlation analysis of P,IFN-γ level of normal pregnancy group showed that the P level was negatively correlated with IFN-γlevel (r =-0.594,P ＜ 0.05).In the biochemical pregnancy group,the P level was decreased from the ninth days begin,and compared with the normal pregnancy group,the difference was significant(t =12.319,P ＜0.05).In the abortion group,the P level was decreased from the sixteenth days begin,and compared with the normal pregnancy group,the difference was significant (t =7.663,19.315,all P ＜0.05).Compared with the normal pregnancy group,the IFN-γ level of the biochemical pregnancy group and abortion group was significantly increased,the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The use of luteal support methods to raise the level of P in vivo has a positive effect on the prevention of biochemical pregnancy and spontaneous abortion,and monitoring the blood P and IFN-γlevel after artificial insemination can predict the prognosis of patients.

Aim To study the change of blood pressure in 1079 workers for fifteen years and the effect of anti-hypertension drugs therapy. Methods We investigated the blood pressure of 1079 workers who were enrolled in six organizations in the year 1983 and 1998 respectively. Results During the 15 years: (1)Mean value of blood pressure: systolic blood pressure increased 22 mmHg in man and 16.9 mmHg in women; diastolic blood pressure increased 9 mmHg in man and 12.7 mmHg in women (P<0.05);(2)The incidence of hypertension increased by 25.03% in man and 28.28% in women;(3)The prevalence rate of hypertension is 27.9 percent in people with initially normal blood pressure (1.86%/y) and 72.6 percent in initially broder line hypertension (4.84%/y);(4)The control rate of hypertension is 2.9 percent;(5)The incidence of stroke is highly related to hypertension (P<0.001);(6)46.6 percent patients had a regular drug therapy, mainly reserpini complex(25.2%);(7)Drug therapy has no obviously effect of the control of hypertension and the incidence of stroke. Conclusion Both the mean value of BP and the incidence of hypertension were increased with age. The control rate of hypertension was low and the drug therapy shows little advantage. We should do mach more works to popularize the knowledge of the prevention of hypertension. Improve people's self-prevention. Regular cheek should be given to the hypertension patients.

Objective To observe the effects of early intravenous administration of Astragalus on brain inju-ry in neonates with severe asphyxia. Methods According to hospital serial number, 80 neonates with severe as-phyxia were divided into conventional treatment group (control group) (n=40), which was on the basis of symp-tomatic support treatment for the use of cerebrolysin and citicoline treatment; Astragalus injection treatment group (n=40), which, apart from the conventional treatment, Astragalus injection was given as soon as possible (within six hours after birth). The incidence of convulsions or frequent seizures convulsions and the mortality in two groups, the clinical degree of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and the behavior nerve score determination were ob-served and compared. Results The incidence of convulsions or frequent seizures convulsions was significantly lower in the Astragalus treatment group than in the control group (45.00% vs 67.50%, χ24.501,P<0.05). The per-centage of the behavior nerve score determination in 7 d-8d and 12 d-14d after birth was obviously lower in the for-mer group than the latter one (48.57% vs 74.19%, χ2 4.642,P<0.05; 31.42% vs 58.06%, χ24.601, P<0.05). The mortality was not significant different between the two groups (12.50 % vs 22.50%, χ22.000, P>0.05). Conclusion For severe asphyxia neonates, on the basis of the symptomatic support treatment, the use of Astragalus injection, as soon as possible, can significantly reduce the hypoxic ischemic brain injury.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and the detailed mechanisms of intraarterially delivery of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells ( BMSCs) for treatment of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats.Methods BMSCs were isolated,purified and amplified with the adherence culture method.BMSCs were labeled with 5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine ( BrdU ) (10 μmol/L) for 48 h before transplation.Surface antigens of CD90,CD29,CD106,CD34,CD45,CD11b were identified by flow cytometry.The MCAO model was established with suture emboli method.In this study,3×106 BMSCs were injected into rats with MCAO through intraarterial route at day 7 after stroke.The effects on functional and physical recovery were assessed with the behavioral tests (mNSS test and adhesive test) and body weight.Bielshowsky-Luxol Fast Blue double staining was used to demonstrate the reconstruction of axon and myelin.The Brdu-labeled BMSCs in vitro and in vivo were detected with direct immunofluorescent staining.The expression of neuron specific enolase ( NSE),neurite outgrowth inhibitor-A ( Nogo-A),synaptophysin (SYN),ki-67 nuclear antigen (Ki-67),glial fibrillary acid protein( GFAP),vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) in brain were analyzed with immunohistochemical staining.Results Flow cytometry indicated that the positive rates of high expression of CD90,CD29,CD106 in BMSCs were respectively 91.70%,88.40% and 52.20%.Meanwhile,the positive rates of low expression of CD34,CD45,CD11b in BMSCs were 2.70%,5.65% and 7.82%,respectively.There was a significant difference in behavioral tests ( mNSS test and adhesive test) between BMSCs group and PBS group at day 21,28,35 after MCAO (mNSS:4.89 ±1.36,7.00 ±1.67,3.78 ±1.30 and 6.33 ±1.21,2.44 ±1.13,5.67 ± 1.51;t =2.69,3.83,4.75;adhesive test:54.00 ± 10.48,68.17 ± 11.09,36.89 ±9.80 and 59.33 ± 12.40,23.44 ± 9.04,46.50 ±9.38;t =2.51,3.92,4.77;P ＜0.05).Meanwhile,a significant difference in body weight was discovered between them at day 28,35 after MCAO.In BMSCs group,the area of corpus callosum in the ipsilateral hemisphere was significantly enlarged,the positive number of Brdu,SYN,Ki-67,GFAP,VEGF in brain was significantly increased,the expression of Nogo-A in brain was significantly decreased,nevertheless,the number of NSE-positive cells in brain and the infarct volume were not significant different from PBS group at day 35 after MCAO.Conclusions These results suggest that intra-arterial transplantation of BMSCs is an efficient treatment protocol for stroke.Treatment with BMSCs increases endogenous cells proliferation,angiogenesis,synaptogenesis,enhances axonal regeneration and the protective function of astrocytes,all of which may contribute to neurological functional recovery.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of a needle knife in treating knee meniscus injury. Methods One hundred patients with knee meniscus injury (112 knee joints) were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 50 cases each. The treatment group received needle knife therapy and the control group, an injection of sodium hyaluronate injectio into knee joint cavity. The main clinical symptoms and signs around the knee joint were observed and the knee function score was recorded in the two groups before and after treatment. the clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences in pre-/post-treatment main clinical symptom and sign index (pain score, swelling score, activity score and tenderness index score) difference values between the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the main clinical symptom and sign index difference values at follow-up compared with before treatment between the two groups (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant differences in the knee function score after treatment and at follow-up compared with before treatment in the two groups (P<0.01,P<0.05). There was a statistically significant differences in the knee function score between the treatment and control groups after treatment and at follow-up (P<0.05). Post-treatment excellence rate and total efficacy rate were 94.0%and 100.0%, respectively, in the treatment group and 72.0%and 98.0%, respectively, in the control group. There was a statistically significant differences in post-treatment excellence rate between the two groups (P<0.05). Follow-up excellence rate and total efficacy rate were 96.0% and 100.0%, respectively, in the treatment group and 76.0% and 98.0%, respectively, in the control group. There was a statistically significant differences in follow-up excellence rate between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Needle knife therapy is an effective way to treat knee meniscus injury.
